it's a super cool place, but their menu is seriously lacking. It took about an hour to get taken care of the first time. but I went the first day it was open.... so it's kind of unfair. I'm excited to see this place pick up!

By far the most presentable dispensary I've ever been to. Highly knowledgable and friendly staff. They take card! The atmosphere was super modern classic. Very exciting place to be in. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

The service and pre-order experience is getting better and better each time I visit. After having some frustrating experiences with how Blum employees handled pre-order issues, it was super rad to get a text this time from an employee who helped me pick a different item that was actually in stock. All through text messages before I left my house! Much appreciated!

I was so impressed at how knowledgeable their staff was, how helpful and how professional. Britt went above and beyond helping me find what was right for my ailments, educating me, and even going the extra mile to send me a "cheat sheet" of sorts with tons of info that I found extremely helpful! She was very patient with me as well. The quality of patient services and care I received makes me want to return just as much as the quality of the product!! I will say.. the security guards posted at Blum.. do actually make me feel safer at this dispensary than others. Never even thought about it until I came out of Blum for the first time but I really think ALL dispensaries should have them. In closing I would like to say that the mm community has helped me as much as the medications. They really are a kind and caring bunch and help where ever they can. I feel blessed I finally took my docs advice after many years to get my mm card bc I am finding much relief where pills didn't help at all. Oh.. and apps like leafly.com are a Godsend to us newbies but leafly.com needs to be more punctual and consistant with updating the local menus!

They are incredibly friendly and helpful! Ryan helped me my first time and not only helped me get what I wanted but gave me extra information about products to help with future purchases.

I like the location. It’s very mellow but there’s a lot of traffic cones and what not on the street to get there and that can be a lil frustrating to deal with but it’s not too bad.

This is my go to spot in Reno. The staff is always so friendly and very helpful. It's a chill atmosphere to which I definitely recommend to friends.

I have always loved Blum. The people are wonderful, the one thing that separates them from the competition is they PRICE MATCH, they honor OUR VETERANS by giving them a 20% discount. Im a disabled veteran. I was injured in Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Its so hard to afford the one thing that helps my PTSD and TBI. Its helps me to be able to simply go to the store with my family. I hope Blum continues to LEAD by example. I hope that all dispensaries make this medicine more affordable. I REALLY hope our government pulls there head out of thier asses and embrace MJ as a medicine and start listening to their people. This place is The BEEZ KNEEZ, STRAIGHT FUEGO MUH DUDES! Security is meh but they open the door so that's cool, the Dudes up front are super chill and laid back and memorize your name! The bud tenders are all super knowledgeable and eager to help in anyway possible. The Store Manager is awesome and she even bud-tends regularly so you get to interact with her, the inventory manager even gave me a charger for my battery that i got from a different Club because i lost mine and bought a Cart from them.

I am so happy about my new friends there the girls up front are so happy and nice and pros. the best was when I meet 23 almost 24 Chris he is a keeper. proffessional!!!! dont lose him he can make you money with the way he is, he needs a raise, covered eveything I came up with with ease, like he was born for his job.
