Modern. Elegant. Clean. Beautiful accents all around like copper lighting. Definitely has a Las Vegas high end retail feel. Staff is all kind, helpful, and educated. Would like to see more "color" in the displays.

Location was easy to get to and easy to get out of.

Tops ambience/retail design [as a photographer I'm all about lighting and this place is bright and clear yet none of it in your face/eyes] with an excellent presentation. But the tops winner of all: staffers. Never felt rushed even though I had a ton of questions, formed a relationship with a number of ppl, feel like my medical needs are being addressed with the most efficacious products and friendly (not retail "friendly,") instruction and honest care. Bravo, all! With much gratitude. 💚

I went into the store today because I had bought some gummy edibles and from the store to my house it had melted. I brought it back to see if they could do something about it because nowhere in the can it says to keep cool so it wouldn't melt-(I have never had a problem) but the female that served me was not very knowledgeable and she said her manager would not exchange it but if I wanted to buy a new one I could get 20 percent off. I think that if they wanted to help out the customer they could give up one stupid gummy to keep the customer but as your can see I will never step foot at this place and will also let all my friends and family know not to go there.

By far the most presentable dispensary I've ever been to. Highly knowledgable and friendly staff. They take card! The atmosphere was super modern classic. Very exciting place to be in. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Keith was my budtender today and not only was he helpful, but also very informational. He let me know about the new deals and changes that were being made to the menu and was very knowledgeable about the product. Will definitely be coming back.

Honestly, when I first came to Blum months ago, I was not happy because when I asked about the terpenes in their flower selection the budtender had no idea what I was talking about. However, the last two times that I went, my budtender, Asher, was very knowledgeable of the products. He gave me an excellent recommendation of a certain strain and it made me change my opinion of this dispensary. I also noticed that the rest of the staff was friendlier and more knowledgeable than they used to be. The prices and deals are also very good. I got an edible for a penny with the purchase of an 1/8th. I'm very satisfied with the products, service, and everything about this dispensary. The staff is passionate with what they do and seem willing to learn/grow with the job. I look forward to doing business with them again!

I was so impressed at how knowledgeable their staff was, how helpful and how professional. Britt went above and beyond helping me find what was right for my ailments, educating me, and even going the extra mile to send me a "cheat sheet" of sorts with tons of info that I found extremely helpful! She was very patient with me as well. The quality of patient services and care I received makes me want to return just as much as the quality of the product!! I will say.. the security guards posted at Blum.. do actually make me feel safer at this dispensary than others. Never even thought about it until I came out of Blum for the first time but I really think ALL dispensaries should have them. In closing I would like to say that the mm community has helped me as much as the medications. They really are a kind and caring bunch and help where ever they can. I feel blessed I finally took my docs advice after many years to get my mm card bc I am finding much relief where pills didn't help at all. Oh.. and apps like leafly.com are a Godsend to us newbies but leafly.com needs to be more punctual and consistant with updating the local menus!

This place is a clean professional atmosphere and the budtender keith was verry knowledgable and polite while helping me get the right product at the best price for me to medicate i definitly recomend this place and keith for all your medicinal cannabis needs, that says alot considering im from Portland.Oregon
