I have to start by saying I love their meds. However, I won't be shopping here again. The last two visits I have had issues with their credit/debit card system. of course, they don't have an atm and there isn't a bank close. The system they use cannot be used with a pin number and my debit card. They said some cards it isn't compatible with. I have had similar instances because the system doesn't recognize that you enter a pin number, but run it as credit and it works fine. I have done this at other dispensaries with no issues. here they won't even let me try. Sadly because of this I will find another dispensary to go to.

Decent dispo.. pretty good covid measures to keep people safe ..I’ve been going to botanica for about 2 months now , they carry grow science .. decent quality on the others .. however after talking to them on my last visit they seemed to raise the price on grow science - if wasn’t for the price hike it would be more frequent

Most beautiful, serene environment I have experienced. The staff is unbelievably kind and helpful. This was a 5 star experience from start to finish!

This is my go to dispensary. They sell grow science’s weed, which in my opinion is the best marijuana money can buy. My review is not 5 stars because I decided to try the 22red ghost og through an online order. I guess it’s my fault for ordering something I’d never tried via online order but the 22red weed was not only unenjoyable, it was harvested on June 3, 2019, It is currently April 2020! I am in awe that they would sell mj that’s almost a year old. And for the full price of 45?! Very disappointing. I’ll just stick to my roots and Get the grow science weed.

I get attitude from the younger staff everytime I shop here and I have to wait over an hour for an online order of just a battery for a cartridge! When I asked about the wait time the lady got super frustrated. Will not be going back

This place got rid of happy hour and it started charging tax when the tax used to be included in the price. Everything is more expensive with no notice. This place sends you a million text for everything but they could not manage to let their customers know about all these changes that literally happened overnight. They also neglected to post it on their website. They are doing construction so you don’t get to see the products. You have to do everything outside. It’s obvious they don’t care about their medical patients anymore as they get ready to go for the recreational sales. It was disappointing. These places would not even exist if it had not been for the medical patients and now they can’t manage to do anything for us.

This is absolutely the worst dispensary I have ever been to. Botanica special for first time patients is $15 off your purchase! I asked if they had any specials and the guy rudely looked at me and said no. The place had more employees than customers that’s always a sign of overpriced product. The bud tender (HE) needs to learn customer services skills..... This is supposed to be a medical dispensary, But they’re pricing is higher than Las Vegas! Unbelievable

This dispensary has improved a lot over the last few months with respect to having a wide variety of flower. Still wish it was deli style and not prepackaged since it’s hard to tell if the bud is dry, which sometimes happens. Mostly disappointed to see the rewards tiers change so drastically. 900 pts used to get you a free 1/2 oz of house strains. Now 900 pts gets you an 1/8 of shake? Wow. Smh. 1750 points for a 1/4oz and 3000 points will get you $100 store credit. I’m at this dispensary weekly and never once did anyone inform me of this change. No verbal or written notice whatsoever. Your patrons deserve better customer service. Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication.

Excellent experience fast and extremely nice staff and killer products

Some beautiful flower and quality prices for it. This is the only dispensary I go to cause whether on a budget or looking for top shelf it's the place to go.

Great staff and excellent products. Had a slight issue and resolved no problem from prior visit, this place knocks it out if the park.

when will the price hikes stop. most people cant afford $55 1/8

Favorite place for a good while. However, recently their selection and product availability has greatly declined, yet the prices keep going up. Even the shake is somehow less available but more expensive. Not sure what's happening here but unfortunately I'll be going elsewhere until the prices come back to something reasonable. I hope to be a regular again some day!

The staff was super friendly, I felt welcomed the minute I came in. They were very knowlageble about the products and I was very satisfied with what I got. I will be coming back for sure!

Wow. Definitely did not expect an environment more like an expensive hotel lobby than a cheap waiting room (which seems to be more common in some dispensaries). Lights are respectfully dimmed for comfort and other patients are respectful.

Great staff and products

Absolutely love this place. When I was searching for a dispensary, this place rated in the top 3 of choices. I have to admit I went here first and never made it to the other 2 places to check them out. The staff at Botanica were amazing. I didn't want to go anywhere else because they made me feel like it was MY dispensary. All my questions were answered and I never felt rushed. Everyone was super knowledgeable and helpful. They have my business for as long as I need them.

Botanica is quickly becoming my favorite dispensary here in Tucson. It has a feeling that is unlike any other shop - every time I visit, I feel like it's truly a one-of-a-kind experience (put it this way: it's simply beautiful!). Even better than that are the prices, though. I use a lot of edibles, and the edibles here are less expensive (especially during "happy hour") than any other dispensary I've been to. Keep up the great work, Botanica, and I'll keep on coming back!
