Cool! I was so stoked they were open on Jan 1st so I could take advantage of more edibles!!!!!

First time coming here, I order 2 different eighths online, to save myself some time and aggravation. Yeah, nice try. I wait for about 20 minutes after checking in, get called back to find out they did not have the primary strain that I wanted, so they just threw 2 of my second choice in the bag and called it a day. I understand that items may sell out, but communication is key! I really wish someone had text me to tell me they were out of what I wanted, so I didn't waste my time coming in! Then to top it off, the strain they did decide to put in my bag did not look like the pics online, stock photos maybe? Needless to say I left without purchasing anything. Tucson dispensaries really need to step up their customer service game. It's all about $$$ not patients!

they do not give out any free birthday gifts which totally sucks because every dispensary offers something for their patients they care for their patients unlike this dispensary

Really impressed me, and I've been to just about every big name dispensary in the Phoenix area. I was in Tucson for a family event and thought I would try them out. The shake was great quality, still very moist, most shake I see in Phoenix dispensaries is dry and turns to dust, not at Botanica. Also tried the Krypt strain, what an amazing Indica, great smell and trichome coverage, and was very moist. Highly recommend to anyone in the Tucson area.

Very knowledgeable and super friendly staff. There's usually a fair amount of deals and the product is excellent. Only bummer is it's only open till 7pm.

I like the look of the store and the products are great. The points system is trash tho. There should be a place online to check how much you have and not just a link that is txted to you. My links that were messaged to me don’t work so I don’t know how many I have. The person I spoke with said that they couldn’t tell me how many points I had and that there isn’t anywhere else to check the points besides the messaged links. Honestly this is why I stopped shopping here

Well started out with an online order I got the confirmation and it said to be there by 7 so got there 645 n waited till 710 in line but was told no cuz I wasn't checked in well no offence I was there early enough but was never told not to mention I pedaled there not like I drove

amazing interior design! I am a student who just came to denver to visit. The interior design really gets you hyped about what you're about to get. Amazing music and a good looking staff too!

Fresh and clean lobby, very prompt service, masks available for patients who don't have one(nice touch, others kick out and/or shame patients), high quality products/flower and the bud tenders are Awesome! Thank you!

THE BEST! New card holder here. Botanica is a dispensary for people who like competitive prices and a nice atmosphere. No headshop BS no gas station quality. and you have not been properly served until you meet budtender Regina!!!! The sataff here is 100% top quality

Grow Hydro. Everything is great except the flower isn't very strong. I only go because it's close by and I don't have a car. This is not a good place for good flower. I wish they would grow some dro.....we all know hydro is 5 times maybe 10 times better than any soil grown plants.

Service was incredible. Great selection on premium weed. Also, the blonde girl with the sleeve is beautiful 😉

COMPLETE RIPOFF. I purchased 1/4 of Shango Mod Banana and two individual grams of Genesis Biocueticals. I got 7 individual grams of Shango and one gram of Genesis. You people shouldn't even be in business!!! Stop Listing your flower as Quarter's and Halfs if you're literally dispensing Individual grams! HORRIBLE!!!!! I've been coming here for the last year. That is the last time I step foot near this POS Establishment.

I love Botanica, especially when I get Dee to help me! She is very helpful, informative, and listens! I'll keep coming back, especially on Wednesdays for "happy hour".

Really nice waiting area and always quick service, one time they accidentally skipped me and I wondered why 2 people who came after me went back before I did but when I brought it up they apologized a lot and gave me a free preroll, bud is always really good and I love the cheap shake 8ths, 5/5
