Cool! I was so stoked they were open on Jan 1st so I could take advantage of more edibles!!!!!

Great experience but didn't have the product I was looking for.

First time coming here, I order 2 different eighths online, to save myself some time and aggravation. Yeah, nice try. I wait for about 20 minutes after checking in, get called back to find out they did not have the primary strain that I wanted, so they just threw 2 of my second choice in the bag and called it a day. I understand that items may sell out, but communication is key! I really wish someone had text me to tell me they were out of what I wanted, so I didn't waste my time coming in! Then to top it off, the strain they did decide to put in my bag did not look like the pics online, stock photos maybe? Needless to say I left without purchasing anything. Tucson dispensaries really need to step up their customer service game. It's all about $$$ not patients!

As a newbie searching for help I was treated with respect and a huge amount of kindness. They are extremely helpful, know their products and even advised me of what I should start out with and not try at this time while NOT making me feel stupid asking all my questions! Very comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend!!

Grow Hydro. Everything is great except the flower isn't very strong. I only go because it's close by and I don't have a car. This is not a good place for good flower. I wish they would grow some dro.....we all know hydro is 5 times maybe 10 times better than any soil grown plants.

Botanica has gone downhill. Sullen budtenders, dry pre-packaged flower, Prices in the stratosphere. The only thing they have going for them is the comfortable, well-appointed waiting area, Better to go to Nature's Med, not far from Botanica. Better product, good variety, friendly and knowledgeable tenders, reasonable prices. Waiting area a little cramped, but they offer fast service, so no long wait. Can pre-order and pick up in designated line. Sorry Botanica, you've lost me...,

Changed their rewards program with no heads up. I was one purchase away that would get me $100 ISC. Now it's worth an eighth of shake. Vets also can't stack their benefit with their happy hour. I do like their Beeline service. Staff are also friendly.

Visited Botanical the other night around 8pm. It was fast and easy to get in (just prove you are over 21 with your drivers license) then head into a separate room. The prices are good and you can smell and handle anything you're interested in. We left with a pre roll and good info about lounges in the area. Nice neighborhood spot.

Decent place, okay location. Very spacious and well put together inside, definitely appreciated compared to many other dispensaries in Tucson. My biggest concern is their product; I asked my budtender where the flower comes from, she replied that it is all caregiver donations. The flower is definitely all over the place; some of it looks good, some of it looks like street weed. When I asked about the concentrates, she replied those are all made in house; how? From whose flower? Admittedly, they have some fine looking concentrates. I picked up the Lemon Skunk crumble on my visit and it is GOLDEN. However... my main point is, if they are using caregiver flower to make the concentrates and not their, how do we know what has gone into the flower... let alone the actual concentrate? Perhaps I should have asked more questions, but as it stands it kind of weirds me out a little.

Loved this store for a while. Now I’m on the fence. I don’t mind paying a little more, their product is supreme. I do not like the fact I’ve been treated rudely on my last three visits. My fault for the second and third times I should have taken the hint with the first time I was treated rudely and not returned. I expect to be treated at least civilly when interacting with anyone. I am polite and expect at least civility to be returned to me. Oh and these are people who want to be tipped for their efforts. Maybe there’s something I’m not understanding.

Some of the best medical marijuana and some of the best people willing to help with all your medicinal needs. A+

Stopped by this location when I was visiting Tucson for the day. I loved this building and the way they were set up! Very professional! I thought that the flower could have been better but it wasn't bad. When I am in Tucson again this will be my spot! Thanks Botánica!

Fresh and clean lobby, very prompt service, masks available for patients who don't have one(nice touch, others kick out and/or shame patients), high quality products/flower and the bud tenders are Awesome! Thank you!

ripoff shango comes in a crappie paper bag when they are sappedto come in a jar ,genesis also comes in 4.5gram nope not at Botanica they take out and put in a paper bag alway dry flower got to earths healing better flower and half the price.

1st time here & last time. I HATE being ripped off. Bought Genesis Flower which is 4.5 grams per pack and also advertised like that, get home to find out this place repackaged the flower and ripped me off, it only comes with 3.5g and crappy bags they put it in which dried it out, Genesis uses Grove bags and keeps it fresh. Even the Boveda pack was all dried up. Scammers if you ask me.

COMPLETE RIPOFF. I purchased 1/4 of Shango Mod Banana and two individual grams of Genesis Biocueticals. I got 7 individual grams of Shango and one gram of Genesis. You people shouldn't even be in business!!! Stop Listing your flower as Quarter's and Halfs if you're literally dispensing Individual grams! HORRIBLE!!!!! I've been coming here for the last year. That is the last time I step foot near this POS Establishment.

They advertise that you can use credit cards on the internet and then when you show up, You wait 20 minutes outside in line to find out that you can't use your credit card and if you don't have enough cash, then you have to drive somewhere find cash come back and wait in line again.... They don't apologize for the inconvenience, they don't recognize it at all. When they talk about their customer experience this has to be what they are talking about. I have spent a lot of money here over the past decade.And the fact that these guys can't even acknowledge the inconvenience is completely ridiculous . Someone else can have my thousands of dollars a year. Paying cash is inherently dangerous as people hanging out by the railroad tracks will know that when you Show up there you have large sums of money.

Nick and the girls always make me feel comfortable. Location is low key and environment is chill. Products and deals are on point. Overall great quality service and business is ran extremely well. Wubba lubba dub dub Botanica!

I hope they keep getting good buds in like bubba kush. I like ordering on line and just go in and pick up. Maybe a window for just pick ups online orders.
