I have always had great experiences at BW! The budtenders are so helpful and knowledgeable. They have always steered me in the right direction and helped me figure out how to manage my pain successfully. When I started I was a little nervous but they 100% put me at ease and I am so much better now with NJMMP than I was before. Thank you!

Only complaint is the Daily Menu. It’s not often updated on Saturdays and the MCT Oil selection has been the same since Early November. They also have products on the daily menu that are not explained on the Strain Chart, and items on the Strain Chart that aren’t offered on the daily menu. The menu is important to customers who have a 1 hour plus drive to get there so it’s worth the trip. Really need to keep this menu accurate and current.

great selection, stocked strains. need an appointment for first visit and they're booked months out. even with the appointment, car waiting line just to get to the dispensary is an hour+ but considering the shit program we have in NJ this is definitely one of the best

Pros: the staff is friendly, they always have multiple strains available, and the facility is clean. Annoying: the website is not always up-to-date on what they have in stock, for me I like to plan everything before I get there so I can have my order ready and have enough money. They usually have more than what is listed which makes me waste time in line debating on if I want to switch my order Cons: They don’t list THC/CBD/etc %’s on their website. You will never get anyone on the phone. The line is always, so long, especially now (during the pandemic). FYI- new patients: before you can purchase anything you need to schedule a new patient meeting and these are booked solid for months in advance.

the staff is very friendly and willing to help as best they can although they are limited to the information that they are provided it seems. I am very specific with the strains that I use and over the years I've learned what terpenes work best for me. The only information they provide on their menu and that their staff could provide after learning that they have not had been provided any terpene information by their growers the only thing that they could say for sure was if they were daytime or nighttime strains. For a new user or patient I can definitely see the upside to this making it very simple and not overwhelming people. but I was lost when trying to find something that I could use. I would go back as a second or third choice just as I did this past time. But if you are looking for a place where you can get some solid data about your strains prior to purchase this is definitely not it yet.

Superior flower on many occasions in comparison, in effects, quality, texture and appearance. Knowledgeable budtenders. The info provided online and their sincere recommendations are very honest. Lozenges need a little more variety. Cartridges are quality.

Overall one of the best dispensaries in New Jersey quality-wise. Menu isn’t so big and one location in the state isn’t so great but I know people willing to travel past other dispensaries just to go to Breakwater so overall , one of the better dispensaries in the state of NJ

Well for one, the prices. They’re absurd! $65 dollars for wax lol. Every other dispensary and te ones not sell wax less than the flower. This place has it ass backwards, if you’re in jersey just go to the city. You’ll get a bang for your buck

I've been to so many dispensaries in this state for the past 4 years. Hands down, Breakwater is THE best. The Budtenders are so knowledgeable and friendly. It's worth the 30 minute drive, which is not an easy feat for me because I'm recovering from cancer treatment. The dispensaries that are within 5, 10 minutes from me are ok. Occasionally, I'll find a flower that is fire. But most were a 3 at best. The budtenders never seemed to know much, which was annoying. How the hell are you going to be in the industry and the average customer knows more than you?! Anyway. The point is that I will be getting all of my cannabis from Breakwater from now on. Yes, they rarely have good sales. But it's fine with me because I'm getting good quality. I will start visiting monthly. You get what you pay for, and you get a BIG bang for your buck at Breakwater!

Always so clean and very welcoming place for a patient. Extremely painless online ordering. Any questions are answered in a friendly understanding manner.

1st time there and got a few products. Quality was much better then the other places i have been. I also see people mentioning the prices. I see the prices lower then freehold or Neptune. This facility doesn’t have the promotions then the others, but this product is so much better. Definitely making this my home store.
