Canna West Seattle

Hands down my favorite shop. Great cannabis products, naturally, but the quality of the staff is what brings me back several times a month.

Great shop! They really take care of their customers and are able to share details about the bud.

Nice little local spot. Adequate stock, but would be nice to see more. Out of the items I went in to buy. Nice staff.

After an unbelievably disappointing experience at another Seattle dispensary, just an hour before, we drove 30 minutes out of the way to pick up a specific strain from Canna West Seattle. It could not have been MORE different from our last experience, the store was inviting, the staff welcoming and interior looked well cared for and classy. The Leafly menu had Vortex in stock, we arrived to find it WAS actually available, which was awesome to see it being regularly updated. This is so often not the case with many dispensaries that sell/pre-order via Leafly. The sales assistant was absolutely AMAZING; he gave us recommendations and had great product knowledge. He was also joined by another assistant, who gave some pointers for high CBD products we were talking about. We ended up spending $100 in there, just because the service was so great and we wanted to branch out. We've only smoked/eaten 3/5 products bought, but so far they've been super good quality. Completely unrelated, but they also had a NW food bank donation box. Definitely good eggs in my book. 10/10, would absolutely recommend.

My absolute favorite shop. As an extreme introvert and a bit of a recluse, my interactions with the staff have been satisfying. Excellent selection, location, value, and service. Highly recommended.

Quality over quantity, there is a reason this dispensary has won three dope awards in 2017 for their staff, always a pleasure to come in!

I specifically ordered from Canna because the store offered ‘curbside pick-up’. Called while on my way and was instructed to call when I’m parked out front and a staff member will come out. Parked in front, call in, and a male employee answers, and with a condescending laugh said ‘You know you still have to come in, right?’ UNPROFESSIONAL and UNNECESSARY! Outraged and hesitant to go in (I care give for my mom with complex health issues). I walk up to the porch, a staff member greets me at the door. I ask ‘How does Curbside service work? Bc I called and was told differently.’ I shared what happened over the phone and I strongly suggest they get their sh*t together!

Great shop, great budtenders, but the management isn't letting them unionize? These awesome budtenders should be rewarded for their hard work during this incredibly trying time!

Very helpful staff and informed (IMO). I really appreciate the neighborhood feel. I will be back over and over again.

The bud tender was absolutely AMAZING!!!He was so friendly.He didn't make to much fun of me when I told him I was picking up what I ordered on the innerweb.He asked is in your name Shawna?Which I repled with how'd you know my name and he said "I just looked at your ID😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂I will definitely be going back!!!!

I like coming here because the staff is always friendly, they have good, high-end product also. The discounts they offer periodically are great.

New location is nice looking, but to be honest everything I buy here is pretty middle of the road.

I’ve been in about three times. Staff is helpful, good selection. Each time I leave with something from Natural Mystic Farms, nice sativas at a reasonable price point for my budget.

This is the first place I visited when I moved here and I feel in love with it. Everyone is so super nice, welcoming and helpful. I’ve yet to go to any other places
