Love this shop. Great product, staff that knows what's up and great prices. Once agian, I love this shop.

Excellent quality and many different vendors and strains to choose from. The staff was really cool and helpful and the prices are awesome.

I have shopped with this chain since the first small storefront with the owner behind the counter. I will continue to be a loyal customer due to the specials offered, the every day prices, selection of flower and edibles, helpful personable staff, variety of prices and intensity levels. I hesitate to post this since it will make my wait time in the store longer, but we all need time to look at that menu anyway and you've got to give credit where credit is due. Fantastic place!

Every budtender I've encountered has been professional, kind, and extremely helpful. This visit, on 08/20/2020, the thing I loved the most was the speed of service. I had ordered online, and the store gives priority to online orders. The 10% off online orders is another reason I keep coming all the way from Southgate to the Valley location. We would love to see another location on the South Hill, I would probably stop shopping anywhere else.

I have been very pleased so far. I am usually looking for a deal, and this place delivers every time. Friendly staff. My only complaint would be the wait time sometimes. But can't have everything. I smoke both concentrates and flower. So far I've gotten good deals on good stuff of both. I recommend you guys to everyone.

The people are always helpful, knowledgeable about their products, and always a great price on their product

They have people working there that don't even know what they are selling. On top of the online menu being drastically different then what is offered in store. Worst attitude when explaining what I wanted and then got gaslit by some fucker in a beanie telling me that I was making up a product, when they even had it listed on thier site. Hire better people or just sell flower. You guys are embarrassing. He assured me I was remembering a product wrong and that what I wanted never existed, I pick up the next best thing even those I know it's terrible in texture for an edible and he told me how great they were. He has obviously never had them.
