Cinder - Downtown Spokane

I like that they offer curbside pickups except the orders are not really prioritized. So if you don’t want to wait in your hot car for 15-20 mins while the budtender goes in and out of the store to do change and receive products when they come back out a second time, you should just walk in yourself. The curbside pick ups should try to bring the product out with them and have change counters on them like on the go vendors.

They are always super helpful and friendly!

I order online when I think know what I want, lately, I add one or two things 💁‍♀️ & I know that can be irritating if the store is busy, My budtenders are always happy to help & always act like I'm their favorite customer. I appreciate that & because of them Cinder is my favorite dispensary! 💚🌬💚

I hit Cinder this afternoon to pick up an order I placed online through Leafly. My budtender Mindy was awesome, extremely professional and well just awesome. There were a few questions about my order, but we worked together and worked it out lol. Good Stuff! Highly Recommended

I go once a month to grab an ounce of 1/8 ths and let the bud tender choose for me. Sainmi was patient and very helpful and picked out some great flower. I give her 5 stars.

I went into downtown center today and spoke with a bud tender by the name of “Blue” she was super awesome, really personable. We chatted about tattoos along with Her giving me really good advice on some product that I was looking at. I absolutely will be there again and recommend that place to everyone.

Love this place, it is close to work, open late, and the customer service is top notch. Thank you Aaron Clark for all of the help, I'll definitely let you know how that recommended strain does for me next time I come in (which will be soon).

Every time I'm at this location I'm always treated wonderful. The most recent time I was in, Jamie helped me and when I told him I was in a budget, he accommodated me. He picked out great products for me. So, Thank you Jamie for having great customer service.

I come through the downtown location frequently and every time everyone is super welcoming and helpful. Benny is super helpful and has been my bud tender the last 3 times and he has helped me find new buds I might not have tried otherwise. Definitely coming back

As a regular I see lots of tenders. I love this spot and today Sammy (dude with long metal hair) legit was above and beyond. His instant knowledge of inventory and his ability to actually listen to what I said was huge. This guy is a huge addition to this shop. I’m gonna always look for him for my resin and rosin needs. Left with a mega smile and was happy af I stopped.

Drew made sure I had my tombstone and showed me the p91 (I could be wrong with the name) and I might be back friday to pick one up. Drew made sure I was 100% getting the right tombstone, and I appreciate him for that. Drew was dope!

I placed an order with the Cinder Downtown. I wanted curbside service. I received the text that the order was ready. When i arrived at the store i called and told them i was there for pick up. They said someone would be out in 5 min. I waited 10 min and no one came out. I called again and no one would answer the phone. The parking lot was almost empty. I waited another 5 minutes and still no service. I tried calling again. No one would answer. I waited a total of 20 minutes with zero service! I am done with this store. You lost a good customer! I work in the industry and you carry our product! I am so done! I will be telling my friends about my experience also!

Took a little longer to find specific strains using the website but not bad. Almost left twice before coming back to get something I forgot. Dylan was super helpful as always finding me products that fit my needs and getting fast service. It wasn't super busy since most people were in and out, so Trish was able to spend a while helping me find EXACTLY the specific thing that I was looking for, really went above and beyond to help and didn't make me feel like an inconvenience. Awesome team downtown!

What a great place! There is always such a positive atmosphere, this has been my go to spot ever since I’ve found it. Would highly recommend this store to anyone, and the staff is incredible, Hayden is always an exceptional amount of help every time I come in.

Blue greeted us at the door and was very charismatic. Its obvious that she loves what she does. She recommended us some dank Shatter J’s and even went above and beyond as to find a specific strain from the back. Blue is a beautiful asset to your team 🥇
