Friendly staff, great selection and awesome vibes.

I went into downtown center today and spoke with a bud tender by the name of “Blue” she was super awesome, really personable. We chatted about tattoos along with Her giving me really good advice on some product that I was looking at. I absolutely will be there again and recommend that place to everyone.

Love this place, it is close to work, open late, and the customer service is top notch. Thank you Aaron Clark for all of the help, I'll definitely let you know how that recommended strain does for me next time I come in (which will be soon).

I placed an order with the Cinder Downtown. I wanted curbside service. I received the text that the order was ready. When i arrived at the store i called and told them i was there for pick up. They said someone would be out in 5 min. I waited 10 min and no one came out. I called again and no one would answer the phone. The parking lot was almost empty. I waited another 5 minutes and still no service. I tried calling again. No one would answer. I waited a total of 20 minutes with zero service! I am done with this store. You lost a good customer! I work in the industry and you carry our product! I am so done! I will be telling my friends about my experience also!

I go once a month to grab an ounce of 1/8 ths and let the bud tender choose for me. Sainmi was patient and very helpful and picked out some great flower. I give her 5 stars.

Blue helped me today, it was one of my best experiences there and in spokane as a whole. I used to do the same job in my old town and i know how easy it is to coast. I ended up with not only more for my money, but products better suited to what i wanted. Its really nice to talk to a budtender that actually listens and delivers something amazing...on top of being super knowledgeable about the industry, the products and what was available in inventory. 10/10 would recommend her to a friend.

Shopped a few stores while in the area. Cinder had a great selection and Mervin DT location answered all questions and deserves 5stars for service

Benny helped me out. Got me everything I needed quickly, conveniently and effectively. Get that man a RAISE.

I just have to say I love the downtown Spokane location every time I go there I always leave happy with what I got and if I go in the store either after long stressful work day or just a hard day I leave in WAY BETTER MOOD BUT TODAY WAS WAY MORE THEN NORMAL THANKS MS. BLUE I AM IN THE MIDDLE OF LEAVING AN ABUSIVE RELATIONSHIP AND BLUE DOCTORED MYCUT FINGER AND GAVE ME SOME LOVE SHE MADE ME.FEEL SO VALUED AND LOVED I WILL DEFINITELY CONTINUE TO BE DOWNTOWN SPOKANE CINDER GIRL THANK YOU BLUE
