usually good experience, but online orders need fixing. I ordered grams of concentrate, and they message me saying "they're out of the pre-rolls".
I certainly am not about to pay $25 for one pre-roll.
1 gram wax SHOULD mean a gram of wax.
not 1 gram pre-roll.
Just wanted to say that the curbside pick-up is awesome. The same great customer service while taking an extra step to keep us a little safer and I still placed my order online and got my stuff in under 20 mins.
Online order is a waste of time more often then not they either don't have what they said they had or they fuck up the order maybe if their employees could learn the difference between 1-2-3 I might get a correct order one day but 20+ orders later and still haven't got a complete order.

Called to place an order as last time we placed an online order, they were out of something, and called us when usually they send a text, so we missed the phone call from an unrecognized number. the girl who answered today was pretty snotty about the whole thing, like we inconvenienced her precious time by calling instead of online ordering. Her tone was cold and regardless of her "sweet words" disguised by her tone, it was just a bitchy interaction all around. next time use some kindness instead of chastising someone over the phone because YOU changed the rules about calling your guests instead of the usual text. people are in quarantine and it is discouraging that the first few people we have a chance to have a conversation with are just downright rude.
I placed an order with the Cinder Downtown. I wanted curbside service. I received the text that the order was ready. When i arrived at the store i called and told them i was there for pick up. They said someone would be out in 5 min. I waited 10 min and no one came out. I called again and no one would answer the phone. The parking lot was almost empty. I waited another 5 minutes and still no service. I tried calling again. No one would answer. I waited a total of 20 minutes with zero service! I am done with this store. You lost a good customer! I work in the industry and you carry our product! I am so done! I will be telling my friends about my experience also!
I came in this past weekend and the budtender Tameina hooked me up with a really great indica dominant hybrid and took the time to find me something that met my needs. Thank you!
Definitely my go too even though I live in the Valley I go out of my way just to come here. They usually remember me and I love how nice they are and I usually have a million questions and they never seem upset to take the time to check if they don't know. They keep the homeless deterred from loitering outside the premises which makes me feel safe visiting here.
