Really like this location. It’s on my way home (I cut through downtown) and nice parking lot. Their rewards program is an actual reward and it’s good deals. Pricing is decent here. Not the lowest but far from the most expensive. Really good selection of everything and their huge strain board behind the counter is awesome. All budtenders have been great. I understand they are trying to sell me product but I feel like their advice is genuine and they suggest what you ask for not what they want you to buy. They sell my favorites here but I can’t divulge that here or y’all will start buying up my must haves!
I ordered 2 products online and walked in the store to pay for the product, they had a problem processing the CASH PAYMENT I gave them, they made me wait in line for over 10 minutes with no response, so I told one of the other employees that I apologize for leaving but I cannot just sit here with no answer, so I left
Jacob the budtender was amazing he always makes the atmosphere just feel so alive, like your more than just a regular or loyal customer he makes you feel like your home. He makes the whole process rememberable every time in a charming fashion. Never does he Force one singular product on you but instead gets a total feel of who you are and what your really trying to purchase and then he just unloads unlimited options for you to enjoy which is nice for some one like me who's management in the hospitality industry. I love coming in and seeing him because I know genuinely I'll have an amazing experience.
The staff was extremely pleasant and responsive. My order was ready and pickup couldn’t have been any smoother. Will definitely repeat this method of obtaining my bud. Excellent!!!
The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. They don’t let anybody walk in without a smile and friendly greeting. Everyone there is eager to help with any questions I might have. Great staff and great selection.
Ordered online. Had to call an hour later because I hadn't gotten an update. It had been sitting there, filled the whole time. Doesn't seem like I should've even ordered online if I have to call and check.
Everyone is always so friendly and knowledgeable. Curbside pickup is the best thing ever and I hope they continue it. I have bad social anxiety and this makes me safe and secure.
I go there all the time and every time I get great customer service even when it's busy. This is easily my favorite dispensary. You can get some pretty good flower for $20 an eighth.
I like that they offer curbside pickups except the orders are not really prioritized. So if you don’t want to wait in your hot car for 15-20 mins while the budtender goes in and out of the store to do change and receive products when they come back out a second time, you should just walk in yourself. The curbside pick ups should try to bring the product out with them and have change counters on them like on the go vendors.
I came in looking to get a vape with some cartridges, the budtender who helped me, Marisa, was very knowledgeable/helpful, she answered all my questions and even gave me some first hand knowledge and her experiences with some of the vapes.
I ended up going with the King Fu Vapes Pocket Vape 4.0, couldn't be happier with the set up.
