We went to Spokane for the weekend and had to pick a little something-something up.
We stopped in here and got Durban Poison (incredible clear high - awesome). The place was spotless. Almost like a medical office. Product came sealed and vacuum packed.
The young ladies behind the counter were very helpful and they sold me a $5.00 pipe (they should have also been selling $5.00 grinders but they weren't).
We will definitely stop back in here the next time we are in Spokane.

My husband and I visited Cinder for the first time yesterday and had a fantastic experience. The young woman who helped us was friendly and knowledgeable, she gave us honest recommendations and I didn’t feel like she was just trying to sell me something I didn’t want. The bud was fantastic and we will definitely be coming back!

Personally, this cinder location is most definitely my all time favourite weed dispensary in the Spokane/Spokane Valley areas. Of all the employees, I've had the most memorable and enjoyable customer service experience with Cameron. By far he understands the best in what I am looking for, and has always maintained a positive energy, no matter what.

I started writing this review an hour and a half ago. Want to know why? It's not because I'm crafting some Shakespearean work of art. It's not because I lost power halfway through. It's not because I was trying to come up with great things to say about Cinder North. No, the reason it's taken me so long is that I am lit up like a Chevy Chase Christmas right now. Cinder North is does it again, and there are so many reasons why they rock! Today I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by Zac. I told Zac I was looking for the dankest of danks; he confidently assured me I was in the right place and immediately set to work selecting the finest from their wide variety. I was impressed by his knowledge and expertise but not overwhelmed; Zac was patient, funny, and kind, and he made my shopping experience so easy I heard Jeff Bezos has been stalking him to try to emulate his style. Teamwork makes the dream work, and to round out my visit, Ni got me taken care of at the register. I love the insane deals this place offers and Ni was sure to get me hooked up--I saved so much I almost felt like I was getting paid to just be there. I would also highlight Lindsay who cheered us on and raised the stoke and general good vibes of the place. With my treasure secured, I left thinking things couldn't be much better. However, to my surprise and joy, Cassie Ann was finishing up with making someone else's day and swung by to say hi as I was leaving. She always treats me like family and is so awesome that she probably wouldn't even be bothered by my complete butchering of the spelling of her name. I visit Cinder North for the killer selection and unbeatable prices, but I return each time because of the people who work there. Go give them a visit, they make everything more fun--even writing these reviews : )

Great location. Right off the freeway.
I ordered online and it wasn't ready yet. But my budtender got everything ready for me asap. She was great tand helped me pick a few more things while I was waiting.
I come in about 4-5 times a month, you are all great, but Zac H always has such a positive attitude and makes the experience really fun! Thanks, Zac!
I have no complaints about the store or people my complaint is liberty reach passing off pre rolls as flower but end up tasting like shake that's some bad customer service liberty reach should be approached about it as a consumer we're the ones that purchase.

Pretty disappointed in the online ordering systems for both Cinder North & Cinder Valley. I’ve had orders placed but not confirmed until 2+ hours later, then cancelled; some orders get confirmed and then I receive a call that a product isn’t available- no problem, I just tell them another option & we confirm, but then upon arrival, some or none of the products confirmed are available. Plus, online ordering goes down pretty frequently, and the menu isn’t always accurate or updated.
When shopping in-store, some budtenders lack knowledge about chemical-free producers and products, and some don’t give accurate recommendations for indica-heavy strains (I was once given Dutch Treat as a recommendation, which is definitely a sativa).
I’ve been a customer for quite some time because they have really decent prices and as a former budtender myself, I usually know exactly what I want and can get in and get out fairly quickly- but in terms of online ordering and/or wanting new things to try or other recommendations, it’s a huge miss. Being that I’m immunocompromised, I rely on online ordering for most purchases; and especially during the times of Covid, I think this is an area that needs focus from Cinder management.
Great quick overall experience!
