Extrodinarily overpriced, I prefer the Columbia care dispensary much more and you get a product at least worth all the money you are spending. First and last time making a mistake like this.
Best visit I’ve ever had to a medical Dispo management/staff wise. The main manager guy (I’m not sure his name) was a huge help and a great manager. He deserves a raise !!
Newd a customer bathroom wapecially since anyone entering has a health condition. That's the only draw back. I choose Cannibista if im experiencing incontenience issues
This dispensary is great. The staff is wonderful and have always been super helpful if I have an issue, which has happened before. They bent over backwards to correct it, even though it was a supplier issue, and they were not at fault. I am very thankful to them for the time and effort they put in to help me. As a bonus, my dog loves this place and they love him. Good vibes overall, and good discounts. It is me and my dog’s go - to dispensary.
I've shopped at recreational dispensaries in Colorado, California, Nevada, Massachusetts, and Illinois so I have a decent lay of the land when it comes to purchasing legal cannabis in the United States. This week I visited a NY medical dispensary - Be. in Brooklyn - for the first time and I was impressed. My understanding is that they will be expanding to sell recreational cannabis next year. But I couldn't wait that long so, recently, I obtained a NY medical card. That was the hard part. My first visit to a medical dispensary was a breeze. The staff onboarded me quickly within a few minutes I was looking through their catalog on a huge screen in their showroom. Everyone was was super friendly and helpful. The space was clean and modern. It sorta felt like a MedMen, but with better service. The product selection was decent. I purchased a variety of products and can confirm they're all wonderful.
Had a major turnoff with these folks recently, not only was the product shaky in terms of the quality but the service too was less than desirable......for my money Vireo (on Queens Blvd) is infinitely better in terms of both product and service.
The staff is exceptional!! Always and in all ways. In particularly they've been endlessly patient teaching us old dogs new tricks, as we learn about this new industry they are also contending with bringing us up-to-date with technology, and doing it all with a smile during nyc epicenter of the covid19pandemic crisis.
Salute !!!

I can't seem to place an order online during their "hours of operation". I've emailed with nothing but an automatic reply. I've called with endless ringing. I even walked by the shop and the same information here is posted on the door yet I have not been able to contact anyone nor place an order.
