Best visit I’ve ever had to a medical Dispo management/staff wise. The main manager guy (I’m not sure his name) was a huge help and a great manager. He deserves a raise !!

Teddy helped me get set up with my medical marijuana card and was super informative about the registration process. Once I got cleared and was able to go in, he walked me through identifying products that would support my needs and provided solid recommendations. When checking out they threw in a discount based on the special they were currently having. Overall, great experience. I definitely will be coming back.

Great staff who are super friendly and want to help you. The person I dealt with was super sweet, helpful and knowledgeable about the products but wasn’t super knowledgeable about the different strains they had, however in this day and age I can’t imagine how anyone would be able to keep up with all the available options.

"Be" is in the perfect location on my way home from work on the "R". Hop off at Barclay's & walk a few blocks. The staff is friendly, & I've been happy with their flower products for over 2yrs. Great place.

Stopped in on a Friday to pick up my go-to products and had another fantastic experience at Be. BK: - Ordered through Leafly, so my order was ready as soon as I arrived. - The dispensary was running yet another of their amazing deals, this time $20 off for every $99 spent. - With an order that came to $160, that meant that I could add another product and get it for free! This made my day. - Io and Adonai were awesome, helping me understand a new product that I had never had before and would fit my medical needs. - And then I had a very inspiring discussion with the rest of the staff on the use of cannabis in opioid use disorder treatment. Working in that space, they even gave me education recommendations! Thanks to the entire Be. BK staff for a welcoming visit that was fast, affordable, and comprehensive. You're the Best!

The experience was great. Not a long wait. But I was unable to get my complete order due to the pandemic and each patient being limited to only one per item. It would have helped if that was communicated on the website rather than the website asking what quantity a patient desired and finding out that any quantity above ONE is not allowed.

I have been a customer since they opened. Excellent service, they make you feel like family. Highly recommended to all

I found Be. on leafly and placed an order on line. The process was super easy. The staff at Be. communicated with me via message through the whole process. I registered on line and submitted all the documents before arriving at the location. The staff was very welcoming and friendly when I arrived. The location is well kept. I knew what I wanted so I didn’t ask a lot of questions to know how knowledgeable the staff is but I would recommend this location. I will be a repeat customer!

This dispensary is great. The staff is wonderful and have always been super helpful if I have an issue, which has happened before. They bent over backwards to correct it, even though it was a supplier issue, and they were not at fault. I am very thankful to them for the time and effort they put in to help me. As a bonus, my dog loves this place and they love him. Good vibes overall, and good discounts. It is me and my dog’s go - to dispensary.

What can I say? If BE is not your dispensary for you medical cannabis needs. Then you’re doing it wrong. Their product is top notch, but more importantly their customer service goes above and beyond. They have gone out of their way to make me feel like more than just a customer. Other dispensaries should look at this business model and implement it. Furthermore, this dispensary has the most diverse group of employees that I’ve come across, unlike others in the city. This is what progress looks like. Highly recommend it.

This is by far the best medical dispensary experience I’ve ever had thanks to the super helpful staff —- especially the women/non-binary folx who have been a huge support in helping me learn the correct medical lingo. So happy to have found this spot!

Extrodinarily overpriced, I prefer the Columbia care dispensary much more and you get a product at least worth all the money you are spending. First and last time making a mistake like this.

I can't seem to place an order online during their "hours of operation". I've emailed with nothing but an automatic reply. I've called with endless ringing. I even walked by the shop and the same information here is posted on the door yet I have not been able to contact anyone nor place an order.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, very welcoming environment. Also very very veteran friendly discount.
