Great

Columbia Care in Scranton is one of my go to dispensaries. It is about an hour away from me unfortunately, so I try to make a small amount of big trips when I go to pick some up. The receptionist is an absolute pleasure to talk to, and she even remembers my name. All of the budtenders that I have interacted with were kind, knowledgeable, and all around good people. The selection isn't always the best unfortunately, but that is a problem that will get better over time as the state gets more growers. The prices are also flat across the board, more or less. Brands that are normally $65 for 3.5g are still $55 here. They also offer discounts and they run specials often. The only reason I can't give this dispensary 5 stars across the board is because I had a security guard make a rude remark towards me, and I had a receipt that said I had 3 disposable pens, but there were only 2. Normally that wouldn't be a big deal but when it comes to medicine, it's extremely important. Overall, I highly recommend this dispensary! This one has earned my loyalty as a customer.

The staff are amazing and the products are too... they do their best to keep well stocked and are very helpful with any questions or concerns.

Want to thank Columbia care and their staff for going way beyond to help everyone ...what a great experience it was today with the new dry leaf ..they are like family❤️

The people are great place is nice but the flowers suck!!! They are always super dry and short on the better strains most of the time. Sorry

It was a five star rating for me until they haven't had their bathroom or debit machine working in over a week. Right now the best location is in Wilkes-Barre.

Had my first visit Friday and was very impressed by the knowledge and friendliness of staff. Had a decent selection!

I've only been here a handful of times. The people working there seemed pretty good. The selection was better than their Wilkes barre location, but it might not be worth the ride for some if their other locations are closer, so check the menu. I'd go back any time I was up north, or they had something specific I needed. The one time I went there there was a power outage. They kept working via laptop as long as they could to help out their customers. They reopened pretty shortly after once the power was on.

awesome friendly staff...... girl at the front window/desk... on 3.3.20...one of the nicest ppl I've ever come across in a dispensary she answered every question I had before I even fully got inside.... had some rly awesome recommendations...... just an awesome place.......👍👌👍👌👍👌

I really like the options for cartridges and tinctures but there isn’t a lot of dry leaf options. Also, the security guard made a remark to me that was rude. First, id like to say that I am a PATIENT. I’m not here to just get high. Yes, I like the euphoric feeling but my goal is pain relief as well as relaxation for sleep. I have several chronic illnesses. He told me I was going to have a fun weekend with the products I got. It is not fun to be in terrible pain all day every day. It is not fun to be disabled at an early age. It is not fun to not be able to sleep more than 3 hours at a time because of the pain and muscle spasms. So, no, I didn’t have a fun weekend. I had a painful weekend that was tolerable because of the cbd and thc products I’m able to get. Other than that, the rest of the staff is fantastic.

Loved it here, until yesterday. Paid 80$ for a gram of sauce that I never got. Went to car to check receipt , even though they may have someone “check” that the order is all there, this time the check wasn’t correct . Out of my HUGE order (not to brag but I’m far away and I spend a decent amount on my meds to take less trips) there was a sugar missing . They called me today and told me that I’m more or less beat. Literally I am almost forced to go here, but this experience is aggravating. On the positive. There is 2 employees in general that are super stand outs and will give you exemplary service . Their names are Amber and DJ. If you’re lucky enough to have one of them take care of you, you will Not be misguided as these two seem to be the most educated individuals in the building regarding Cannabis. Overall great experience as I’ve been a regular for the last year, but my last visit leaves a bad taste in my mouth...... Wilkes barre location is going to be my next trip.

One of the worst dispensary in NEPA, once they changed the establishments hours to 8 p.m. the service went from 5 stars to hardly 1 star. The online ordering platform jane is use improperly, the terpenes profiles are usually off. They leave things out of orders. Also they do not follow their own guidelines put in place, the orders will be put back before the 48 hours, without any notice. If their is a change to the order they rarely notify you. The staff is unprofessional, and do not enjoy their jobs. If you ask to see terpene profiles you get treated as if your bothering them, or asking something that is not in their job description. Its ashame.

The staff is really friendly and the products are top quality .this will be my fifth visit time to stock up.

If I have to choose between Scranton and Wilkes barre I will always take Wilkes barre. There is one person who works at the Scranton location who is anything but pleasant in my opinion.

Went once, not a big fan, too pricey for single grams and concentrates and last i checked there was no individual menu pricing..

The staff was very helpful and made me feel very comfortable my first time at a dispensary

Great place. I drive up from Wilkes Barre to go here. Now that they are up and rolling there's a GREAT selection of all forms of cannibis. Prices are the best around. Definitely check this place out you won't be disappointed.
