Doesn't matter when or what time of day I go there, the staff is always very attentive and very friendly !!! They are very informative on all the products too, which is a big help for me. My PTSD doesn't allow me to be focused on any one thing. Thank you! Have a great day!
Are extremely customer service orientated. They are very knowledgeable. And very professional. Would recommend them to anyone. Not to mention they have the best strains. OG wedding cake amazing phenomenal no need to look anywhere else. AP
The products are decent, they have a good range of products.
The staff is hit or miss, they have some amazing people working for them, but some make me(as a younger patient) uncomfortable.

Order was ready-you get the alerts on your phone. Everyone has been so nice and patient with me trying to find what works. It’s nice to see the inventory prior to going plus there are new products every time I go...tinctures, lotions, gummies! Plus it’s the most “local” location for me.
Great location for where I’m located. Very friendly staff and security. They should get some new strains once in a while. But if you don’t feel like traveling throughout Delaware, it’s perfect.
Mostly false advertising. They show you pictures of products that the employees have no idea where the picture came from. "Nah that stuff on social media isnt from us" is what im told by the managers. But super friendly service. Except for Geoff... staright lying to customers about products. They still make mike tyson bites... and those hedys are not the same. He says its just a different mold but its a completely different color. Just like the shatter in your pictures... Just be honest bro.
I love that they deliver. The girl that delivers is fantastic. The problem I have is with the quality. The buds are so dry you don't need a grinder. It is so harsh and no taste at all. I have to clean my bowl a lot more often. The residue it leaves is like nothing I have seen before. And I only take at most 6 hits a day off of it. When I first started coming to you the pot had a nice moisture content smelled and tasted great. What happened to the quality?
Love coming to Columbia Care. Every person I have came in contact with has been over the top pleasant. They remember you and have the best customer care. The atmosphere is completely relaxed and they are great at answering questions.
