Love coming to Columbia Care. Every person I have came in contact with has been over the top pleasant. They remember you and have the best customer care. The atmosphere is completely relaxed and they are great at answering questions.
The staff is wonderful. They take the time to get to know you by name which is great business if you ask me. Always smile and they make sure you are well taken care of. The products are great as well. A great variety for whatever your need. I wish them great success!
Coming from Philadelphia the medical marijuana there was fresh and well kept in jars with a fresh pack put inside to keep it fresh and from drying out ! Moving to Delaware it’s like the dispensary’s here don’t use fresh packs theyput your medicine in a bag and it’s not what they say it is you can’t have 22% thc on the packaging and the medication is so dry that it doesn’t reflect the percentage and it’s like theft by deception selling me something that’s giving me a headache and not helping me with my condition this is not why I got my medical marijuana card in delaware only to be disappointed on more than one occasion! Maybe I’ll start driving to Maryland or New Jersey they have recreational and it’s fresh ! Would you go into a flower shop and buy a dead flower , your medical marijuana store should be doing everything they can to give the patients their money’s worth or start giving out refunds or store credit !
Dry ass, hard bud. I started going here first then best buds opened, and then found the farm which has a drive thru. I went there 3 weeks ago and the prerolls were so tight and dry that i wasted about 3 trying to get it to pull correctly. I called and the woman said to go and get something equal to value and i didnt have to pay. I got a different strain and it was the same thing. Theyre super nice and the security guard is fine but not worth the drive.
This store is great! It was my first time using Leafly. As soon as I got up to the counter my order was ready.

Placing my order online (basically Pre-ordering) I love it. I get quick and speedy service. Love talking to the girls (bud tenders) and giving feedback on the strains I get and have tried.
