Need signs stating there are separate lines for medical and recreational patients. Bud tender could use some customer service skills. Just left with a bad vibe, do not recommend unfortunately.

This has been my go to spot it’s close to home and the service has always been good, but the past couple of times I’ve gone it’s been a very bad experience. The bud tender I had tonight had the worst customer service ever!!!! ( cashier #49904) I asked him for a recommendation and all he said is we have what we have and pointed at the paper. Then I asked him for an item and he says we are out of that rudely after three items I named were out I said just give me anything. am I supposed to know the inventory or something?!?!? He rolled his eyes and got something that he didn’t even tell me the name of just charged me. I will never go back to this location and will definitely tell people not to go there again as well. This USED to be a great dispensary! But having bud tenders not be able to help a medical patient correctly is unacceptable!!! I asked if my point could be used and he didn’t include that. I am very angry with my visit there and won’t be returning!!! Extremely unprofessional!!!!

If your basing your visit on their website or texts: Don’t! Your better off saving the gas and calling in first. Their information on the website isn’t accurate to what stock that have in store.
If your going for variety at a good price: Don’t, the last 2 times their broadcast of having sale strains was not as advertise was then advised in store “Oh no, we only have 1 strain in each discount tier.
If your looking for the best discount and pricing: Shop Around... After leaving the location, I discovered 2 dispensaries within 5-10 miles of the store were offering multiple strains on sale with whole and half discounts lower then this dispensary.
My advice, shop around, verify before making the trip to the location or you end up making a 30min drive off name alone and will truly be disappointed..

Answer you phone. Called over 12x. No sign saying medical to left and recreational to the right. Been here in line for 1 1/2 hours, just to have someone walk straight to the front. I’m a medical patient. Curaleaf is just happy to make all that $ from recreational users and forgot about the real patients. They have zero deals on anything even though they advertised till end of month. Congrats you lost a patient who was here since you guys opened. Wasted tons of cash in this place. I feel like they just gave medical patients the F U.
Hate to be that guy. This will be my last time coming to this dispensary. Past two times I have it had issues with both the customer service staff as well as bigger issues with the security staff. Tonight was no exception. Found the security guard sitting on his stool outside front door swinging around a blackjack billy club to I guess intimidate anyone that was not intimidated by the gun on his hip. From online order completion to actual pick up was one hour.
Will not return would not recommend.

I have been coming here for over a year now. And every time i have had my excellent Budtender help me out in looking for good 8ths and check out something that we both could agree is some fire. NOT this time. Who ever my budtender was he clearly wanted me gone. When i first got up to his station i explained yes i had an express order but i don't want that item i alrdy got placed in the normal line and..he cut me off way before i could finish and every 8th i asked to see he immediately added it to my checkout and didnt even ask me if i wanted to see it. I had to remind him that i was asking to see the 8th first... That seemed to bother him...because he kept saying "yea that's strain is good" and the wouldn't show me the jar until i had to ask him again" i still want to see the 8th"..asking for the harvest dates shouldn't be a hassle for him but he was acting like this wasnt his JOB. Lastly the express order i tried to tell him i did Please review this. Budtender. I love your flower and ex excellent budtenders too much to let a inexperienced kid ruin it for the rest of ya

Budtender was too high to help us. Front desk told us all of them were in charge and laughed as we were leaving. Called corporate directly.

Very dissatisfied. Rude service, and don’t honor their discounts. Made an order yesterday of 6 half gram cartridges early morning, even talked to the guy on the phone to verify they were bogo. I arrive to the dispensary to find out they didn’t want to honor the bogo deal. I love on the opposite side of town you guys made me drive far for nothing! Not visiting again!

The management staff they have running this location is horrible the girl named Amanda has no experience in customer service and no common sense whoever is in charge of their marketing does not specify in detail when they are doing promotions or donations! It's so sad I waited almost a year for this location to open up and I have to drive more than 10 miles to get excellent service at the other locations because nobody at this place seems to have any initiatives or know what representing a brand is... if you value your time as a person don't bother wasting your gas money or time to come to this location they only have 5 chairs to wait in the waiting room it's also is very small and uncomfortable they play very loud explicit music! Just a horrible experience after three times I will not be going back.

Everything was great UNTIL recreational use. The mellow mature crowd is now loud and disruptive.. It's not the lines it's the people... More rules need to be enforced. I have been coming to this location for 2 years. I have never been scared to leave my kids in the car UNTIL now..The security is amazing...BUT you might need two of them just for the parking to ensure people still conduct themselves like adults and not just pot heads..
budtenders to the manager here don’t know what’s going on with their products or prices on them. Managers are RUDE as hell if you ask them a question and they love to make excuses for why prices are different then stated online and why you cant get the same product you got 2 days prior with the same deal? So many issues sucks they’re the only curaleaf closes to me. Definitely wouldn’t come back on staff alone. This is not my first issue with them. Its always something different going on.

What is the point of being medical if you cannot utilize the 30% off at they advertise nor do they say you can only use it for certain things seems like recreational is getting all the great deals I expected to spend $250 and I only spent $27 I was more knowledgeable about what I wanted and what I needed then the person actually helping me horrible experience I will not be back and I will continually speak negatively about curaleaf Pavilions have a great day

I ordered online and received a text that said my order was ready for pickup. I get there and am told I have to wait another hour out front.
This info should be given when I place the order, not after I receive antext saying its ready.
They should be ashamed of themselves, price hikes during the pandemic while some people don't even have a job is ridiculous. Tax is included and then round it up because of a change shortage, but $20 plus tax is $21.72 rounded up is $22 even, they charge $23!! I know it's just a dollar, but a dollar spread out amongst all products and all patients and across all of their locations means they just gave themselves a raise

The wait time is ridiculous now, 1hr to 1hr and a half. Then you see other people drive in after you and they get taken in and are gone before I even go inside. I placed my orders well ahead of time but I guess 3 hours in advance isn’t enough, and also I wanna know how those other people skipped the 1hr wait time while I waited.
