I have ordered twice through Leafly. Normally Phoenix was my store their temp setup is much more efficient and PATIENT friendly but we moved and you’re closer. However each time u didn’t have what I ordered! Frustrating plus the wait is ridiculous. Don’t like the set up at all. Sorry 😐 even with the explanation I received from the manager. I shouldn’t have to rethink my order! I have major anxiety and this makes it worse

I’m very upset with this store in particular; I always come here and the bud tenders are just standing around. There is a lot of people when I come since they’re always busy, the people working the front are ridiculously slow. They’re rude nonetheless.

got an 8th of aeriz and it was dry like dust for $60 smh not worth it for premium flower the concentrate was a good price

They Shorted me on my eighth. Waited 20-30 minutes just so i can get 2 grams. Fuck this place

I have paid for multiple purchases of top tier flower that has led me to believe a few things. They are selling bottom tier flower as top teir and are probably rebranding like most other places. I just picked up some "Ice cream" flower that lookes like it should be selling for 20 dollars an 8th not for 45. Jeez save your money and shop elsewhere. This place used to have good flower.

I bought a half got home weighed it and all my 8th were short 2nd time this happened you guys need new packagers

Got double charged for my order, didn’t realize until I was halfway home. I tried to call them and was on hold for an hour and a half just to be hung up on. Tried to call back 3 times with no answer. Emailed them also. Horrible customer service.
