This place sucks Dry azzz buds The people Two…. Ponderosa Is way better Never again!!!

The check in people were nice, however one of the girls that work at the express check out is rude AF. Dealing with her made me not want to return to this dispensary. There are plenty to choose from in the area where they have good customer service.

This place is Trash. Flower is garbage dry and doesn’t smell, pre orders suck are always cancelled and they keep the Good things for themselves. Confirm Your order then give you trash when you pull up. Idiot workers too no redeemable qualities. Would give Zero stars if possible

Horrible customer service. Placed a mobile order. Still had to wait in line just like a walk in order. Couldn’t bundle my deal at the store. My cashier counted my money 3 times and no sense of urgency to grab my mobile order. I will never come back to curaleaf.

The service was so personal, I definitely feel connected with staff during each visit. Alex was so amazing as well as the other staff. Not to many days go by when I'm not in the dispensary!

Every-time I go to this location they provide excellent service. The one time I had an issue they solved it very quick & efficiently.

I still go hear for the Convenience I feel like they need to get there shit together 😢 I have placed an online order just the other day and they say they can’t find it 🤔 so why say order on line faster 😢 Any way they do have good deals and for that I keep coming back / and I have my medical card but still have to wait like am red not kool 😢 let’s see if you read this good daze 😉

I went yday and was not informed about the new policies about medical going first. I waited in line for 20 mins. There could’ve been a sign out front or something to let people know what’s going on. Fast forward to the guy who checked me out. He was kind of rude to me. He literally shooed at me once he handed me the bag. He didn’t say anything. I thought hat was rude asf! Plus he sold me STALE wraps when I literally asked him were they fresh because I always get stale ones when I buy from them. Never seen this guy before because I’m a regular. The only thing that pleased me was the weed! But who the hell wants to shop from a business who allows it’s staff to greet their PAYING MEDICAL customers with nasty, condescending gestures and speech?

They increased their prices and decreased their overall Quality and Quantity of deals. Why shop here when Nirvana is down the street, more options and better deals. I used to go here for Select items but whats the point if its now the same as anywhere else.

I'm not going to say I won't shop here again because I'm in here a few times a week. Last night though the one Female agent behind the counter around 7:30-8pm in front was rude, I had to get money out of the ATM and she was rushing me on how long the ATM was taking. I have epilepsy and had a couple of seizures that day and I was experiencing slight memory issues through out the day so it was disappointing to see someone in this industry act like that. I have coworkers from my job that even work at this location, I really hope management has a talk with them that they are in a customer service job and if they want to make more money (tips) they may want to be nicer to the people they serve.

Nice parking lot, but the security guard acts like he owns the place. Friday I come to spend $100 in the security guys I pull your card out I'm standing in line and you let a woman just come walk right past me then turns to me and tells me I think she's a hundred. As in the hundredth person getting the last goodie bag for Black Friday at what point is a security guard authorized to talk to medical patients and upset them?
