Went in for the first time cause I heard they had a discount for veterans, both med and rec. When I asked my bud tender about it a different employee answered saying med only. I still purchased the item, but when I got home, I checked their website and it indeed says "medical patients and recreational".

Before I write the review, let me preface that this is a summary of my experiences BEFORE they started servicing recreational customers. Have gone to this location about 4 times in the past year. The shop looks great and the selection is good. Customer service is generally good. The major problem I've had though is the wait times for pickup orders and their inability to make online purchases a smooth and quick pickup process. Even though there was a separate line for pickups, I ended up waiting almost 20 minutes to get my order even though there was only one person ahead of me in the pickup line. Customers that arrived after me in the regular line were in and out before me unfortunately! Don't quite understand the point of ordering online if it's gonna take way longer. The staff were a little chatty with each other so that made things take longer. I get that its a dispensary and the work environment is a going to be a little less formal, but c'mon! Nothing is worse as a customer when you see other customers who arrived after you get helped before you do. I've started to go to a rival dispensary and they have a much better system for pickup orders. They have a separate dedicated pickup window with an employee quickly handling orders. They had a little shelf with tons of orders prepared. I just gave my name, she had my bag, I paid for it, and was on my way in literally 3 minutes. Curaleaf is the only dispensary that carries the Select brand of tinctures by me, so I hope they can work out a better system for pickup orders.

Very disappointing service for express pick up. Emails and messages are sent out to everyone stating orders are ready for pick up when in reality you get there and they tell you no its not ready so we have to go to the back??? Really!!! Very unprofessional environment for being secret shopper very unpleasant environment to be in. Needs so much more improvement.

A charming location along 83rd Avenue, Curaleaf has exceeded all of my expectations, and I will definitely continue to shop here. Although their waiting room is rather small, their staff manages to keep the atmosphere friendly and welcoming.
