I have ordered twice through Leafly. Normally Phoenix was my store their temp setup is much more efficient and PATIENT friendly but we moved and you’re closer. However each time u didn’t have what I ordered! Frustrating plus the wait is ridiculous. Don’t like the set up at all. Sorry 😐 even with the explanation I received from the manager. I shouldn’t have to rethink my order! I have major anxiety and this makes it worse

I always come here because its close to home and good customer service but these past few weeks they been getting expensive because you'd be able to get 22% thc from. the base line shelf now the base line shelf has highest of 10% and anything above 20% is on the top tier now and the entire flower selection had been very small lately I think im gonna go to nirvana from now on

I'm not going to say I won't shop here again because I'm in here a few times a week. Last night though the one Female agent behind the counter around 7:30-8pm in front was rude, I had to get money out of the ATM and she was rushing me on how long the ATM was taking. I have epilepsy and had a couple of seizures that day and I was experiencing slight memory issues through out the day so it was disappointing to see someone in this industry act like that. I have coworkers from my job that even work at this location, I really hope management has a talk with them that they are in a customer service job and if they want to make more money (tips) they may want to be nicer to the people they serve.

I placed my order on Leafly, but when I went to pick it up, they tell me otherwise. I guess Leafly is promoting the wrong promotions and prices not my fault so I was going in there with the impression I was going to get Tru infusions, Bogo deal on concentrate but the bud tender explained to me that Leafly had the wrong promotion prices. You would think they’d still honor it but they did it poor customer service in my opinion.

I bought the briq all in one, berry gelato flavor. It’s awful. It taste horrible, tastes like literally burnt chemicals. I wish I could get a refund or a different flavor. But … just walked out less than 10 minutes ago. Save your money.

Everytime I go into a curaleaf facility they have Excellent customer service and a great atmosphere. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. I'd recommend to a friend forsure.

I have paid for multiple purchases of top tier flower that has led me to believe a few things. They are selling bottom tier flower as top teir and are probably rebranding like most other places. I just picked up some "Ice cream" flower that lookes like it should be selling for 20 dollars an 8th not for 45. Jeez save your money and shop elsewhere. This place used to have good flower.

Got double charged for my order, didn’t realize until I was halfway home. I tried to call them and was on hold for an hour and a half just to be hung up on. Tried to call back 3 times with no answer. Emailed them also. Horrible customer service.
