Curaleaf - Pavilions

I’ve been here a few times and the wait is super long and the staff is very unorganized. Each time I’ve gone they are discussing who went to lunch and how they didn’t inform another person and that’s why they have a long wait time. Super unprofessional, if there are communication issues don’t discuss that in front of the customer. Additionally They were late to The game of actually practicing social distancing within the actual area where you pick out the products. Now they do have the dividers up but it just goes to show that they arent very well organized once again. The only reason Ive been multiple times is since it is a close location for me. Unfortunately last time I waited 45 minutes for an online order which was not okay... I want to be in and out when I pick up I ain’t got time to wait around for someone to take their lunch break. Hopefully they can get it together as it’s been four times in a row being there and experiencing the same issues.

The quality of products at this dispo are great - just hoping they get some more products in there soon too! Everything else seems to be pretty great but I always have issues with pre-ordering at this location. Every single time I've done a pre-order my order is either not there at all, they're out of everything I ordered, or the entire order is wrong. (They've even had my bag sitting there empty with the receipt on it because another employee opened it and took my items out for someone else who was inside shopping!) One of the times this happened on a large order an employee apologized, took down my info, and promised that he would speak with a manager and have them reach out. Of course I never received a single communication from anyone on the team - which was really disheartening because I didn't ask for it initially but it was offered and then not delivered once expected. I was simply hoping they would follow through with what they said they would do and reach out. I've pre-ordered at many dispos across the entire valley and have never had issues like I do here. The largest issue is that it has happened on numerous occasions, continues to happen, and the problem never changes - so clearly the mess ups aren't being handled or taken into actual consideration. You would think a company that claims to care about its patients would listen to their concerns and issues, but it doesn't seem like it so much lately. I really do enjoy this dispo when they do good, just wish they would follow through with their word and start doing a better job with the pre-orders.

Clean and professional atmosphere. Good deals on buds every week. Staff is welcoming and eager to help. Security is very helpful as well.

It wasn’t the visit, it was the product. I bought an 1/8th of purple Pinot and it so extremely dried out. Definitely disappointed about that, but will give them another chance due to excellent service and facility.
