The guy with the bump in his eye gave me the worst service and it ain’t the first time he sees me but today he didn’t care tried charging me more than what I usually pay for even tho I told I have a receipt he didn’t even care to check if the system was wrong just told me if I wanted it or not like dam bro it’s a weed store be happy not mad
This place is so hit and miss you go in the morning and everyone is nice and upbeat.. You go at night and it's a different story they don't give a shit at all I put in a pre-order 6 hours before I get there and when I get there there out of my smoke wtf !!!! I will not be going back here again and I have been a customer for years but this place could care less!!!!!

Online orders are always “lost” or “cannot be found” or it’s just simply “we don’t have anything in the system” even after showing order confirmation / number. I order online bc I hate waiting lol and like every single time my order is “not found” even after showing my order number, and receiving texts / emails. Other than that, it’s a good dispo with great quality & quantity.

I bought the briq all in one, berry gelato flavor. It’s awful. It taste horrible, tastes like literally burnt chemicals. I wish I could get a refund or a different flavor. But … just walked out less than 10 minutes ago. Save your money.

I was doing some searching online for somewhere near by with good reviews. Decided to stop in with my heart set on some batter. As budtender was helping, showing what they had. I had said one I specifically wanted. When it came time to choose one I was really leaning towards the one I really wanted, but then was told another flavor had a higher percentage of THC. After some convincing, I just went with that one thinking it would be better than what I wanted. I leave not even .5 miles down the street to notice instead of the 88% I was told it was, it was 68. I normally wouldn't complain but I really had my heart set only to get what I didn't want. When I went back to talk to the manager, they said there was nothing that can be done. I get some protocol but I literally just left and when I explained the situation I was just looked at funny. I've been to many dispos and this one just didn't have much of a welcoming vibe except for one guy checking in up front with long hair. I live close and thought this would be my regular place. But I rather go somewhere they take take to make you feel welcomed and actually listen to what you want.,,

Went in for the first time cause I heard they had a discount for veterans, both med and rec. When I asked my bud tender about it a different employee answered saying med only. I still purchased the item, but when I got home, I checked their website and it indeed says "medical patients and recreational".

Before I write the review, let me preface that this is a summary of my experiences BEFORE they started servicing recreational customers.
Have gone to this location about 4 times in the past year. The shop looks great and the selection is good. Customer service is generally good.
The major problem I've had though is the wait times for pickup orders and their inability to make online purchases a smooth and quick pickup process. Even though there was a separate line for pickups, I ended up waiting almost 20 minutes to get my order even though there was only one person ahead of me in the pickup line. Customers that arrived after me in the regular line were in and out before me unfortunately! Don't quite understand the point of ordering online if it's gonna take way longer. The staff were a little chatty with each other so that made things take longer. I get that its a dispensary and the work environment is a going to be a little less formal, but c'mon! Nothing is worse as a customer when you see other customers who arrived after you get helped before you do.
I've started to go to a rival dispensary and they have a much better system for pickup orders. They have a separate dedicated pickup window with an employee quickly handling orders. They had a little shelf with tons of orders prepared. I just gave my name, she had my bag, I paid for it, and was on my way in literally 3 minutes.
Curaleaf is the only dispensary that carries the Select brand of tinctures by me, so I hope they can work out a better system for pickup orders.

they dont even answer the phone for a simple question. be on hold for 30 mins everytime i call. nobody answers. dont shop here. big corporation dont care but raise prices

The check in people were nice, however one of the girls that work at the express check out is rude AF. Dealing with her made me not want to return to this dispensary. There are plenty to choose from in the area where they have good customer service.

This place is Trash. Flower is garbage dry and doesn’t smell, pre orders suck are always cancelled and they keep the Good things for themselves. Confirm Your order then give you trash when you pull up. Idiot workers too no redeemable qualities. Would give Zero stars if possible
I'm not going to say I won't shop here again because I'm in here a few times a week.
Last night though the one Female agent behind the counter around 7:30-8pm in front was rude, I had to get money out of the ATM and she was rushing me on how long the ATM was taking.
I have epilepsy and had a couple of seizures that day and I was experiencing slight memory issues through out the day so it was disappointing to see someone in this industry act like that.
I have coworkers from my job that even work at this location, I really hope management has a talk with them that they are in a customer service job and if they want to make more money (tips) they may want to be nicer to the people they serve.
I placed my order on Leafly, but when I went to pick it up, they tell me otherwise. I guess Leafly is promoting the wrong promotions and prices not my fault so I was going in there with the impression I was going to get Tru infusions, Bogo deal on concentrate but the bud tender explained to me that Leafly had the wrong promotion prices. You would think they’d still honor it but they did it poor customer service in my opinion.

Everybody is cool there, but my bud tender Randi , is the best she tells your everything you need too know and she recommends the best flower and very polite person 💯
