Everything! Jayce is always a huge help if need advice. Jayce recommends products and is always down to earth, professional, and fun. I like Curaleaf For the dispensary vibe but, also for its professionalism care from a medical and/or patient standpoint.

My first visit was a great experience. Leroy was my bud tender. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I did not feel intimidated, although it was only my 3rd time in a dispensary. I would recommend Leroy and this dispensary to anyone needing medical marijuana!

everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. I believe Tatyana helped me and she was fabulous. I hope I got the name right, I spilled a drink on the bag I wrote it on 😬 they were out of a couple of items but they were very new so it happens. will definitely go again.

Beau Burns was the most patient cashier! He remembers our last conversation about the new products which important due to my memory loss. Rachel stepped in to make certain Beau had everything he needed. Jayce is also a must mention. He has awesome customer service and is always willing to help. I will say with this Dream Team you can’t go wrong! This is why I choose Curaleaf!

Waiting room is small but other than that I really enjoy coming to Curaleaf!

Honestly this place is terrible this is my second review and I thought very highly of it until tonight. It’s disappointing because when you go in a dispensary you want to not feel hassled and rush and that’s just the first of issues tonight with the place. As soon as I arrive there Theres a small waiting area no bigger than a small bathroom and they have everyone in the waiting area in there. I understand it’s. A smaller location but that shouldn’t be how it’s ran if you really cared about your patients well being I understand the department of health doesn’t allow you to wait into he waIting area and they explained that to me but I have health issues and being that everyone is so close it’s kinda sad. Glenn is usually on point but tonight he dissapointed me I felt rushed I already waited 45 minutes in the small waiting room and I got rushed that’s why I don’t spend money there ever only on deals because it’s not worth the hassle and time I spend too much money to use my money at a place where I’ve had these issues happen I was leaving . The atmosphere was terrible in there a grown man got into a arguement with me in The waiting room when I intially arrived tthere and he didn’t even have his mask on. They need to train their employees better because the girl working the front desk said if it happens again I’m not aloud back Literally has no customer service skills she had short hair I forgot her name she was skinny she had a rude tune. That’s why I’ve only been there 2 times before this. I see why you guys don’t do a lot of business in Pensacola. Sucks it had to come to this but I hate trulieve and I’ve never had anything like this happen to me there jm highly dissapointed and frustrated with the process of my time there made me feel like I was wasting there time by asking questions and being myself and I’m not going to do business with a corporation that can’t have a normal waiting room or let me wait in the next room. Pretty sure people can get Covid in closer environments and your logic is to tell me the department of health Tells you this. I’m really over curaleaf and everyone there. Anyone reading this review go to suterra muv or for healthy or trulieve Or any other place won’t rush , you Won’t have people employees tell you if it happens again your not allowed to come back whenever the old man started it and he didn’t even have a mask on. The only time I would ever get soemtbing is when there deals other than that don’t waste your time energy money or gas going to this place because jn the end they talk a good game at the store but it’s all hype.

Jade was awesome, very knowledgeable and I am going to go back to Curaleaf every time I need to re up on my goods!

I always feel at ease every time I come here. It makes shopping for the products I need easy. Jayce and Beau usually help me they are so nice and very helpful. The products are amazing while being affordable. I really like the flower, nano drops. Shop here you won’t be disappointed!!

13 hours agoNEW When I first got my email, I had no idea where to go. I did a quick Google search and Curaleaf was the first one on the list. I decided the best way to know who's who and what's what was dive in. Glen served me the very first time I bought flower legally. He explained everything and made recommendations. He's a disabled vet like me. He applied a bunch of discounts and my total was ridiculous for what I left there with. In fact, there have been times I've gone there with a fixed amount of money and my total is a little more. I think they've come out of their own pockets for me. I can't prove that, but I believe it to be true. Beau sold me my first vape. He showed me how to charge the battery and he helped me choose my carts. Also, I earn points with each visit. Points are redeemable toward purchases, which has helped me many times. The staff know their customers and are able to make suggestions based on the customer's needs and goals. My goal is to be pain-free and I've found, after visiting every dispensary here, that Curaleaf has some of the most potent products. I bought a tincture and used it as a muscle rub. Awesome pain relief, although it was an Indica, which put me to sleep every time. There's always some awesome sale going on and they just got some new strains. I've tried two and they're excellent. Five Stars. Shout out to Jayce who made my money enough last time I was there. Whether you like to toke or you prefer edibles, Curaleaf has a wide selection of products to suit your needs. And they deliver!

Great place, very patient and informative reps.

Loved it!! This was my first time of purchasing anything but my Second time visiting the location. The ONLY reason I came back this 2nd time was because of a young man named Jayce who was so knowledgeable of the products but also understood the issues of what I was trying to find & learning about the products. After this, he then worked and discussed with Dana what was recommended for me to try. I have been to EVERY Dispensary in Pensacola and by far, Curaleaf Customer Service is Incredible, and Quality of Products Great!!! CASHIER/CUSTOMER SERVICE REP JAYCE--- you Rock Dude!!!!!

they always have a great selection as well as stocked inventory. however the atm always has issues. also it seems like the quality in the minis is better than that of their top bud

Highly recommend! Rachel is awesome and goes out of her way to make you comfortable and explain products and questions, etc.

I used to come here quite often and the place wasn’t too bad I actually enjoyed it. ButI went in to purchase 3 containers of purple sunset and lilac diesel, they had a 40% off sale, so I thought sure I guess I go to curaleaf. I go in and immediately I’m told it’s going to be 20 minutes.. fine whatever I can wait. After 45 minutes I’m called back there only to find out they don’t have my order ready.... very disorganized and it almost seems like the management is incompetent And that is why the store has so many issues. After they found my order and bagged me up I’ve been there for an entire hour. I get home and NOTHING IS CORRECT AT ALL.... I ordered all over 19% and I get home and it’s 13% .... SO AFTER A WHOLE HOUR I GET HOME WND GET TO SMOKE REGGIE..........
