If I could give no stars I would. I used to love reef but I can in after two months and they had no 25 dollar 8th available. The atmosphere was rude and when it came time for me to go back the budtender yelled my name from her register. I've had my mmj card for almost a year and no dispensary has ever yelled my name out and not greeted me like a human.

Well after i looked at it closely and ripped a bong hit i would say it probably is more like 26% and i'm going to guess for whatever reason that the Jar label was wrong @ 21.73% - the nugz were frosted like winter and i'm lit like a candlestick. William Wetzel

I dislike going to new dispensaries due to the uncertainty of getting good meds and bad service or bad meds good service Jake the bud tender that attended me was absolutely educated on the service required from reef policy due to him being to enthusiastic and happy about answering all my questions from the specials currently going on Loved the meds Loved the service A++

Nice place, there’s still a lot of kinks to iron out though. First and foremost I waited almost 45 minutes in line with only two people ahead of me, when I got to the front of the line, the only bud tender they had at the time decided her shift was over and told me to hold on for another person..2 budtenders at 5pm on a weekday is kind of ridiculous? If you’re short staffed, why are you open? Second, both 1/8s that I purchased smell and taste like wet hay, an indicator that the weed was not dried/cured properly, I’m assuming because they wanted to get product on the shelves of the new dispensary....I’ve worked on and off in the industry for the last 3 years, I’ve grown,trimmed and done bud tending, this place needs to get a grip on how to conduct customer service properly as well as putting product on the shelves that’s actually smokeable. PS I’ve called, left a message and emailed, I’d like a manager to respond to my messages please.

I decided to stop in, for the F.T.P. deal, and I spoke to Ruby. I told her I'm very picky, and if I didn't like the product, I'd never be back, because so many dispensaries have been selling terrible medications lately. Ruby mentioned she enjoyed Indica, as I do, I asked her for her recommendations, and bought what she showed me. THIS DISPENSARY WINS THE SOCIAL TENDER AWARD FOR QUALITY. The service i recieved from Ruby was above top shelf! She was very courteous, professional, didn't try to flirt for a tip, and even tried to deny my tip, because I mentioned I had kids. If you read this Ruby, my daughter LOVED the Tomato joke!! Management, if you read this, please respond letting me know if I am aloud to request Ruby as my patient rep? I have trained many people in this industry, and I suggest you give Ruby a raise, and take care of her, or someone will come take her. Thank you Reef Dispensary. I will be back.
