Curaleaf - Lakeland

Employees were not knowledgable about product. I have always had delivered and was the best service possible. In store I was disappointed greatly. The company needs to see what the public wants and needs. You need to be consistent with your brand. I got forbidden fruit loved for evening, got a second time and it is not the same. It's very weak like less than a 1-1. It should be the same with little difference. Trying to find a daytime one. All vapes make you cough every time. Company should look into what other companies are using, you need to fix the product to eliminate this problem. You need to listen to customers concerns and create a product the customer wants. I have ordered online 4 times in store 1 and never again.

I was here last week and Gregory took such amazing care of me. I thought I was leaving him A great review but apparently it wasn’t on the correct website. LOL. He was so polite and friendly. He also helped me again today and I am thankful he reminded me about my points. Jasmine also helped me today. The girl has an awesome smile and wonderful energy. I felt very comfortable, they were both extremely knowledgeable. I love Gregory and Jasmine! Staff is always upbeat and helpful. Always good vibes and the staff is very knowledgeable. Tera R. Was the asssociate that helped me and helped answer all my questions and made the drive out there worth it. The Lutz location is closer buy the lakeland store is worth the drive.

Friendly staff and clean store. I stopped going because their stock if always iffy and honestly I've only tried one strain of flower that I would actually buy again...but not at the $50 price point. When other dispensaries have better/consistently great flower for $28-$33, in stock, that doesnt have stems and seeds thrown loosely in with their nugs (like the last order I had from curaleaf @ 47 bucks an eigth) im hard pressed to drive a few miles out of my way to give Curaleaf another shot.

I love coming here. this is by far my favorite dispensary. I rack up reward points fast and I am always getting my product fast. the staff is wonderful and always make me feel welcome.

One time I had to leave because I had not brought enough money. When I returned seeing me, the lady at the check in window took me right over to counter to complete my order. Good job!
