What a killer place! Very clean and bright when you first walk in, with a faint hue of bud lingering in the air. It was my first time there and Lara greeted me with a beautiful smile and guided me through the process of first time patient. As I was filling out the paper work, Mike the security guard started cracking jokes, what a cool dude! Brittany and Phillp, the budtenders,bhelped me find what I was looking for. Be sure to grab that Dour by Berner! Everyone was so rad. KiKi checked me out and was very kind and humorous with me. I will be back again! Awesome meds!

For a first time patient it was the most pleasant experience that that completely soothed my anxiety of such a new experience. I can definitely say it was a pleasant experience and is now my go to dispensary for my medication.

I exclusively come to this location (Located at MLK and Cheyenne) for a couple of reasons. the location is open 24 hours and has a very helpful and easy going staff (Including a super cute blonde who is the nicest person I've met). The facility is clean with good vibes and classic tunes playing all the time. security is nice and very helpful (once when it was slow I talked to a security guard for about 20 minutes after it came up we were both ex military) a few staff members seem to recognize the regulars which is always great. the only negatives I can think of are that it can get VERY busy at peak hours (but really that's not their fault) also because of the constantly changing menu it can be hard to tell if a certain strain is in stock. leafly has the menu online but it's not always up to date and the menu on the REEF site isn't always working. thankfully they do a good job at keeping popular strains in stock or getting really popular strains in. I asked about Jupiter OG (as they only had prerolls) and Girl Scout Cookies and low and behold a short while later they had them available to purchase. could be luck. but I like to think they listen to what people are looking for. if any REEF representatives are reading these reviews please contact me as I have an idea to help keep the menu online up to date. 10/10

Love the location its easy to find and the employees there are awesome its my favorite place to go with a wide variety of products and outstanding prices.

not the greatest staff, most don’t know what’s on the menu, on more than one occasion i came home to find out i got the wrong item from the bud tender, if you bring your bags back they’re supposed to give you a preroll for every ten bags, not the case, they’ll charge you if you don’t remind the staff, bottom line .. this place is just OK nothing more or less ..two stars is a little on the forgiving side in my opinion

Perfect atmosphere for customers. Always friendly staff and fellow customers are always up for good conversations. Selection can run short which isn't that big of a deal for me.

My better half and I are frequent guests and will continue to be after visiting a few other dispensaries in LV. The ladies at the front are always polite and the gentlemen in the back are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They also have a great selection of flower and it always delivers what it's promised.

Visited Reef North Las Vegas location on Saturday and was very impressed. Great selection of strains and helpful staff. Great security and processes. Was served quickly. Only thing I would like to see improve is their selection of edible. Not really much to choose from. Also I look forward to them starting a delivery service. But very good quality and very professional over all.

My husband and I are from out of state and tried this place for the first time. The staff here was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Brittany was very friendly and helpful and Miles, the supervisor made us feel welcome as first time medical patients. He gave us a great deal and clearly explained what the strains help treat! Very happy with our visit here and will be returning when we come back to Vegas!

I came here late on this Thursday evening/morning around 1:45am and a young man named Jacob helped me. He was not only very knowledge about the different strains, he took superb care of me in answering ALL my questions about the product. He even went the extra mile when asked how best to spend my extra 3 bucks I had on me and got me to buy some RAW cones for my room mate. I ended up very satisfied and I will most definitely continue coming here because of people like Jacob. I love how much the service staff at the NLV location knows how important it is to treat each and every customer. Excellent customer service, including the security at this location. Everyone there, the other sales people, the manager, everyone treated me above and beyond what I expected out of a dispensary. I recommend this location highly for not only locals but tourists as well, even though this one is about a 15 minute drive from the strip. Mainly because he one by the Fashion Show mall gets super busy. THANKS JACOB! And THANKS REEF AND TRYKE!!! You guys are the very best this city has to offer. Genuine customer service.

Nice people, poor medicine. Wouldn't recommend to anyone looking for actual medication. This is purely a recreational shop. A lot of the flower I've bought here is full of seeds. Some was good, but mostly low-quality.
