Today. I am kicking myself for not going to Bloom for a little over two years. Staff was kind and exceptionally knowledgeable of their products. My only complaint is for the salesperson, Kipp for ruining my plan I only to leave with only one or two items, but (like Target or Costco) I left with more than planned and could not be happier. I definitely will be returning.

This place advertises $100 oz and 125$ half’s. After driving a far to get there they have NO 100$ ozs they said, and they had one strain left of the 125$. So I say screw it and buy the 125$ oz and it looks like the exact same quality as there usual 100$ stuff( stemy, not trimmed well, suuuper small nugs). This place used to be one of my go tops but this was a huge let down and waste of money and a drive

fast paced & very friendly

Went online this morning and saw that Bloom Peoria was still offering the $99 oz so I ordered 2. Received confirmation my order was ready to pick up. I drove from Mesa to Peoria to get this deal. Walked in and was told that my price was now $125 oz. I showed the kid up front my Leafly order, he shrugged and said there is nothing he can do and that it was Leafly's fault. Clearly the don't stand behind their word and don't care about the customer. I could have saved time and money going to the Phoenix store, their Leafly prices are accurate. Big mistake trusting the West side people

Ive been here about 3 times. Awesome hospitality received from Kipp at the front reception desk. Plus I honestly like their jars and strands 👌🏽.

This place is amazing with great price and staff. Only downside is you have to hunt for strains that aren’t dried up. Possibly invest in a humidifier, Bloom?

Customer Service and atmosphere are great things butttt let's be honest... we don't go for that as much as we do for the meds to help us feel better. The last couple strains I have gotten from here, I feel like I have paid for batches of sticks and stems and the meds are soooo dry :-( I don't have money to throw away, my body hurts... I didn't want to make tea ya'll... #lessstemsmoremeds please!! Hopefully next time will be better!

The people are friendly but I was very disappointed by the potency of the flower. Tried their most potent flower which was Alien OG and it had little to no effect on me. The other two strains I tried were similarly weak. I was excited to try this place out because they have a near perfect score but I would never recommend anyone to come here if they want good flower.
