Customer Service and atmosphere are great things butttt let's be honest... we don't go for that as much as we do for the meds to help us feel better. The last couple strains I have gotten from here, I feel like I have paid for batches of sticks and stems and the meds are soooo dry :-( I don't have money to throw away, my body hurts... I didn't want to make tea ya'll... #lessstemsmoremeds please!! Hopefully next time will be better!

The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. The well-designed entrance is warm and inviting. I purchase flower and edibles from Bloom. Both of them are fresh and high-quality. I visit Bloom regularly and would recommend Bloom to anyone looking for a dispensary with courteous staff and high-grade items.

This was my first time to this dispensary, the flower from the jar looked fantastic. However, the flower I purchased was dry and extremely stemy. There was just stem, not even attached to bud, in my bag. I was pretty disappointed with that & probably won’t purchase flower here again, which is a shame because it’s close to my house. The budtender and cashier were both awesome though!

I hate the fact that this is my first leafly review ever. Been a patient for over 8 yrs. been to many dispensary’s, if you want to deal with a staff that doesn’t know much of the industry or their selection and won’t respect you or your time then this is the place. It took me a couple times to figure it out. Unless they fix some things I won’t be back. Why drive out of your way past many dispensary’s to be treated rude to save a buck or two. All other dispensary’s run specials and manage their patients better.

The place is cool and the people are generally nice although I don’t feel they are focused on the customer. The Flowers: 3/3 packages have been extremely dry! The quality is mids on anything I have received from Bloom, I.e. Mendo Purple Kush that is brown and turns to dust as you break it up.

Sydney and Breanna at the front desk were super welcoming and inviting. Pricing was great - I will be back!
