Gemz deal for Sunday unceremoniously removed and they refused to honor it for people there within an hour of them opening. Two other people had the same issue. I did a Leafly order for the 3 on the day of their deal, the least they could have done was text back that the deal is no good. Also mysteriously removed the deal for the first of the month today because of the let down today. Not going back

Flower was cheap, but not high quality. Staff was condescending and rude. I felt like they just wanted my money not to help me as a medical marijuana patient. I will not be returning to this “medical establishment” I’d rather pay a little more for my medicine then deal with a nasty money hungry staff. Trish was especially rude and made me feel extremely unwelcome. I’m surprised someone like that would be helping people with medical conditions.

They used to have a great selection of shatter. Now it's not great and only have low THC % and only a select few strains. I used to spend a lot of money here. But I'm about to go elsewhere to find better shatter.
Well my experience was not very pleasant. After driving 50 plus minutes to pick my online order I was told it was accidentally lost . Just picking something else was offered as well as 20 percent off but after driving that whole way it seemed like a service failure. I expect high customer service from Bloom dispensaries. I was even disappointed in the information I was getting from the employees about the product numbers they were trying to have me pick a replacement. The numbers being quote seemed higher then what was listed on the website . Well the good news was that another patient was not picking up their order so I was able to receive my original order. But was then further disappointed when I had to remind them of my new patient status and was never even offered something else for my aggravation and inconvenience of the extra time I had to spend there . I deserve better as a patient .

People are great. Service is great. The flower SUCKS! My last 3 visits that have totaled well over $300, all of the flower is dry AF and the prerolls are so dry and packed so badly that you can’t even smoke them properly. Great place to come if you need cheap green but it’s exactly that. Cheap. Save yourself the headache from bad dry high. I’m so bummed I wasted my money. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt multiple times but third time is just no. No.

Worth a trip somewhere else. I’ve had multiple negative experiences at this dispensary as bloom and as curaleaf. The security guards are consistently rude, the layout is crowded and uncomfortable, their online menu doesn’t reflect what the store has in stock, if you don’t pay attention they will not rectify any wrong prices or missing deals, and the workers seem unhappy to be there no matter the time of day.
Between being slow, having old product (when they even have it) and not rectifying their mistakes I don’t suggest wasting your time when there are much better dispos a half mile north or south on 91st.

I went in for an OZ special. Bad decision. It was called plum wine, and As I sit looking at the bag that will most likely take weeks to cough down and gag up. Hitting it, no matter the medium I choose would draw hits that reminded me of when kids would snipe hunt and finds these burnt out cigs with only the ass end. They would gather enough to make a full cig and the smell was like that of putrid tar taste mix with what I affectionately call “Street” the harshest smoke ever. One drag of this weed and you will sound like a cigar smoking gma who drinks whiskey and just came home from the bar. The atmosphere was on par and atypical and the service was on par with other dispensary’s. Most likely however, I will not return. And do not recommend.

Found this place about January 10th, was really happy w/the prices since I hadnt seen a decent pre roll for less than $10 anywhere in the West Valley since December!! I got the 3 echos for 50 and the first time patient 8th of Infinity for $20 and a rare dankness pre roll for $7.50. The echos have alot of flavor , like fruit flavor but they're ok. The 8th was awesome- Platinum Gelato, only marginally dry and the preroll was AWESOME!!
Imagine my dismay when I went ok their website to order on the 27th and found all the prices had INCREASED!! Not only that but those $25 8ths of their own strains were few & far between. They had plenty of the $60 8ths they added from TruInfusion tho!!
I was so disappointed I didn't find a cool new Dispensary to return to. Probably won't return unless the prices for medical get a little better!!

Been coming to Bloom for years but have seen the quality of the flower diminish to the point I will not return now. I can't justify paying top dollar to open a bag to a basic plant smell and no crystals. The last three batched all different strains have done nothing but burn up. What is the point of buying product if it doesn't work. The THC results are based off what the flower should grow not test results. ( This was explained to me from the bud tender when I asked how it could be 24% and I can't see a single crystal on any buds ) Not sure what is going on with the company and there standards but I for-sure will be taking a hiatus from this company for awhile. Granted with the attitude of the staff they don't care if a customer doesn't come back another will replace me.

I really do like this place. The quality of the flower is bomb but I wasnt too impressed with the popcorn buds1/2 oz. I do understand it's only $50 but at least give me popcorn sized buds. The size of the buds range from peas to popcorn kernels. They basically turned to dust while I was breaking it down. I did get medicated, so the quality was decent but I think the bud selection could be a little better. I probably won't buy that again but I will come back and get the $100 oz. Hopefully the buds will be normal size.
Not happy. I was in earlier and even left a review for a free preroll. Get home and I'm missing 1 gram and a preroll. I understand the guy was new and he seemed really nervous but I'm missing product and that's ridiculous. Will definitely be calling in the morning. My receipt is not the same as what I have in my bag. I want my product.
Went in to redeem points at which point I was informed that since switching to Curleaf they are on a different point system and the bloom points can not be used at this time so i left. I really feel they should have had all that transfered to the curleaf point system before making them unredeemable because at this point i feel like ive been screwed out of my points.

slow service. one bud tender working while 4-5 stand in the back. waited 15 minutes before deciding to go for an Express order which they took care of quickly. Forgot to mention the place was pretty much dead so no reason for tye slow service. Poor management

I am an at risk patient and when I came in today there was an employee with no mask on. I even asked her why she didn't have a mask and she just laughed it off. I cannot risk coming here with the current Covid practices they have going on. How is it okay to have bud tenders serving at risk patients with no masks on? I cant even begin to understand the logic or reasoning but I can no longer come here anymore.
The worst service ever, tried to take back an unopened 1/8 full of seeds and they gave me the most grief! Didnt want to change out my bag and on top of it tried to lecture me about how i should have inspected the product before i left! If you want to visit a bloom dispensary, i highly recommended Phoenix location. And the cherry on too is ita take me 30 min just to get out of that place beacuse there is no sense of urgency

Every time I come in, the staff is not only patient, friendly, helpful, but also humorous and always so eager to help get the right meds. They work with you, and have honorable recommendations.

I am a disabled Vietnam veteran and just received my medical card. I have shopped at this dispensary many times as a recreational patient.
Today, upon presenting my medical card, everything seemed to change. No customer service at all I was even told that I should look for a different dispensary that offers delivery. (???)
It denigrated to confrontation so I felt I had no other option than to cancel my account with them and never return.

slipping. was one of the best shops for a great price and now they never seem to have more than a few strains on the menu. if you guys don't have enough product to supply day to day operations then stop running your daily deals. the couple strains that where on the menu, last time I was there, felt weak and didn't have a great smell at all. it is easy to go through a bloom 1/8th twice as fast as a 1/8th from bigger name companies for the same price, this is mainly due to the large amount of stems and seeds in blooms product and its lack of potency.

The customer service is as poor as their pot selection. Never returning, I stomached it because I live close never again.
