They used to care about patients but not sure what's going on. A couple days ago they gave me a cartridge that was half full. I've been given the wrong product dream queen instead of blue dream and today instead of offering me a discount on the eighth I purchased that wasn't in stock they offered another one at a higher price. Be careful and check your products cause their supplier is shorting them and in turn they're shorting their patients. Very disappointed.

I went in for an OZ special. Bad decision. It was called plum wine, and As I sit looking at the bag that will most likely take weeks to cough down and gag up. Hitting it, no matter the medium I choose would draw hits that reminded me of when kids would snipe hunt and finds these burnt out cigs with only the ass end. They would gather enough to make a full cig and the smell was like that of putrid tar taste mix with what I affectionately call “Street” the harshest smoke ever. One drag of this weed and you will sound like a cigar smoking gma who drinks whiskey and just came home from the bar. The atmosphere was on par and atypical and the service was on par with other dispensary’s. Most likely however, I will not return. And do not recommend.

Found this place about January 10th, was really happy w/the prices since I hadnt seen a decent pre roll for less than $10 anywhere in the West Valley since December!! I got the 3 echos for 50 and the first time patient 8th of Infinity for $20 and a rare dankness pre roll for $7.50. The echos have alot of flavor , like fruit flavor but they're ok. The 8th was awesome- Platinum Gelato, only marginally dry and the preroll was AWESOME!! Imagine my dismay when I went ok their website to order on the 27th and found all the prices had INCREASED!! Not only that but those $25 8ths of their own strains were few & far between. They had plenty of the $60 8ths they added from TruInfusion tho!! I was so disappointed I didn't find a cool new Dispensary to return to. Probably won't return unless the prices for medical get a little better!!

Gemz deal for Sunday unceremoniously removed and they refused to honor it for people there within an hour of them opening. Two other people had the same issue. I did a Leafly order for the 3 on the day of their deal, the least they could have done was text back that the deal is no good. Also mysteriously removed the deal for the first of the month today because of the let down today. Not going back

Flower was cheap, but not high quality. Staff was condescending and rude. I felt like they just wanted my money not to help me as a medical marijuana patient. I will not be returning to this “medical establishment” I’d rather pay a little more for my medicine then deal with a nasty money hungry staff. Trish was especially rude and made me feel extremely unwelcome. I’m surprised someone like that would be helping people with medical conditions.

Since getting bought out by Cureleaf they SUCK ..... I had a good amount of loyalty points that I want to use but can't because they are "updating" their system .... for over 2mo now. Their specials on eatibles SUCK Bloom had bogo on Sir Newton's now they no longer have that. Bring back decent specials on eatibles NOT EVERYONE SMOKES. Staff is great specials are no.

I usually love coming to bloom I get great service and great prices but today definitely made me question my loyalty I made an online order today for an 1oz forgetting that I only had 18grams left on my allotment. Christina (pretty sure this was her name) told me this at check out. I then asked her “I think I got an 8th that was added today... and I think I get a half oz tomorrow can you check for me what i get tomorrow?” (I asked this because i was seeing if i can get the oz tomorrow) She then huffed and puffed rolled her eyes and repeated to me “I said you had 18 grams TODAY” so rudely! I told her that’s not what i asked could she pls tell me what I get added tomorrow she then just stared at me with a blank face as if she was holding back telling me off, she never answered my question she ignored me. I then took my card and went to ponderosa Releaf where I got great service.

DON'T BUY ANY EDIBLES HERE AT BLOOM!!!! they overcharge your allotment 10X. I called and spoke to the manager who told me "Yes. That is correct." REALLY????! so it is the 24 other dispensaries I've been to that are doing it wrong? Um... no

Your Flowers have sugar leaves on them? The flowers are so small and airy, no body to them. I picked up the Gelato #33 Echo and it is pretty tasty, but I dont feel I will come back, Poor quality flower, But its priced correctly. If you are a new comer to having your license this is your place, if you are like me and have had your license for 7 years, There is way way way better out there, stick to what you like period.

The worst service ever, tried to take back an unopened 1/8 full of seeds and they gave me the most grief! Didnt want to change out my bag and on top of it tried to lecture me about how i should have inspected the product before i left! If you want to visit a bloom dispensary, i highly recommended Phoenix location. And the cherry on too is ita take me 30 min just to get out of that place beacuse there is no sense of urgency

decent deals, but not the best. decent quality meds, not the best but not bad either. pricing about average, decent daily deals though. preordering is a waste of time, they litterally check ya out as you appear in line (outside in the sun i might add).

Flower this time was garbage. Super dry, lots of stems and leaves. Picked through it for a good 20 mins. 2+ G's of crap. Don't get me wrong, 125.00 is a great price but that was a 90.00noz at best and no way it is 26-28%. Disappointed. Last a ibgot-Strickland propane- killer

amazing place for great flower. every other time I go into this place they are playing the worst rap music I've ever heard. it's bad and I don't enjoy listening to it when waiting for my products. this is a professional establishment and should not be playing gangsta rap during business hours. honestly the music makes me not want to come in and be in their environment half of the time. please change your music to something more professional.

visited bloom Peoria on opening day. and I'm very displeased... first off the new patient deal sucks... $12.50 off my purchase... really??? come on now pretty much everyone else has a BOGO 1/8th. get with the program people. I was really looking forward to this dispensary opening as they are located less than 4 miles from me. but I will not be back. I purchased an 1/8th harvest date says January.... it's July... you're telling me you're selling old dried out product on opening day... wow way to make a statement. I also purchased a muv inhaler hoping to give something new a try. been looking for the inhalers for a long time. didn't work for me. that's fine but now I'm out almost $80 and they won't even give partial in store credit. (called muv... and they're more than happy to make things right. didn't even purchase it from their location and they're willing to give me in store credit) next about the experience as a whole.... ummmmmm lacking biiiiiig time!!!! it's impersonal and feels very cagey. you walk in talk to a bud tender who then takes your order to someone behind a big glass window who rings you up while someone behind yet another wall/window fills your order from bin's you cannot see. what happened to the personal touch? yes I prefer deli style. but I'm fine with prepack I'd just prefer to be rung up by my budtender and the big glass windows make you feel like your in a really bad neighborhood which it isn't. just all around a terrible experience and despite being located less than 4 miles from me I will not be back.

slow service. one bud tender working while 4-5 stand in the back. waited 15 minutes before deciding to go for an Express order which they took care of quickly. Forgot to mention the place was pretty much dead so no reason for tye slow service. Poor management
