Last visit I wanted sativa in shatter but I got a straight indica instead, I asked the budtender what was best sativa and said he don't like sativa and pointed out that zkittles were sativa all it did to me was go straight to sleep not even a head buzz, Leafly has it under indica. budtender should be more educated.

Really good product at a fair price! However their process to get customers their medication is extremely time consuming, plan on spending at least 30 minutes even for an “express” order... hopefully they’ll develop a faster process or get faster employees. Patients don’t have all day

Flower was okay, I've bought nicer flower from Bloom, it's a hit n miss really. Shout out to the Vegan guy! he seems to be the only one that cashes anyone out, great attitude always. wish you had some top shelf though

Your daily deals NEVER change. No one wants your REWIND brand. Your infinity 8ths are that less of the price point. Ever since harvest took over, this place has gone down hill. They never have any concentrate deals. Their email deals are never changing, the quality of meds here is very hit or miss. Miss the old bloom

percentage is incorrect on flower ...... like way off .....i will not return to cureleaf , very disappointing

I am a disabled Vietnam veteran and just received my medical card. I have shopped at this dispensary many times as a recreational patient. Today, upon presenting my medical card, everything seemed to change. No customer service at all I was even told that I should look for a different dispensary that offers delivery. (???) It denigrated to confrontation so I felt I had no other option than to cancel my account with them and never return.

First time patient. Extremely unprofessional, do NOT have a CLUE what actual customer service is. The guys reminded me of the stoner cartoons living in mom and dads basement. About that young and stupid. Go to the Phoenix location. Don't waist your time

This corona virus sucks but I didn't expect the quality to drop so drastically. I paid $125 plus tax to get home and have to trim the excess stems leaving me with popcorn nugs. Kind of a bummer that they were out of everything else but I've only been here 3 times and the other two were amazing! STAY AWAY FROM THE KOSHER TANGIE! You have been warned.

This company always treats me so well they messed up big time today.. my online total was $88 it ended up being 142 because the company basically screwed up I even had evidence picture evidence and I have it. I'm not even going to take the situation serious I'm just going to prove the situation says complete crooks.. if you look at my total on the app and the product I got it should not have been over $100 and they charge me 142 because they messed up they were supposed to be buy one get one free but they actually charge me 90 for two.. you guys make so much money and try to get the little people... I know One person does not matter but you guys should feel a little terrible on how you're running things SMH.. proof proof proof.. and the girl just wants to say it was a mistake online I'm sorry after I showed her the evidence...

I had almost 3000 points and then they were bought by Curleaf, I have called them several times w they say it will be a week for them to convert them to their point system, they have the time to put up a sign but no focus on the customer , just look at the reviews

This started out as a good Dispensary. And now it has gone to shit. They cant seem to carry any sativa flower anymore. And the point system is a joke. I have not been able to use my points for 2 months with over 1,500 that I have been saving and now cant use them. They say its better to order online, thats a lie. You most likely wait longer. I have seen multiple people walk in and out before my online order. It has seriously gone down hill the last few months and the quality of flower is not the greatest anymore.

So yes my visit was during this Covid-19 sh!+, but I really think people should order before arriving. It is getting hotter outside & to stand out there while people are ordering at the window is some bullsh!+...just saying

Don’t do it the girl who helped me didn’t even get me what I wanted and then what I did end up getting was some shake but unless you have something better to put it in they give it to you in these little Preroll bags and you can’t even get it out easily because it’s mostly keif

drip hte listed for 27 on leafly? budtender told me it'd be almost 50$. not sure why I had to ask for it to be discounted and then wait another 5 minutes while they have to call someone on the radio.

making an online order is no faster than walking right in, they make you wait outside in the heat with no tents for shade or offer water bottles like some other dispensaries that actually care about their customers, it's a shame with the amount of money they make that they dont invest in making customers comfortable. I only go there for select deals but if I could avoid going there I would. 50 minutes in the heat is ridiculous.

Place is a scam. Product is not good and they do NOT care about their patients. Do not recommend to anyone especially if you’re tight on cash you’ll be left feeling cheating.

I was so excited to see bloom open in my area. The staff acted very fake. It seemed like no one was trained properly and the staff was moody and rude. I did not feel welcome. It seemed like a hassle to help me rather than caring about me as a patient. The flower is okay, but I honestly don’t wanna come back to a place with such a negative atmosphere to get my medicine. They offer a free pre roll for doing a review which is nice but It felt like a bribe. I’m not going to be honest if I have to show your staff my review on how I feel especially with my bad experience. That’s why I’m doing this review to be honest not for a cheap bribe. Very unprofessional, I would expect more from a place of medicine.

i felt more like a nuisance than a patient. i was rushed and not allowed to hold the jars with flower to smell and look at it.

Very helpful staff, very nice display, prices and quality.

Not happy. I was in earlier and even left a review for a free preroll. Get home and I'm missing 1 gram and a preroll. I understand the guy was new and he seemed really nervous but I'm missing product and that's ridiculous. Will definitely be calling in the morning. My receipt is not the same as what I have in my bag. I want my product.

I really do like this place. The quality of the flower is bomb but I wasnt too impressed with the popcorn buds1/2 oz. I do understand it's only $50 but at least give me popcorn sized buds. The size of the buds range from peas to popcorn kernels. They basically turned to dust while I was breaking it down. I did get medicated, so the quality was decent but I think the bud selection could be a little better. I probably won't buy that again but I will come back and get the $100 oz. Hopefully the buds will be normal size.
