I am a disabled Vietnam veteran and just received my medical card. I have shopped at this dispensary many times as a recreational patient. Today, upon presenting my medical card, everything seemed to change. No customer service at all I was even told that I should look for a different dispensary that offers delivery. (???) It denigrated to confrontation so I felt I had no other option than to cancel my account with them and never return.

slipping. was one of the best shops for a great price and now they never seem to have more than a few strains on the menu. if you guys don't have enough product to supply day to day operations then stop running your daily deals. the couple strains that where on the menu, last time I was there, felt weak and didn't have a great smell at all. it is easy to go through a bloom 1/8th twice as fast as a 1/8th from bigger name companies for the same price, this is mainly due to the large amount of stems and seeds in blooms product and its lack of potency.

Every time I come in, the staff is not only patient, friendly, helpful, but also humorous and always so eager to help get the right meds. They work with you, and have honorable recommendations.

I am an at risk patient and when I came in today there was an employee with no mask on. I even asked her why she didn't have a mask and she just laughed it off. I cannot risk coming here with the current Covid practices they have going on. How is it okay to have bud tenders serving at risk patients with no masks on? I cant even begin to understand the logic or reasoning but I can no longer come here anymore.

The customer service is as poor as their pot selection. Never returning, I stomached it because I live close never again.

Last visit I wanted sativa in shatter but I got a straight indica instead, I asked the budtender what was best sativa and said he don't like sativa and pointed out that zkittles were sativa all it did to me was go straight to sleep not even a head buzz, Leafly has it under indica. budtender should be more educated.

I have been shopping at Bloom Phoenix since it opened. Since Bloom Peoria open I've been shopping here for the most part. I pre-ordered an ounce and when I got there they had changed it to a different ounce and the guy behind the counter said it was better than the one I had pre-ordered and that I could switch it. However when I went back I was told I couldn't switch it I had to purchase it because I had pre-ordered it and they held it aside for me. I have been doing pre-orders with bloom for as long as you've been able to order on Leafly.. When I pick up my orders I have never been forced to purchase what I have reserved. The bag they tried to sell me today was popcorn nugs and a bunch of stems and I didn't want it I wanted the other ounce they had switched to. They refused to let me purchase the better ounce. Unfortunately after this visit I will never shop at Bloom again. The customer service was awful. I understand you have a product that you end up selling and you don't have to be customer service oriented. I just think that's real shity.

If you shop at bloom they are a good dispo , however whenever you order online they take advantage of you . They purposely gave me some dark cartridges , and purposely wouldn’t put them close to the glass to hide to fact that they were old really disappointed during these times of pandemic , that I can’t even get nice looking meds not coming back again !!!

This corona virus sucks but I didn't expect the quality to drop so drastically. I paid $125 plus tax to get home and have to trim the excess stems leaving me with popcorn nugs. Kind of a bummer that they were out of everything else but I've only been here 3 times and the other two were amazing! STAY AWAY FROM THE KOSHER TANGIE! You have been warned.

Flower was okay, I've bought nicer flower from Bloom, it's a hit n miss really. Shout out to the Vegan guy! he seems to be the only one that cashes anyone out, great attitude always. wish you had some top shelf though

Your daily deals NEVER change. No one wants your REWIND brand. Your infinity 8ths are that less of the price point. Ever since harvest took over, this place has gone down hill. They never have any concentrate deals. Their email deals are never changing, the quality of meds here is very hit or miss. Miss the old bloom

About almost a gram of my 8th flower was sticks and stems. Please trim those twigs/sticks out of your consumers buds. I really like this place has great flower and deals but the flower can be better trimmed. There should not be any reason why I should be picking out almost a gram of stems. We smoke flower not stems. I had about 2.4 grams of flower from my 8th after I took out the stems for myself not cool.

making an online order is no faster than walking right in, they make you wait outside in the heat with no tents for shade or offer water bottles like some other dispensaries that actually care about their customers, it's a shame with the amount of money they make that they dont invest in making customers comfortable. I only go there for select deals but if I could avoid going there I would. 50 minutes in the heat is ridiculous.

Flower this time was garbage. Super dry, lots of stems and leaves. Picked through it for a good 20 mins. 2+ G's of crap. Don't get me wrong, 125.00 is a great price but that was a 90.00noz at best and no way it is 26-28%. Disappointed. Last a ibgot-Strickland propane- killer

Don’t do it the girl who helped me didn’t even get me what I wanted and then what I did end up getting was some shake but unless you have something better to put it in they give it to you in these little Preroll bags and you can’t even get it out easily because it’s mostly keif

Place is a scam. Product is not good and they do NOT care about their patients. Do not recommend to anyone especially if you’re tight on cash you’ll be left feeling cheating.

slow service. one bud tender working while 4-5 stand in the back. waited 15 minutes before deciding to go for an Express order which they took care of quickly. Forgot to mention the place was pretty much dead so no reason for tye slow service. Poor management
