The product is always great compared to a lot of other places and the prices are Bloomin!!

Employees are knowledgeable about their product and very friendly at every station that you are working with from checking in , choosing a product and checking out. Also the half price special for your first 1/8 is a "smoking" ( pun intended ) deal.

This place always has fast and easy service and I love their system. The product is always nice and the prices match with it pretty well. I have been going here the whole time I've had my card and never had a bad experience.

OK, their prices? Cheap. Affordable. The service? The staff? Outstanding. Very helpful. My problem is not with the meds, the staff, or the prices, my problem with Bloom Phoenix are the hoodlums, thugs, crack-heads and criminals that hang out in the parking lot and just outside the door. On my first visit there, some dirty-looking thug with a skate-board was sitting outside the door eye-balling everyone walking in. You could tell that the guy lived on the streets. I did NOT feel safe walking in. Then as I was leaving, several seedy-looking street people were hanging out in the lot. Again, I did not feel safe. Bloom NEEDS SECURITY outside their door and parking lot in a major way. Customers need to feel warm and fuzzy walking into a dispensary, not alarmed and creeped-out by all the thugs hanging around outside.

Love the vibe there and the layout is really unique.

Customer service is a hit or miss but def a lot of good prices on the flower and edibles.

The service here is great, everyone seems really sincere, competent and honest. The strains can be a little hit or miss but you can get some really awesome medicines for the prices. This would definitely be one of my top 3 recommendations in the Phoenix area.
