Good prices and quality is OK for what you pay. Service has always been subpar but I think today was the final straw. I made a Leafly pick-up order for about 10 items and got the text stating that my order was ready. When I got called to the check-in desk, the girl confirmed I had a pick-up order from Leafly. I said yes and looked down at my phone to confirm the items. She told me I had to put my phone away. I wasn't talking on it or texting - simply checking my order. I stood there staring at the wall for 2 minutes out of fear of being scolded again. She then gave me my total and sent me to the cashier. Once I got to the cashier to pay, I noticed it was missing items and that they were all out which I would have known if I could look at my phone or if the girl at the check-in would have told me... if she wasn't so busy worrying about my phone. I was left with the option of waiting in line again to order or leave without replacing the items I originally wanted to buy. Think I will just save time and frustration and go to Curaleaf from now on.

7Months ago...... Last time I was in, I went for the .9g Pre-Rolls, thinking their deal 5/30, 10/60 would be a more cost effective. Breaking open the joints so I may bowl a pinch at a time, I found though I was careful to put each into the provided pouch, ALL 7 "different strands" were THE SAME! All were fine to super fine Stems and Dregs with broken seeds, seedhulls, unground small stems! The burning habits, including the seed peices poping, taste was of Cheap Ditch Weed All so rough/harsh it caused major airway congestion! To top it off, NONE to Minimal positive effects! This is NOT why I spent Hundreds of dollars for a Medical MJ card! When I am told by a WELL established Dispensary I am buying MMJ, I Expect for it to be and perform as MMJ! I wondered why once upon a time I heard an employee tell another customer "I Never smoke Shake"! I feel I was ripped off! If I do shop here again, NEVER AGAIN will I opt for Pre Rolls OR Shake !!!!! Just this last month I told a bud tender there (again) of my experience, the tender assured me that Blooms' shake is of left overs from packaging buds, that 'some' stems get mixed in and they use that shake for Pre-Rolls.

Overall, great experience for first time visit. A bit thrown off with moving from room to room to room by quality of edibles (240mg caramels) and flowers were on point. Really appreciate the hours, especially considering I work in a bar and sometimes won't make it to a dispensary before 7 or 8 pm.

10 out of 5 stars! This was my first time here and it’s my new home base disp. Faith was my bud tender and she was awesome. She has a laid back vibe and is very knowledgeable! She helped educate me on the specials in the nicest way. She is what made this experience so great. Timeless carts are obvi always a classic. Always great!

Love the specials they have every week for medical. They make some of the tastiest house concentrates around.

I have been to almost all of your stores. This one is the worst i have been to. Extremely rude and unpleasant budtender. Never again. I am not visiting this store anymore. Unbelievable.
