I love this place! I'm there often throughout the week. Great prices, daily deals, and great customer service. Great environment, I love the people there.

I love the renovation and that they have more room in the lobby but the check out area can get awkward. Amazing employees always crazy nice and usually pretty quick processing

Bloom was the first dispensary that I visited after getting my MMJ card three years ago. I find the location one of the best one for first timers since the staff is very friendly and it is not intimidating. I really like the way it was remodeled recently for 4/20. Bloom always has competitive prices and is very close to my home so it is convenient for me to visit.

Good product and prices. They do a lot of business so they can be crowded at times.

Employees are friendly, but the selection is too random. You'll go in and they'll tell you that they only have such and such in the form of a pre-roll. Or "only grams." Or whatever. I've been annoyed enough times (always due to selection) that I've taken my business down the street. Also, not a fan of the point system. If you get enough points, you can get free weed or merchandise. I would rather just have better prices to begin with. I guess, if you're stoned, you'll fall for stuff like this.

I've been going here nine months, and it's always a positive experience. Clean, modern, professional-feeling facility with a professional, friendly staff who are always eager to help me find the best medicine for my needs. Menu almost always has a great selection, and a great variety of edibles and extracts, if you're into those. Prices are better than anyone around and the quality is superb. My only complaint is the parking lot is a nightmare, but that's sort of the nature of the beast in that part of town, so I can't so much hold it against the dispensary.

Excellent service and atmosphere. Usually very pleased with the quality, however the flower tends to be a little dry. Overall, very positive experience and very affordable medicine.

I have been coming here for over 2 years saving my loyalty points for the entire time just for them to change the program the week I come to redeem mine.Then when I ask about it the woman at the front desk tells me that they have never had the instant credit of 160 that I was gonna redeem that day.worst experience ever management really needs a friendly and knowledgeable staff not just sheep who talk about what they don't know

I would say Bloom has a hit with their wax. The quality [of their wax] and the price are the best in Phoenix. However, the place is always crowded and you will spend a lot of time waiting (and standing up).
