low prices here but low quality definitely reflects. i have never seen any budtenders working here, only order takers. uneducated & unprofessional. their Gems aren't bad other than that this is just a poor stoners' paradise lol

Since my first visit/review of Bloom I have not gone anywhere else for my meds because there's no reason! Each time I've been back I've been lucky enough to get a new consultant most every time and each one of them are so helpful, non-judgmental and patient with me since I'm still trying to find the right combo for my disease. The prices are awesome and they are completely cool if you can only afford a pre-roll or two like me every now and then. Raffle Tuesday is amazing and that's usually my day to go see everyone and get my meds. I joined the royalty program and once I can buy more regularly it will be more useful-more double point days would be awesome! My only complaint out of all my visits is that sometimes I come in and one of the front desk ladies, who doesn't seem to be there all that often, looks like she hates being there and never engages with the patient. The other one is always so nice and cheerful and ready to just strike up a convo with you if there's not many people there. Makes it more welcoming when the first interaction is with someone who seems happy to be there helping patients. Overall amazing prices, flowers and knowledge!

the god bud wasn't even the same bud they had in the display is smells like my lawn and is way immature. It's actually pretty gross I can't belive they call this medicine if you aren't in the biz to help people and you just want money find a new biz

Everything good Product-wise, except the staff that seemed a little unprofessional and uneducated when I asked the girl if they offer deliveries and she laughed at me as if I made a joke, then proceeded to also tell her co-worker so both of them were laughing at me at this point. Anyways.. I guess they only hire uneducated cheap budtenders to maintain their prices cheap too. since other places clearly offer deliveries! duhhh!!!!

so, I keep getting texts about the premium prerolls. my only question is: where does the premium flower come from? it's certainly not from their shelves...

Recently, I have only gone to Bloom as a last resort. The location is great, easy access and available parking. Don't get me wrong, I used to adore this place. But my last 2 visits were uneventful and sketchy at best. The service was 👎🏾 and the product was just o.k., and the wait times were ridiculous considering they were hardly any other patients. So why do I continue to go? I've got mad Royalty Points!!!

Apparently express means you wait until everyone in the office fills out their paperwork, then..we go through the line again to order express? Long wait time isn't worth $5 off average meds. Also needs a bike rack.

Very good meds. Friendly and took the time I needed. First time and will be back. Recommended to all!

went today and they were pretty much out of flower. only 3 strains of Bloom flower and only 3 strains of Echo flower and on buy 2 eights get 1 free day....I walked out cause they didn't have anything I wanted!!

first time patient was really smooth. My budtender was knowledgeable of the strains. in and out in no time.

The free 1/8 was nice as well as the strain that I chose. It was a Sativa Dom hybrid that did the job, but I don't see it on the menu anymore :( The budtender was not very informative or interested in establishing a connection in order to find out what it was that I needed for my chronic pain and fibro. He said maybe 10 words total to me. That was a little distant. The different rooms I had to travel thru were like going thru a maze but the convo I had with the other patients was welcomed. I was told by a security guard (? ) of sorts that Bloom is the only dispensary that is authorized to cultivate, I know for a fact that is not true. I would go back again...but it would be my backup location.

I was visiting in the early am, and there was a patient who became EXTREMELY aggressive towards the receptionist Zachary (Been here quite a few times). As the patient became more and more aggressive, the employees called for management, whom didn't show up at all. ADD IN THE FACT THAT THERE WAS ZERO SECURITY ON THE PREMISE. This man leaves and comes back WITH A FIREARM and starts taking pictures of the employees and patients saying "I need to know who offended me and did this so I can remember". Where was management? Where was security? We were LITERALLY all in danger because of a lack of both. Definitely reported this to the DHC as well as NEVER going back here. Side note, I'm the one who called the police as I was leaving. Me, a patient had to call the cops.

Everytime I've come in it's always a problem. Either they don't have the product but it has it online (and they don't tell until you show up). OR they try and sell you extra shit you don't need. Ontop of that they only have "select" days they will sell you ounces or half ounces when everywhere else doesn't do that. An their flower always has seeds in it (not even good quality). I have never had such bad service from a dispensary. Will not be returning.

They lied and scammed points. They say computer problems but it’s a lie. Lost all bloom points and now they can’t even add points to system. Staff was indifferent. Promised twice call from manager. Go here if you want to ruin your vibe. Sad. Bloom was great. Curaleaf is the worst . Also they never update website correctly. You go there and they are out always . Horrible place to do business with. Never again

Bloom is the best club I've been to! Specialize In Making the best quality meds. It's a friendly atmosphere the employes know their buds. Top quality smells to die for this was my first time and ill deffinitly be back!

old meds. taste bad, smell bad. please rectify this bloom, I want a good strain. Just had surgery and can't take pain pills. this fi tastes and smells awful. I'd be more than happy to bring it in to let u smoke it. it's gross

I have been going there since they opened. Great products, service, and is very clean, except during there remodel. Love the online ordering, give them a call, place order, takes about 5 min. to drive there, and its ready when you get there. Also if you see something online you like, order it. they will hold it, that way you get the good stuff before its gone, which happens from time to time. Great Place Thanks for the service RLB.

Sick of being scammed by this place and their below mediocre meds. Went in and there was 3 people waiting and I was in a hurry, so I used the "express service" where you just tell the attendant at the front the strain you want and then just pay. I asked for a quarter of the "jack herrer" which is my normal strain. Cost me $100. What I received was the brown frown and was not even real jack. Please remove this as it false advertising. Called and asked if they would returned as it was unopened and they said no. 100 down the drain, thanks bloom 😠 I'm not stupid, as it seems most of the card holders are here wasting money on this crap.will not return.

Went to Bloom on June 15th (my Birthday) First experience in shopping for meds. The staff was cool and knew their stuff. The best part was their special. Bloom is #1 in making us happy. I've been to five other places and Bloom is my far the best!

The good: This dispensary is located right off a light rail exit, the staff was extremely friendly and professional. The selections of medicine was adequate and not diluted with a bunch of funky name brands. The bad: The building and parking lot look like a prison, especially with the police-like way they process you from one room to another, it felt like i was taking a trip to 4th ave jail. One of the waiting rooms had this obnoxious patient named Hilary who was just jabbering on and on and on about marijuana and laws and other stoner talk, she was clearly not any type of legal council so idk why she was aloud to hold court like that in a waiting room full of gullible patients. The display bud was much prettier than what they sold me in a package that was very poorly manicured. TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR TOTAL SO BE PREPARED TO PAY SOME OBSCURE AMOUNT ON CHECK OUT. To the management, it probably wouldn't be wise to drive your black jaguar and black Mercedes in the patient parking lot especially when a majority of your poor reviews are because of your price gouging. Clearly we all helped you renew your 3 year lease, your welcome.
