The bud tender that helped me was educated yes, but an extreme dick. I was in a car accident over the weekend, I am suffering from a concussion.. Therefore went in with my boyfriend so I could get some direction considering THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IVE LEFT MY HOUSE since my accident, because I was talking to my boyfriend the blonde ass hole decided to snap that there were other patients in there. I've seen problem patients and asking my boyfriend for help is not a problem. Thank you for the free 1/8th, go fuck yourselves. Sincerely the bitch w the black eye.

Bloom has a lot of new meds on the shelf. The first time I went, I was disappointed because they only had 4 strains to choose from. They have over 10 now! The brownie I bought from there last time wasn't that great, but I'm going to give their edibles another shot. Clay was great and very knowledgable about the meds. Keep doing what you're doing, Bloom!

Bloom had great service as well as great an beautiful meds .they have a nice building that made me feel safe and secure not to mention the free eighth was bomb thanks bloom I'll be back

This was my 1st visit to a dispensary. The Bloom folks were very professional & helpful. The facility was very nice & very well run. I must live on a fixed income & have trouble affording the medication. I would like to see the 25 mile rule abolished & would like to see licensed med. MJ card holders be able to grow their own medicine & I would like to buy seeds at Bloom. Thank you.

This place is absolutely amazing!! The customer service is fantastic, the strains are always potent and they almost always have something different available, and I always leave there happy. I would recommend this dispensary to anyone and everyone.

This place is absolutely the best in the valley! The customer service is on point, I had an issue with some of the medicine I purchased and they told me to come back and they will make it right. Bloom was one of the first dispensaries I went to and after trying a few other places I know this my place for good. Thank you to everyone at bloom for having great meds and even better customer service!

I was so excited when you launched your edibles line. Beautiful packaging and great taste---except there was no medicinal effect whatsoever. It was as if I had eaten a cookie without any medicine. :(

Guy taking my order messed up order which happens. The people taking my money refused to turn down their music and couldn’t hear me trying to fix it. Then talked over me and told me I was wrong because he couldn’t hear me.

I love the specials and the carmel corn is excellent. Meds sometimes Excellent sometimes good but in all a very good dispensary.

Great atmosphere, very clean, professional and welcoming. Top shelf medicine, great variety, decent pricing(don't forget the sales tax). I will definitely be visiting them again very soon.

I love bloom, they r the only dispensarie that I feel is kinda for the ppl.. I thought they all were but im starting to get schooled on the politics of it all. but kudos to bloom for the great give aways, ive won 2 8ths already from them and allways free prerolls they def give back!

Very clean and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is courteous and well informed. The quality of the medicine is great, and the prices are unmatched. Thus is my go-to dispensary even though it's not the closest

Bloom was the 1st dispensary I visited. I was treated so well. I got a free 8th, a raffle for a free gram, and banked 15 free pre rolls. I thought wow! This new patient thing is great. So I checked out trumed and was so disappointed. They gave me 1 gram free and overcharged me for mid grade stuff. Thank you Bloom! Great meds

High-ly recommend this place. There isn't one bad thing I could possibly say. Of the many wonderful things I could say I will say this....the people that work there are phenomenal. The place had plenty of patients coming in and out but I felt like their only one. From the front desk, to the counter, to the cashier to the door person it was like being in a 5 Star Resort. I don't care how far this place might be from you it's worth every drop of gas to get there.

Bloom of PHX is one of my favorite places however there is one thing I gotta say. I was in one time and purchased an ounce on thurs cause they're $200!! I had been in numerous times before and had gotten nothing but top quality. I went in this last time and got an ounce of the Cinderella Wreck... Totally dissatisfied. I was totally supposed to even see this come out of bloom. I called and left a message, waited an hour and never got a call back. So I went back in. I walked in the building and it was relatively empty of patients, so I walked to the counter with my bag in hand and the receptionist who was really nice, offered to get a manager for me. I accepted. The manager came around the corner and asked how he could help me. I explained my situation and he apologized for the inconvenience but explained there was no way he could either exchange it with a different strain of equal value or give me my money back. He did however offer me two bags to choose one from to exchange mine with...Sorry bloom but that's not good quality, that's poor quality. The service was good, the product was not. I'd give it a 5 on a scale of reg to bomb. Please fix this and stop this from happening to people. We rely on good people with good service who provide good meds. Not good people, with poor excuses. That being said, I'll be back.
