I was impressed with this dispensary from the second I walked through the door. The gentleman who greeted me at the door was polite and helpful and the young lady at the check in counter was polite as well. My wait time was minimal and well worth it. I felt very comfortable with the therapist who assisted with my order...she was very nice and knowledgeable. 10/10

One of my favorite first time patient specials! Got an Eighth of the Holy Grail for $27ish after tax. It's very potent and covered in crystals. Dank weed, great dispensary!

The service is great & the place is clean & new. Won't be coming back because med quality has been declining. When I first came in, quality was priced accordingly. Now, it's pretty close to bait & switch. Nice dense nugs at the counter & popcorn to take home. It would be fine if the price is right.

This is the best dispensary in Arizona, they have their selections of flowers for the most part, and all docs are very well educated. I am a weed snob, and I love going to bloom just to talk about all that they have, the flowers bloom has are amazing, the most minuscule amount of nutrients are still remained in the flower , 2.34% un cured is what my test gave me. That's the best of any Arizona shop yet. Long story short, go to bloom

My first time visit was everyone's nightmare, I was excited about checking this place out on their $200 oz. day after I went through there awkward room to room visit, til I realized I didn't get to pick out my medication after I grab my bag that dropped in the chute next to me and I wasn't expecting that they just walked away keep in mind it was my first visit, as I was walking out the door I can all ready feel something was wrong, my bag was extremely light, I wasnt sure if I should open my bag because they stapled it and I didn't want them to say I took anything out, so I went back in and told them it is my first visit and I wanted them to check my bag I had purchased an oz of grand daddy purple, an eighth, a half gram of shatter, and a half of crumble. sure enough I was missing an whole oz they almost got me for 200 bucks, after their apologies and told me they would note my account, the experience in their shop was just as disappointing as their products, the crumble was extremely dry, like dust flakes, shatter was weak, buds all looked different and I had to let it sit out for a couple of days and lost weight, don't know what to say about this place yet but I wouldn't buy no concentrates for sure.

This place sells out their good meds in an hour or two and the customer service about it is terrible. I had called for several weeks letting them know I was waiting for a particular strain, called them the day it showed up on their menu and by the time I got down there sold out. Every time I call this place or go there its a worse experience than the last time.

I am a Chef and suffer from severe pain in many areas of the body. Ive tried everything from medications to massages and everything else under the sun. I was extremely nervous to even walk in to a dispensary and didn't go for a while. Bloom was my first go to and it was perfect. Quiet, comforting and quick it was an amazing experience. I would definitely refer first timers and continuers to go here. Its the same feel every time and worth trying the experience.

What's lacking in ambiance, Bloom makes up for in customer service. Although not the most swanky dispensary, the entire staff is cheerful and informative. I didn't catch the name of the guy who helped me, but he was fantastic. They are opening a kitchen for edibles soon, too. I'll be sure to check it out!

First time special is good enough to get you in. When I went the flowers all smelt bland except maybe two, those two had little to no trichromes. Honestly for the money there are better places.

Bloom has been a Favorite Dispensary since I got my Medical Card! Always Great Quality, Service and Speed!

Today was my third visit to Bloom. Very busy but wait wasnt excessive. My first visit I got some Sour Kush and it was great. Second visit I got more of the Sour Kush,wasnt what I got the first time or shown to me in the consultation room! I go today,asked the budtender if what I get at the window would be the same I was shown in the pt consultation room,It WASNT! The 2nd and 3rd batches I got was inferior to the first! Its my opinion since the buds were darker and smaller than the first batch,it was picked too early and not cured properly. Taste was way off. This is the last time I buy herb thats packaged in a different room. I will only buy at a dispensary that shows you what your buying Right There! Bloom sadly dissapointed me. Dont know if Ill be back. :/

I love the specials and the carmel corn is excellent. Meds sometimes Excellent sometimes good but in all a very good dispensary.

I love bloom, they r the only dispensarie that I feel is kinda for the ppl.. I thought they all were but im starting to get schooled on the politics of it all. but kudos to bloom for the great give aways, ive won 2 8ths already from them and allways free prerolls they def give back!

I have been to almost all the dispensaries and bloom by far outdoes the rest. It starts the moment you walk in the door . It doesnt feel like fort knox. Courteous, professional, and happy and smiling are the employees. This is the best dispensary by far. I will shop here again and again.

I didn't have a good experience with these guys because when I drove far out of my way to check them out they less than enthusiastically told me to fill out their form asking for tons of personal info, which I've NEVER been required to do in Az or Co. I politely declined and assured them I'm glad to show my Rx card & extra photo ID but my email and phone number are unnecessary. The employee was very combative and made a scene in front of their lobby full of customers waiting to even be allowed back to shop which looked much more like a clinic than a dispensary... Too bad bc their prices are killer, but I won't compromise my privacy unnecessarily. I've since found a great dispensary near my home and had 0regret...

Bloom of PHX is one of my favorite places however there is one thing I gotta say. I was in one time and purchased an ounce on thurs cause they're $200!! I had been in numerous times before and had gotten nothing but top quality. I went in this last time and got an ounce of the Cinderella Wreck... Totally dissatisfied. I was totally supposed to even see this come out of bloom. I called and left a message, waited an hour and never got a call back. So I went back in. I walked in the building and it was relatively empty of patients, so I walked to the counter with my bag in hand and the receptionist who was really nice, offered to get a manager for me. I accepted. The manager came around the corner and asked how he could help me. I explained my situation and he apologized for the inconvenience but explained there was no way he could either exchange it with a different strain of equal value or give me my money back. He did however offer me two bags to choose one from to exchange mine with...Sorry bloom but that's not good quality, that's poor quality. The service was good, the product was not. I'd give it a 5 on a scale of reg to bomb. Please fix this and stop this from happening to people. We rely on good people with good service who provide good meds. Not good people, with poor excuses. That being said, I'll be back.
