Bloom had by far the best cannabis that I've found in the valley! I can't wait for the tastebuds to return!

alright meds kinda dry don't like my stuff sitting around I got some meds that was 2 months.

not a big fan. walk in to two receptionist whom never acknowledge you. you dont know which one to give your card to. the staff always looks dull and sorry to be working. and a few times have given me additude for no reason simply for me asking a question. just seems like they don't really care about the patient. I've sat in front of them for at least 3 min. before without either of the employees at the desk acknoledgeing me. also sometimes ill come in for just one or 2 grams and ill be waiting anf ill see 3 or 4 people that ordered after me get there order before me. I would think it would be a first come first serve type deal. overall had better expierences elsewhere. there prices are great if obly they could get the customer service thing down.

so, I keep getting texts about the premium prerolls. my only question is: where does the premium flower come from? it's certainly not from their shelves...

Recently, I have only gone to Bloom as a last resort. The location is great, easy access and available parking. Don't get me wrong, I used to adore this place. But my last 2 visits were uneventful and sketchy at best. The service was 👎🏾 and the product was just o.k., and the wait times were ridiculous considering they were hardly any other patients. So why do I continue to go? I've got mad Royalty Points!!!

My first time visit was everyone's nightmare, I was excited about checking this place out on their $200 oz. day after I went through there awkward room to room visit, til I realized I didn't get to pick out my medication after I grab my bag that dropped in the chute next to me and I wasn't expecting that they just walked away keep in mind it was my first visit, as I was walking out the door I can all ready feel something was wrong, my bag was extremely light, I wasnt sure if I should open my bag because they stapled it and I didn't want them to say I took anything out, so I went back in and told them it is my first visit and I wanted them to check my bag I had purchased an oz of grand daddy purple, an eighth, a half gram of shatter, and a half of crumble. sure enough I was missing an whole oz they almost got me for 200 bucks, after their apologies and told me they would note my account, the experience in their shop was just as disappointing as their products, the crumble was extremely dry, like dust flakes, shatter was weak, buds all looked different and I had to let it sit out for a couple of days and lost weight, don't know what to say about this place yet but I wouldn't buy no concentrates for sure.

BE CAREFUL....They advertise thc percentages online that are FALSE. But once they collect your money they will NOT return or exchange products. They assume you are clueless about products. This place went to shit since it became curaleaf.

Bait and switch BS. Ordered online and when I got there it wasn't on special and didn't honor the sale . Is that even legal?

So this is my second review of Bloom. Just as last time all the employees greet you with smiles and make you feel welcome. They had a wide variety of selections on hand. Evan was a big help. This is the second time I had him as my budtender. He gave me a lot of input on the benefits of the strains and helped me make some great choices. I can definitely say without hesitation that I would recommend Bloom as a dispensary and Evan as a budtender.

Bloom is by far the best dispensary in the phoenix area. Everytime I go there I am overwhelmed by the level of courtesy and proffessionalism they portray. They always have the most quality meds and enough of them as to where they can hook it up almost everytime. There rewards program is uncomparable and so is there facility. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone

This is the best dispensary in Arizona, they have their selections of flowers for the most part, and all docs are very well educated. I am a weed snob, and I love going to bloom just to talk about all that they have, the flowers bloom has are amazing, the most minuscule amount of nutrients are still remained in the flower , 2.34% un cured is what my test gave me. That's the best of any Arizona shop yet. Long story short, go to bloom

I have been to this venue now twice and I have truly enjoyed the experience. This is the most professionally ran dispensary I have yet to visit. The people are nice and helpful, and the deals they offer are never ending. I would recommend this dispensary to all those looking for a dependable location.

This is actually my second visit. But, my first was amazing and fun. I really didn't think it was going to be fun to shop for meds but the staff definitely makes it fun and educational. I love this place! A must go for people in need of meds! LOVE IT!

I've been to a few places and bloom is by far my favorite. Not only are they well educated, but they are friendly and really are there to help! Plus they have good prices for having really good medicine.

The service is great & the place is clean & new. Won't be coming back because med quality has been declining. When I first came in, quality was priced accordingly. Now, it's pretty close to bait & switch. Nice dense nugs at the counter & popcorn to take home. It would be fine if the price is right.

****ATTN ALL***** PARADISE NATTY & CARMEN are the BEST patient caretakers in the entire valley without any question. This is my third year with a medicard and I have been to all dispensaries in the valley, no one beats them. I have trusted bloom for years and I am never let down. Like tonight, I made a poor choice and they fixed it for me with smiles, efficiency, and care. The LADIES make it a second home for me and if you want the best expirence and meds in town come to bloom and see PARADISE, NATTY, & CARMEN. I love them and this place.
