low prices here but low quality definitely reflects. i have never seen any budtenders working here, only order takers. uneducated & unprofessional. their Gems aren't bad other than that this is just a poor stoners' paradise lol

Absolutely terrible place with terrible service came here after having my card for threee years and was turned away after waiting in line for two hours because they changed their policy about having to bring your ID even with the new online card system . Do not spend money here!

What has this world come to! Bloom is using Covid19 to up the prices and sell trash! The security guard, and staff are super cool. The product quality has gone way down. Let’s uplift each other during Covid19, no more scams Bloom. I got more stems than anything with the oz I just purchased. BUMMER!!!

Bloom has always been amazing. Prices, deals, service have all been great. This last time the trinity blueberry unfortunately had a decent amount of seeds in it :( i will be back of course because this has only happened once. The strain is still amazing, though disappointing to see seeds in dispensary packaged medicine.

the god bud wasn't even the same bud they had in the display is smells like my lawn and is way immature. It's actually pretty gross I can't belive they call this medicine if you aren't in the biz to help people and you just want money find a new biz

Just feels like a smoke shop or convenience store. They serve you what you order and push you out the door and on to the next customer. Always out of stock. Not a whole lot to choose from.

first time patient was really smooth. My budtender was knowledgeable of the strains. in and out in no time.

I have been a loyal customer for approx. 4 years. Today I placed an order the same way as always. All was good, got the confirmation that my order was ready for pickup up. When I arrived it was extremely busy so I asked the young lady working the lines outside and inside if I can be assured that my confirmed online order was still intact. She replied, " oh of course , we keep all online orders until 10 pm pm the day of your order," Not the case...please explain.

Bloom Was One Of The Top Dispos To Go To & Ever Since It Got New Managers It Has Gone Downhill. Products Used To Be Bomb Asf & Now It Just Tastes Like Chemicals. And These So Call Workers You Hired Who Don't Know Their Shit Or About Any Of The Deals You Have Going On. You Only Have A Few Good Workers Like Evan Who Excel At Customer Service & Actually Knows Their Stuff...

I tried calling to check if I've been there before and I didn't get passed the automated system to talk to a real person. it literally takes too long to just call and ask a question.

Love this place, only down side is it's not on my side of town

haven't been here for a long time so I tried it out and end up helping the staff out with some dumb ass patent but loved it to the fullest and the staff was awesome for the hook up I'll help out anytime thanks bloom you rock

This was my first visit to Bloom. While they didn't have a lot to choose from, what they did have was what I wanted, and the flowers are BOMB! I met with Steven who was beyond AWESOME, very comfortable, knowledgeable, like someone you'd like to have as a neighbor... just a good guy. He made my visit enjoyable and fun. I will definitely be back, just hope to see the selection pick up some.

Haven't been here in a while. I still prefer other places, but Bloom has great specials. JuJu answered the phone the other day, and was super nice and helpful.

Love bloom's flower! And great deals all the time! Can't beat how easy it is to get in and out and the service, with JuJu helping patients is amazing! Definitely going to be back all the time!

I like the Phoenix location. Fast and friendly service. Knowledgeable people to help you out. All in all a good experience.

Best dispensary in the valley when it comes to quality and suggested donation rates. They also hook you up more than any other dispensary I have been to out here. Consistently giving out free pre rolls and discounts as well. The free 1/8 the first time is great too. I don't know of anyone else that does that.

Location was easy to find and access. Staff were friendly and helped explain the differences of strains to a first time patient. Great selection of dank and fresh meds, plenty of edibles too. I will be back, for sure!
