Bloom was the first dispensary I went to for meds and now after going to others throughout the Valley I can honestly say it is the one of the best. I say 'one' of the best because I just wish the selection was larger. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable, yet warm and friendly. Bloom has set the bar high and I will continue to get my meds here , as well as refer friends, family, and even strangers. Thank you for the great service!!

I love this dispensary the location is very convenient Bloom is right across from the Sky Harbor airport and the Metro Light Rail. I am impressed that they have different ranges of flowers all for a reasonable price. No eighths exceed $25 wow!

Not a fan of not being able to pick your own purchase. Having someone choose what you're paying for is a tad bit on the yucky side. As a connoisseur, I would've preferred having the option to pick what bag of the strain I want. Some like little nugs while others prefer ginormous ones. Just sayin....Highly likely I will not return as their pricing does not include taxes already also. Get with the program, Bloom. I'm writing this review and have not even tried the flowers yet. I'm hoping I don't come back for a shitty flower review after this one. Just gave it a two rating for flowers to hopefully not jinx the strain and have this review go through.

i was buying flower almost exclusive from bloom had good deals but now my concern with bloom now id i went and bought some of thier infinity buds and to my surrise it looks like the same small buds they jave alwaus had for twice as much mioney, im not giving kudos for this its dissapointing i thpught at lest for the infinity prices there would be deli quality buds in there and it isnt. i recomend the old price flower here but the platnimun bjds i got i wouldnt recomend to anyone. Too bad they found the way to be like all the other dispensaries with poor values fpr the money they ask for thier buds

Recently picked up blue dream it was absolute fire! Great quality at a fantastic price.

Phoenix bloom needs a completely new staff because the current ones are rude, lack of knowledge,machine trim on the flowers is horrible. Unless you guys get some of the other flowers from trade but the bloom grown flowers are horrible they are dipped in hydrogen peroxide you can't hide that taste. I'm really disappointed with my meds and service. please fix this problem(s).

The location is great and so is the selection. The largest issue I have noticed is that the staff does not seem effectively/efficiently trained on the menu and pricing. Upon asking questions I was told my check/total was three different prices. When I asked questions I was spoken down to as if it was my fault I had a question. The bud tenders were fine in back, just a larger issue like with the reception desk and their attitude.

I have to give big ups to Bloom because they are one of the only dispensaries in town with accurate descriptions of their strains on their menu. I really hate going to a dispensary where they don't know what kind of strain they are selling, trying to tell a budtender I want a Sativa while they push and Indica on me. Not only is Bloom's menu the most accurate I've seen in town, it gives you the traditional strain name as well as the name they sell it under so there is NO confusion. THANK YOU BLOOM!

Will never return here the customer service sucks!!! Why advertise $99 ounces the week of 420 and not say on selected strains I drove far as hell for them to tell me oh it’s selective strains which it doesn’t say on here. The strains that are $99 look like the weeds I pull out of my yard brown and hell!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!

Last two visits have been disappointing. Not coming here until they have FOUR "budtenders" and better quality. Really liked the place my first few visits, but they have gone down hill since.

Bloom is most helpful as I am trying different strains to figure out how this medicine can best help me. I have Multiple Sclerosis & this medicine helps me quiet the inner mind babble & just do the task at hand. The doctors at Bloom have been very instrumental in helping me pinpoint what I need. i love this dispensary. they truly love their patients. you walk in and you just get this feeling that they truly care about you and your health. the money is just secondary to keep the whole operation up and growing so they can keep helping you. (and i bet because of that, they still make a huge profit margin!) they truly care about you here. you walk in, they greet you as if you were a friend they've known their whole lives. they charge $10 a gram for amazing medication and have incredible (and cost effective) specials that truly help their clients stay medicated well and affordably. other dispensaries in the state could take a few cues from these folx, since they're also courteous, answer questions without defensive attitude, and genuinely care about the clientele. amazing medication strains and great service and great prices. this place is a triple threat. i wish every city had a bloom!

The quality of the marijuana is phenomenal! that being said, I have never gone there and had a smooth transaction there's always super long wait time the people that are working there obviously do not like their job. They're uninformed, unorganized and are constantly changing their practices and procedures such as cash only. (yay, got those 20 dollar grams down to 10 bucks, but now please use our atm machine that will charge you 4 dollars) They have forgotten merchandise and when I go back to ask them where it is I was treated like a criminal even though everything is recorded on video tape they treated me like I was lying and did not even apologize when giving me the fixed order. Emailing the manager is meaningless. This is the Walmart of Dispensaries. Dont waste your time or $.

This facility looks like garbage and the whole operation stinks. I have never been back especially after I tried their pre packaged GSC thin mints and I must say it was so moist and stale tasting! I'll won't be back unless I get desperate lol.

After going to Bloom consistently for some time, and having tried a lot of other weed shops, I can easily say Bloom is one of the best dispensaries out there right now. The med quality is rich as a king, the staff are educated and have been able to help me with complicated questions that ordinary marijuana users wouldn't know, and besides the dank buds, the place gives you a lot of discounts that make the prices seem a lot easier to handle than at first glance. I would recommend anyone who cares about what weed they smoke to try the place for the heavy effort they seem to put into the growing and presentation. Plus they're always open when they say they're gonna be and don't have guard dogs that lunge at you when you go in the shop.

I love this place! Drove 2 hours to get there. Watched prices for months! I must say after visiting the Sedona location I was leary. They did not disappoint! Excellent staff, very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! Products and service are on point! Prices are excellent and the specials are out of this world. Security is great and they definitely know what they're doing at Bloom Phoenix! I will be visiting again...SOON!

Been there a couple of times and it is always a great experience. The free 1/8th for new patients is an awesome deal. Love their royalty program and great daily deals. Only wish they had a greater selection/variety of edibles.

The Best!!! We've been coming here since they opened. They never fail us
