Guys have you looked at your shatter menu. Its like reading clingon. You have some things listed several times, other thing are one thing in one place and another in the other. We read a menu to know what you have in stock, then we come down and buy from you. Get the point!!

Bloom is my favorite dispensary in Phoenix. Alot of variety and great product for swinging deals. I can get alot of stuff for under 100$ .

used to be a good deal on Thursdays on the oz special.. last two weeks there oz specials have been garbage an d full of seeds out door grown it seems ..

I've been a regular since I got my card, everyone knows me and is super kind. I'm always impressed with the flower and really low prices. Stay cool, Bloom!

I pre-order online. That's the only way to do it. Bad area, combined with an uncomfortable sitting/ordering area. Bloom needs a face-lift, coupled with some tips of other highly, awesome dispensaries on the receptionist, an ordering room, and whats wrong with being able to see your product? Why can't I touch it or smell it? Wake up call ....

Great medicine!! Awesome atmosphere!! This place is way too far for me to come to often but let's me know what we are missing in mesa!! The atmosphere is amazing, I actually feel like I'm buying medicine, which is great! I love the professionalism and the knowledge provided! Thanks for testing also!!!!!! That is a HUGE plus!!!!! Makes people like me, who want to know everything about the medicine they take more willing to drive that far!! Wish they had high CBD strains though..

Last two visits have been disappointing. Not coming here until they have FOUR "budtenders" and better quality. Really liked the place my first few visits, but they have gone down hill since.

Was in yesterday (7/17) and a customer came in and she was shorted in her order. The girl at the front gave her a little package and she left. This kind of thing should not be happening. If you go to a pharmacy to get a prescription filled you can bet they don't make mistakes. The same kind of service need to be given when it comes to MMJ.

Purchased meds here a few times. However I will not be returning after I picked up the seediest 8th I've ever seen..thanks for the headache. It's the first time I've ever thrown buds in the trash..easier than picking out all the tiny white preseeds. never again.

i love this dispensary. they truly love their patients. you walk in and you just get this feeling that they truly care about you and your health. the money is just secondary to keep the whole operation up and growing so they can keep helping you. (and i bet because of that, they still make a huge profit margin!) they truly care about you here. you walk in, they greet you as if you were a friend they've known their whole lives. they charge $10 a gram for amazing medication and have incredible (and cost effective) specials that truly help their clients stay medicated well and affordably. other dispensaries in the state could take a few cues from these folx, since they're also courteous, answer questions without defensive attitude, and genuinely care about the clientele. amazing medication strains and great service and great prices. this place is a triple threat. i wish every city had a bloom!

This was my first visit and 5th dispensary experience in AZ and this will be my place from now on. Everything you want, knowledge, selection, cleanliness, organization, friendliness, fast and most of all epic deals especially for first timers. Amazing cones, i just smoked half of the papaya and its quality for sure. Picked up several other strains with my deal with no extra charges along with two free cones. I'm speechless A+++ the only thing negative was the awkward entrance especially with lots of people in there, thats all.

The quality of the marijuana is phenomenal! that being said, I have never gone there and had a smooth transaction there's always super long wait time the people that are working there obviously do not like their job. They're uninformed, unorganized and are constantly changing their practices and procedures such as cash only. (yay, got those 20 dollar grams down to 10 bucks, but now please use our atm machine that will charge you 4 dollars) They have forgotten merchandise and when I go back to ask them where it is I was treated like a criminal even though everything is recorded on video tape they treated me like I was lying and did not even apologize when giving me the fixed order. Emailing the manager is meaningless. This is the Walmart of Dispensaries. Dont waste your time or $.

The people inside were great! They made me feel really comfortable. Going back soon!

Awesome place

Great service, clean surroundings, knowledgeable staff, and good selection flowers and medibles. I recommend the brownie, even though it was basic in size and taste, the potency put me right where i should be! Will be coming back soon :)

The place is set up in orderly manor. Employees are friendly and meds are of good quality.

Amazing service! Since it was my first time coming in, I received a free eighth of some of the dankest flower I've ever smoked, literally, it eases so many of my ailments and you can just see and smell the difference in quality. Top notch over here! The customer service is outstanding, they inform you and educate you, don't just rush you in and out. Everyone is very professional and polite and make you comfortable, whether it's your first time visit or you're coming back the very next day! The place is incredibly professional, clean, and the experience was beyond anything that I expected! There was one issue with a product, but they handled it and with no trouble, hassle or argument, by the next day I was picking up a new free one - no worries. I love this place and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an incredible medicinal marijuana.

I love this place! Drove 2 hours to get there. Watched prices for months! I must say after visiting the Sedona location I was leary. They did not disappoint! Excellent staff, very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! Products and service are on point! Prices are excellent and the specials are out of this world. Security is great and they definitely know what they're doing at Bloom Phoenix! I will be visiting again...SOON!
