took 7 tries to get someone on the phone just to get told that they deals arent updated.

I went in as a ftp expecting dried out crap. I was pleasantly surprised to have gotten two very good eighths. I will say that I very much dislike the set up. I like to see the actual product I'm buying before I get it. Staff wasn't rude or anything, but I felt like I was left to wander around figuring out their process on my own. I will return tho for the good price price and quality

Meh. not my favorite spot but whatever, I'm not prejudice I'll smoke any bud. if I'm running late they're open till 10pm, sweet

thanks for the seeds...never again. service is as lazy as can be. They just send you from the front to the tender to the register. it might just be me but I don't have the energy to deal with being shuffled around like a factory its honestly just stressful and the compassion is nonexistent

terrible choice for meds.. flower looks okay but is dry and has no medical value.. the lady up front is off putting and rude. holding a conversation with her is like talking to a piece of cardboard. overall a horrible experience. wish i wouldve spent my money else where.

I stopped by while showing a new patient around. Basically because of the special they offered to be honest. There service tgis visiit was not outstanding but pretty good. the atmosphere makes me think of the dmv. Edibles here are the same everywhere, so nothing on that. The buds tenders dont seem happy. thwy dont talk about the product. they dont know lineage, i could do a better job. the cashier is the friendliest maybe because he or she is taking your cash. flower is and has alwasy been, sadly, horrible dry. dryer than it should be by far. no sticky buds here ever or even close. it crumbles and falls apart and almost turns to dust. You know i see alot of praises for quality for this place. but i dont see it. if you like the dry bud fine maybe this is the place for you. but to this point they are at the bottom for any place i have been. i have been to every dispensary in the east valley but the two in queen creek area. this place is the bottom of the list by far. PS i bet when it goes rec in our state Bloom will fail unless theydecide to focus on being better all around. the staff does nothing tp male me want to cpme back or refer anyone else to this place.

i was buying flower almost exclusive from bloom had good deals but now my concern with bloom now id i went and bought some of thier infinity buds and to my surrise it looks like the same small buds they jave alwaus had for twice as much mioney, im not giving kudos for this its dissapointing i thpught at lest for the infinity prices there would be deli quality buds in there and it isnt. i recomend the old price flower here but the platnimun bjds i got i wouldnt recomend to anyone. Too bad they found the way to be like all the other dispensaries with poor values fpr the money they ask for thier buds

Love this place for years !’ Even when it changes a little you can tell they invest in our input for procedures and safety. Also I would give the management who deal with complaints A1 knowledgeable and they are no fools they know when you are being honest and will back you . They have a few cashiers that can seem pushy but I’ve come to find they just know the better options sometimes and even hook you up with available deals and or substitutions . I LOVE BLOOM for many reasons and they used to have a cute guard I never see anymore lol

The location is great and so is the selection. The largest issue I have noticed is that the staff does not seem effectively/efficiently trained on the menu and pricing. Upon asking questions I was told my check/total was three different prices. When I asked questions I was spoken down to as if it was my fault I had a question. The bud tenders were fine in back, just a larger issue like with the reception desk and their attitude.

Hay weed and not always flushed well enough. This stuff doesnt sell, couldnt be given away in any other state. Does the word 'medical' mean something different here??? No wonder the employees all seem sad and oppressed

I always come here, inlike this place and I spend a lot of money at Bloom...But I picked up an ounce of the cinderella Wreck and it was absolutely horrible. It is shwag and actually had some seeds. I couldn't believe it. It's not often bloom messes up, but they did this time dammit.

Last two visits have been disappointing. Not coming here until they have FOUR "budtenders" and better quality. Really liked the place my first few visits, but they have gone down hill since.

Purchased meds here a few times. However I will not be returning after I picked up the seediest 8th I've ever seen..thanks for the headache. It's the first time I've ever thrown buds in the trash..easier than picking out all the tiny white preseeds. never again.

The budtender was very rude. This is my first experience with a rude budtender in AZ. The flower looked very promising though it didn't smell much. When we got home we realized it was very dry and the potency was lacking. Overall I am not happy with my visit and wouldn't suggest patients go here. I don't think bloom gets "it".

Decided to take the fairly long drive to Bloom one Saturday morning. I simply wanted to pick up a half ounce to see if their meds were worth the drive. Wow! I not only got the half I wanted, but they threw in an additional FREE 1/8th of their top shelf Papaya.....and....20 FREE pre rolls. WTF? Sweet! The meds are very much worth the drive, even if they did not throw in all the free goodies. I without a doubt will have to return soon. The very friendly staff also took the time to answer any questions I had and were not rushing patients thru even though it was getting crazy busy due the special I was unaware of. Props to the bud tender Sayjo for helping me with the med selection. 5 stars all the way around for my first visit.

The people inside were great! They made me feel really comfortable. Going back soon!

Awesome place

Great service, clean surroundings, knowledgeable staff, and good selection flowers and medibles. I recommend the brownie, even though it was basic in size and taste, the potency put me right where i should be! Will be coming back soon :)

The place is set up in orderly manor. Employees are friendly and meds are of good quality.
