Worst experience I’ve had with any dispensary in Az! Came in on 710 for concentrates but all I ended up with was a very unpleasant experience from one of the receptionists who has repeatedly gone out of her way to be rude, combative, and just plain disrespectful to me on multiple occasions. I came in just trying to purchase Medicine but all I got from Bloom was a very unpleasant experience that left me feeling even worse than when I came in. I’m disappointed that a person in this industry would go out of their way to make a Patient feel so uncomfortable and embarrassed when all I wanted was to check my points to see if I could afford some MEDICINE. It’s truly a shame to be treated this was in a place that’s supposed to help you feel better and I won’t be returning anytime soon.

the prices make this place. 25 eigth or less can't be beat. fault specials are good as well. it is usually a process to get in and out. not being able to choose the exact bud you get is a negative as well. overall the wait is worth the prices.

Phoenix bloom needs a completely new staff because the current ones are rude, lack of knowledge,machine trim on the flowers is horrible. Unless you guys get some of the other flowers from trade but the bloom grown flowers are horrible they are dipped in hydrogen peroxide you can't hide that taste. I'm really disappointed with my meds and service. please fix this problem(s).

Very friendly staff, organized menu, and thet walked me through everything in my first visit.

The location is great and so is the selection. The largest issue I have noticed is that the staff does not seem effectively/efficiently trained on the menu and pricing. Upon asking questions I was told my check/total was three different prices. When I asked questions I was spoken down to as if it was my fault I had a question. The bud tenders were fine in back, just a larger issue like with the reception desk and their attitude.

I have to give big ups to Bloom because they are one of the only dispensaries in town with accurate descriptions of their strains on their menu. I really hate going to a dispensary where they don't know what kind of strain they are selling, trying to tell a budtender I want a Sativa while they push and Indica on me. Not only is Bloom's menu the most accurate I've seen in town, it gives you the traditional strain name as well as the name they sell it under so there is NO confusion. THANK YOU BLOOM!

I always come here, inlike this place and I spend a lot of money at Bloom...But I picked up an ounce of the cinderella Wreck and it was absolutely horrible. It is shwag and actually had some seeds. I couldn't believe it. It's not often bloom messes up, but they did this time dammit.

my first trip to any club, and I was thoroughly impressed. the customer service from when I entered up until check out was awesome. the Dr was so helpful in helping me find the right medication, and it was awesome to see how knowledgeable she was about every thing. the facilities they have here are top notch and it's a truly comfortable feel from the moment you enter. Bloom will definitely be my first choice when it comes to my meds! the sugar cookies is straight fire!!!!! good location too. Peace and love ya'll

This was my first visit and 5th dispensary experience in AZ and this will be my place from now on. Everything you want, knowledge, selection, cleanliness, organization, friendliness, fast and most of all epic deals especially for first timers. Amazing cones, i just smoked half of the papaya and its quality for sure. Picked up several other strains with my deal with no extra charges along with two free cones. I'm speechless A+++ the only thing negative was the awkward entrance especially with lots of people in there, thats all.

After going to Bloom consistently for some time, and having tried a lot of other weed shops, I can easily say Bloom is one of the best dispensaries out there right now. The med quality is rich as a king, the staff are educated and have been able to help me with complicated questions that ordinary marijuana users wouldn't know, and besides the dank buds, the place gives you a lot of discounts that make the prices seem a lot easier to handle than at first glance. I would recommend anyone who cares about what weed they smoke to try the place for the heavy effort they seem to put into the growing and presentation. Plus they're always open when they say they're gonna be and don't have guard dogs that lunge at you when you go in the shop.
