Won’t shop here again until you get better employees and not ones who act like they own the place by the way they talk to customers. If I go in please don’t rush me, I have never been into a shop where they feel the need to rush me.. and cussing and talking to people however they feel isn’t customer service in my eyes it was unprofessional.. girl with purple hair, she really needs to either be retrained on how to communicate or be let go...

Was in yesterday (7/17) and a customer came in and she was shorted in her order. The girl at the front gave her a little package and she left. This kind of thing should not be happening. If you go to a pharmacy to get a prescription filled you can bet they don't make mistakes. The same kind of service need to be given when it comes to MMJ.

my first trip to any club, and I was thoroughly impressed. the customer service from when I entered up until check out was awesome. the Dr was so helpful in helping me find the right medication, and it was awesome to see how knowledgeable she was about every thing. the facilities they have here are top notch and it's a truly comfortable feel from the moment you enter. Bloom will definitely be my first choice when it comes to my meds! the sugar cookies is straight fire!!!!! good location too. Peace and love ya'll

Purchased meds here a few times. However I will not be returning after I picked up the seediest 8th I've ever seen..thanks for the headache. It's the first time I've ever thrown buds in the trash..easier than picking out all the tiny white preseeds. never again.

This was my first visit and 5th dispensary experience in AZ and this will be my place from now on. Everything you want, knowledge, selection, cleanliness, organization, friendliness, fast and most of all epic deals especially for first timers. Amazing cones, i just smoked half of the papaya and its quality for sure. Picked up several other strains with my deal with no extra charges along with two free cones. I'm speechless A+++ the only thing negative was the awkward entrance especially with lots of people in there, thats all.

Great service, clean surroundings, knowledgeable staff, and good selection flowers and medibles. I recommend the brownie, even though it was basic in size and taste, the potency put me right where i should be! Will be coming back soon :)

This place is the real deal! Staff is very professional, can talk about meds and donation amounts openly, nothing shady or sketchy about this place. Meds are top quality and are sold for fair suggested donations. Was told everything here is grown locally so thats a plus as well. This is my new go-to, I will keep coming back!

very nice building/parkinglot. people were as knowledgeable and helpful as possible. great selections with lab results for better informed choice of meds....will shop here again soon.

The flower is OK, a few strains are worth while, while others seem horribly trimmed and don't have a good scent. The customer service was not good tho. You guys work at dispensary, you should be happy. One guy who helped me acted like he was rushing me and had no desire to be there. That blows my mind.

Very professional, knowledgeable staff. Can get very busy with a long wait time later in the day, and be prepared to pay tax unlike compassion clubs. Great place though, with a great selection of flowers and edibles both times I went.

I don't make a point of complaining. Look the prices are amazing, first half I got of Grape Ape was excellent, good smell, taste. Good bud. So I go to a old back up and counter ordered Grand Daddy Purple. I've had it from many places and there was something bad wrong with that batch. Not even just color as I know they vary, smell very hay like, buds leafy, stemmy and the worst part, what looks like immature seeds like the plant got Hermie and decided to polinate part of this crop. I'm not asking for anything, but was just really really disappointed with it. As I said first purchase was good, but man this last one.....

2nd trip. Favorite dispensary by far!
