Curaleaf - Phoenix Airport

The pre rolls were very strange. They had virtually no smell what so ever even the diesel, I felt very little effect no matter how much I smoked and the weed was so fine is was like nothing I've ever seen. They have a " Buy one 8th get THREE free pre rolls " which seems to good to be true.......cuz it is. Must be the lowest quality stuff possible it was like smoking nothing at all. At the same time the FREE 8th you get with the first visit was the best Train Wreck I've ever smoked! I suspect the pre rolls are crap because of the 8th deal. JUST BUY THE NORMAL BAGS and you will probably dig this place.

It's always cool but the flower is starting to go down hill, lots of stems, need a new bud trimmer maybe.??

usually pretty good place to come but during this event they are not handling it well. rules change at a drop of hat and not communicated.

Horrible mannagment as well the lack of wanting too sell there products. Talk about non ethical nor do they have communications skills . I dont recommend people going too this location unless you want air heads screwing your order up . This is , if not the worst, place I have ever been to. Makes me wonder if there skimming people ?? Well they missed out on a customer ever going there . Yet, I can see why there rude I hope there is better mannagment that is put into place because clearly your business is lacking . Caio

It’s fine if you’re just looking for some cheap flower. Unfortunately, over time their service has just gone down. Their employees are always just hanging out and laughing with each other than worrying about patients. It’s sad! But if you live in the area, there’s a place called TruMed that has great meds WITH great service.

took 7 tries to get someone on the phone just to get told that they deals arent updated.

Have been waiting 2 days for a manager to call me back. Was charged recreation tax when I am a medical patient. Both the budtender and manager assured me the amount being charged was correct. A $65 ounce ended up costing me $81.03 with tax and after using $3 in points. The ounce was taken off of my allotment so was definitely medical. $65 plus tax for a medical patient should be around $70 and some change, plus the $3 in points would bring it to about $67 pretty big difference from $81.03. Any assistance would be appreciated as I’ve tried multiple outlets to get a hold of someone. Thanks

Guys have you looked at your shatter menu. Its like reading clingon. You have some things listed several times, other thing are one thing in one place and another in the other. We read a menu to know what you have in stock, then we come down and buy from you. Get the point!!

Bloom is my favorite dispensary in Phoenix. Alot of variety and great product for swinging deals. I can get alot of stuff for under 100$ .

used to be a good deal on Thursdays on the oz special.. last two weeks there oz specials have been garbage an d full of seeds out door grown it seems ..

Bloom is by Far the Best dispensary in the Valley. I have tried others, for the "First Time" discount, but non can compare to Bloom. Their team is highly knowledgeable about all the strains and matched with Stellar Customer service Bloom Phoenix cannot be beat. The price cannot be beat. No where in the Valley can you get an 1/8th for $20, except Bloom. Everywhere else seems to run on Greed, its sad, but Profits before All Else is the Capitalistic Way.

Bloom has seriously gone downhill. I have never been treated worse at a dispensary in my life. And I have never met that many women just sitting up front with that big of a attitude. I absolutely love Bloom and The quality of your bud, but if your staff is going to be a bunch of nasty high school kids. I will take my business elsewhere. Thank you. to be lighter Hispanic woman with dark hair upfront today next time keep in mind that bloom pays you to be nice to the customers.
