I bought the Chronatonic and never in my 14 years of symptoms have I been given relief that quickly!!! To be able to not be hunched over and unfunctioning was amazing. I was able to prepare for my week and accomplish the task at hand. Definitely worth my drive from northeast Gilbert!!!

I mean it's an alright dispensary, great deal on Thursday but why do the employees always act like they hate their jobs and life?! I've been going here for months to take advantage of their Thursday deal on ounces. of they didn't run this deal I would never go here. 80% of the time I ask a question it's returned with rudeness or with an attitude. the ladies at the front are the worst.

Bloom is the only dispensary I go to. They are very welcoming every time I walk in, always professional, and patient oriented. They give first time patients a free 8th, and give discounts and free medicine to returning patients. They recently have been slacking on the selection of medicine, but promised to increase the selection very soon.

Wait times are a big problem. The check in/office/security staff were not very friendly and gave the feeling they wanted me in and out ASAP, but due to the unnecessary compartmentalization of what should be a two step process (check in/check out) it ends up taking a lot longer. I would suggest online ordering. That's what I'd do if I went again. Stephen, the "blonde dude" other reviewers have negative comments about was totally cool and helpful. The meds are stellar. Absolutely. The bud tenders and meds get 5s all around. Office and check out staff need a vacation.

I love bloom ...they are probably the best in town..the meds are good and they always have good deals/specials the staff is fun and friendly..location a lil far..but the building is clean and professional...for those of you not receiving the best meds and service u need to up grade....! Get to bloom..if you are a new patient I can give you a referral card so u get perks and free meds! I think that they should have more sativa on the list and They Could get a better selection of meds weekly..I see the same products too often...Id like more unique selection of sativas and maybe a reverse happy hr..since its hard for people who can't get there before three pm... I've been a long time Bloom customer,but lately I have started going elsewhere. I was in the other day and a newer bud tender was short with me. I have applied here a few times, so I find that both discouraging and disappointing. If it isn't wall to wall busy with a weird atmosphere now, the buds are rushed and not as good, and now the bud tender was a jerk too. I'd rather pay more for better weed with a smile. Thanks for the chance at a job too. I hope that bud tender is related to someone. I would've done right by your company at least. The front and cashiers are ok with me, but unorganized. Do you guys need help?

I've actually made this dispensary "home" and I live in Cave Creek, Arizona while the dispensary is just east of downtown Phoenix! There's SO many dispensaries between and only one reason it has been selected as Golden, it's superior! The Elite service you don't expect, hands down.

great place great meds

This was my second time at Bloom and just as the first the experience was exceptional! This time I picked up a 1/4 of their Ghost Og which I highly recommend! Very professional, patient first type of dispensary. Bloom I thank you!

very nice clinic happy atmosphere and workers

Really wanted to like this place, but there have been too many incidents for me to continue returning here. Been here a large handful of times, on more than one occasion I have been shorted on my flowers upon opening and weighing at home and in some cases considerably. I also one time had medicine mysteriously missing from my bag about a month ago. Interesting story. yesterday after driving my fellow cardholder friend I briefly spoke to a gentleman outside who had the exact same thing happen to him after opening the bag, he was missing half of his very small order of just two items. Poor guy didn't get his indica after surgery and was left with only a preroll and was visibly upset. I watched him walk out of the store and pull open the stapled bag in his car so this is definitely a shady place to say the very least, especially with story after story of things like this I hear and see around. *I'm pretty sure this is against a law and the customer can be held liable for that, beware.* I asked to speak to a manager two visits ago and was not so politely told no. I have tried calling and emailing about my concerns, and neither were returned. Reminds me of a title loan type business instead of a supposedly compassionate and caring dispensary. I've been around the industry in AZ for years and you get what you pay for completely rings true here, there are many many other alternatives that don't have these issues and it didn't used to be that way with Bloom. I would avoid like the plague let alone recommend Bloom to anyone on premise of very poor customer service, shady practices, and hell maybe even legal issues that could present themselves which is very disappointing.

Good, clear info on products

If you're not far from Bloom you have to check it out. They are licensed so talking about prices is legal, everything about it is legal. Staff friendly, informative, buds are awesome. The only reason I rated a 4 is that not every strain looks top shelf yet, but its getting there, and these meds really do work. I think they will only get better as their buds gain generations over time. If you're a first time patient they still honor the buy a quarter get an 1/8th free. Sweat Deal! Thanks Bloom!
