Bloom is my favorite dispensary in Phoenix. Alot of variety and great product for swinging deals. I can get alot of stuff for under 100$ .

Phoenix bloom needs a completely new staff because the current ones are rude, lack of knowledge,machine trim on the flowers is horrible. Unless you guys get some of the other flowers from trade but the bloom grown flowers are horrible they are dipped in hydrogen peroxide you can't hide that taste. I'm really disappointed with my meds and service. please fix this problem(s).

I have to give big ups to Bloom because they are one of the only dispensaries in town with accurate descriptions of their strains on their menu. I really hate going to a dispensary where they don't know what kind of strain they are selling, trying to tell a budtender I want a Sativa while they push and Indica on me. Not only is Bloom's menu the most accurate I've seen in town, it gives you the traditional strain name as well as the name they sell it under so there is NO confusion. THANK YOU BLOOM!

I pre-order online. That's the only way to do it. Bad area, combined with an uncomfortable sitting/ordering area. Bloom needs a face-lift, coupled with some tips of other highly, awesome dispensaries on the receptionist, an ordering room, and whats wrong with being able to see your product? Why can't I touch it or smell it? Wake up call ....

I would totally recommend for first timers great customer service very good quality of medicine very friendly staff I give them 5 stars...

Was in yesterday (7/17) and a customer came in and she was shorted in her order. The girl at the front gave her a little package and she left. This kind of thing should not be happening. If you go to a pharmacy to get a prescription filled you can bet they don't make mistakes. The same kind of service need to be given when it comes to MMJ.

Bloom is most helpful as I am trying different strains to figure out how this medicine can best help me. I have Multiple Sclerosis & this medicine helps me quiet the inner mind babble & just do the task at hand. The doctors at Bloom have been very instrumental in helping me pinpoint what I need. my first trip to any club, and I was thoroughly impressed. the customer service from when I entered up until check out was awesome. the Dr was so helpful in helping me find the right medication, and it was awesome to see how knowledgeable she was about every thing. the facilities they have here are top notch and it's a truly comfortable feel from the moment you enter. Bloom will definitely be my first choice when it comes to my meds! the sugar cookies is straight fire!!!!! good location too. Peace and love ya'll

I loved it. It was the first AZ dispensary I went to and coming from Southern California dispos I was nervous and i can say it set the bar very high.

First time going to Bloom and just a great experience with friendly staff. The meds are great and excellent quality.

The atmosphere was safe, calm and friendly. I appreciate the daily discounts and deals Bloom has as well as their professional and courteous approach to describing the products.

Extremely disappointed! You would think with them being approved by the state they would be a little more professional about their hours. I understand when the states website goes down you guys are unable to dispense medicine, understandable. But how about putting an update that you are closed during your normal hours on leafly/weed maps/your own damn website. So for us patients who choose to visit you don't get screwed when they drive 30 minutes out of their way to see a friggin post it note in your door saying your closed. Not only did I waste gas but I waisted time as it was too late to go to any other store. Really pissed me off don't plan on keeping this as my regular store visit. Nice one guys.

Staff didn't seem to give a shit.... everyone was on their phones, the tree is not worth what you pay, my second time here and will not be returning again

very nice building/parkinglot. people were as knowledgeable and helpful as possible. great selections with lab results for better informed choice of meds....will shop here again soon.

Great place

I'm very disappointed with bloom... I've never really had any problems here until now. the medicine isn't the greatest ever, but it's decent. I go whenever I'm in the area, but maybe not anymore. I just bought some flower and it was the driest bud I've ever smoked!!!! as soon as I squeezed it, it explodes into a fine powder instantly. Because it's so dry, it is also very harsh, and lacks any flavor other than dirt. I got 4 different strains too, so this want just one bad one. only the cheese has any flavor or structure left to it, but even it was obviously old, and not very potent anymore. I had to go somewhere else to get more buds later that day :( I don't know what's going on there, like I said, it's the first time. so I still have a couple grams of it left that I'm forcing myself to smoke because I don't have a lot of money to spend on meds. don't think I will drive that far again if I'm risking wasting my money.

I love this place! Drove 2 hours to get there. Watched prices for months! I must say after visiting the Sedona location I was leary. They did not disappoint! Excellent staff, very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! Products and service are on point! Prices are excellent and the specials are out of this world. Security is great and they definitely know what they're doing at Bloom Phoenix! I will be visiting again...SOON!
