Overpriced crap flower. The tru infusion 8ths are the highest priced I've seen anywhere. Never going back until they stop insulting their prices and bags of seeds and stems with flower that dont get you high

Flower garbage bought a half oz and threw it away. I would be ashamed to sell that

without a doubt some of the longest wait times for any dispensary. Flower is garbage. everything else us average.

5 or more people lounging and standing around doing nothing, yet no one can answer a phone person to person to let one know of availability of strain listed on menu. i can call any legitamate medical dispensary and consult with a person about questions and concerns. Twice i wasted my time , gas, and effort 80 mi. round trip for nothing because this place does not have the professional courtesy to handle phone calls personally. certain strains have proven effective for my condition and not just any other works as well. This is a fact! legitamate medical pharmacies can restock their specific medicines and keep them in supply. If this is a pharmacy, then it should conduct itself as one. elsewise it appears a mockery attempt to be medicinal. Fix your phone contact system!

Bloom has really upped their game with their flower, and decreased in price! Turbo Mind Warp is money all day!!

terrible choice for meds.. flower looks okay but is dry and has no medical value.. the lady up front is off putting and rude. holding a conversation with her is like talking to a piece of cardboard. overall a horrible experience. wish i wouldve spent my money else where.

The things i didn't like about this dispensary is the was the walk- in line and pre- oder line is the same line. My pre order was canceled the first time i tried. Plus you don't get to see products saying what you want. And for me the taste and quality of the flower i purchased wasn't worth what i paid. i will not be returning to this location ever.

Won’t shop here again until you get better employees and not ones who act like they own the place by the way they talk to customers. If I go in please don’t rush me, I have never been into a shop where they feel the need to rush me.. and cussing and talking to people however they feel isn’t customer service in my eyes it was unprofessional.. girl with purple hair, she really needs to either be retrained on how to communicate or be let go...

I would totally recommend for first timers great customer service very good quality of medicine very friendly staff I give them 5 stars...

Bloom is most helpful as I am trying different strains to figure out how this medicine can best help me. I have Multiple Sclerosis & this medicine helps me quiet the inner mind babble & just do the task at hand. The doctors at Bloom have been very instrumental in helping me pinpoint what I need. The budtender was very rude. This is my first experience with a rude budtender in AZ. The flower looked very promising though it didn't smell much. When we got home we realized it was very dry and the potency was lacking. Overall I am not happy with my visit and wouldn't suggest patients go here. I don't think bloom gets "it".

This facility looks like garbage and the whole operation stinks. I have never been back especially after I tried their pre packaged GSC thin mints and I must say it was so moist and stale tasting! I'll won't be back unless I get desperate lol.

First time going to Bloom and just a great experience with friendly staff. The meds are great and excellent quality.

Extremely disappointed! You would think with them being approved by the state they would be a little more professional about their hours. I understand when the states website goes down you guys are unable to dispense medicine, understandable. But how about putting an update that you are closed during your normal hours on leafly/weed maps/your own damn website. So for us patients who choose to visit you don't get screwed when they drive 30 minutes out of their way to see a friggin post it note in your door saying your closed. Not only did I waste gas but I waisted time as it was too late to go to any other store. Really pissed me off don't plan on keeping this as my regular store visit. Nice one guys.

Bloom has some of the best meds in town! Quality vs price it's about as good as it gets! Sure u might b able to find some better meds, not much better for twice the price, and better is all in the eye of the beholder. I would defiantly recommend bloom to all my fellow patients!! Awesome!!

Bloom is the only dispensary I go to. They are very welcoming every time I walk in, always professional, and patient oriented. They give first time patients a free 8th, and give discounts and free medicine to returning patients. They recently have been slacking on the selection of medicine, but promised to increase the selection very soon.

Wait times are a big problem. The check in/office/security staff were not very friendly and gave the feeling they wanted me in and out ASAP, but due to the unnecessary compartmentalization of what should be a two step process (check in/check out) it ends up taking a lot longer. I would suggest online ordering. That's what I'd do if I went again. Stephen, the "blonde dude" other reviewers have negative comments about was totally cool and helpful. The meds are stellar. Absolutely. The bud tenders and meds get 5s all around. Office and check out staff need a vacation.

ive been to bloom a few times now over all its good only thing I don't like is u don't get to see your meds before u purchase and it seems like the pre rolls are getting smaller this last trip around even tho they where free but I don't want to leave this on a bad note good place good meds good deals what can u not love

I love bloom ...they are probably the best in town..the meds are good and they always have good deals/specials the staff is fun and friendly..location a lil far..but the building is clean and professional...for those of you not receiving the best meds and service u need to up grade....! Get to bloom..if you are a new patient I can give you a referral card so u get perks and free meds! I think that they should have more sativa on the list and They Could get a better selection of meds weekly..I see the same products too often...Id like more unique selection of sativas and maybe a reverse happy hr..since its hard for people who can't get there before three pm...
