Friendly staff and easy to find. The location was comfortable however the person filling my order after I placed it did not pass muster. I did not receive one of the flavors I ordered. It was subbed out for another without my being told

Horrible mannagment as well the lack of wanting too sell there products. Talk about non ethical nor do they have communications skills . I dont recommend people going too this location unless you want air heads screwing your order up . This is , if not the worst, place I have ever been to. Makes me wonder if there skimming people ?? Well they missed out on a customer ever going there . Yet, I can see why there rude I hope there is better mannagment that is put into place because clearly your business is lacking . Caio

I've actually made this dispensary "home" and I live in Cave Creek, Arizona while the dispensary is just east of downtown Phoenix! There's SO many dispensaries between and only one reason it has been selected as Golden, it's superior! The Elite service you don't expect, hands down.

This was my second time at Bloom and just as the first the experience was exceptional! This time I picked up a 1/4 of their Ghost Og which I highly recommend! Very professional, patient first type of dispensary. Bloom I thank you!

Absolutely horrible, strains looked dry. My "tender" was rude. I was a new patient and she did me like I was wasting her time. Sad to see people get ripped off thinking they get decent deals. *Face palm*

Very professional establishment. It was my first time and I picked a crazy day to go due to the pre roll specials. Even though there were many people waiting it was a short wait and a great first experience. I even got a free 1/8th of the Papaya which smells amazing! I will definitely go back. Awesome staff especially the bud tender who helped me. I forgot his name (side effect of mmj) but he had glasses and a few piercings. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. waited just under an hour to see seven people that came after me get served before me, three of which were first time patients. I had to complain twice to the front person until he took my order, never ended up seeing the people in the back which I'm kind of thankful for because they looked like they had no joy in what they were doing... Cheap prices are one thing, but that does not excuse horrible service. It would take a lot for me to come back or recommend this place...

Ever since I walked in the staff had been marvelous. Best prices in town with the best customer service. I won't go anywhere else.
