Tried out their $10 pre-roll Cones, they wound up being very dry ultra ground up shake. The location and building are not the best, their theme is the ultra-secure look, which ends up just being annoying. Their bud tenders dont know anything really, and give you answers like "I really don't know", do me a favor and take off the lab coats too. This place seems like it was trying to impress the State rather than the patients. Foolish. With the med quality the way it is, and the strain selection, I would be surprised if Bloom stays open. Save yourself the trouble.

Every time I go into to make a purchase for a Oz of their top shelf they always Claim that it's only available in grams... also they play the classic bait and switch by not keeping their leafly menu updated online. This was my last and final visit for bloom. Sad to see a great facility turn to garbage. I drive almost 50 min just to get dissapointed.

sorry guys, but i have to give you a bad review...again. was in a few days ago, bought some white widow, cuz that's the only thing you can get for under $50 an eighth. wasn't that good at all. should be ashamed to call it whit widow ... NOT PLEASED with that herb at all. ALSO, the main reason i even bought that low grade shwag was to get the 5 free pre rolls, which was the deal of the day. that was 4 days ago, and they still have no pre rolls! all i can say is they had better be some phenomenal J's, if they ever get there. ADVICE: Don't make offers you can't come through on. I will be back to claim what is owed to me, then i will redeem my royalty points, and you will never see me again. THANKS FOR ALL THE BS, -Dan

Overall a very nice facility, friendly staff and some pretty solid meds. However, since my visit, I have received numerous advertising texts on Bloom's behalf from at least 3 different numbers/area codes (replied with STOP, but texts then came from a different number thereafter). I'm no stranger to marketing, but this goes far beyond client maintenance, and shows that Bloom has little regard for privacy or respecting patient information. Kindly remember, Bloom management, that some of us prefer discretion in our health care choices, and while many people have no complications openly using MMJ, in some circles (most notably professional) it is still not accepted despite being legal, so being careless with my information and your communication is unacceptable. Due to this, I will definitely not be returning nor would I recommend Bloom to others.

I was put in the rec line and ignored. security guard is a fucking dumbass.

security guard was cool both times, that's about it. staff doesn't explain anything even if it's your very first time. bud quality is badddd. you think the deals are solid but the flower is so tasteless it's not worth it. location isn't the greatest. parking is sketchy with the one lane. and again , staff is needing to be more assisting. I had no idea where I was picking up the weed\paying, what the point system was, what all products they offered. cool logo though

Curaleaf took over bloom. Prices increased flower quality went down. They never want to honor Student discount because everything is already labeled special/deal but in reality everything is overpriced especially the Top tier that days ago cost $35 now its $40 an 8th plus Taxes, flower that resembles MiD/Low quality. Rarely do they have any flower quality that matches the prices they are asking. No real deals, refuses to honor student discounts. I was a loyal 'BLOOM' customer since they opened but now I am Definitely looking for a new place for affordable quality MMJ.

Verified Shopper
The security guards seemed stressed and unable to handle the volume of customers. I had an online order and still had to wait for over 1/2 hour

Good prices, good enough flower, not great service. No hello, no instructions, or communication when I walked up to the desk. Awkward experience...

Flower is pretty bad. I bought a couple of eights Blue Lights and Medicno something. Both left me feeling sick and really out of it. Sorry guys not digging it but best of luck.

Samples shown are not the same as what is given after paying. Tangie looked/smelled awesome but when I got what I payed for the quality was completely different from what I was originally shown. Very congested waiting areas. Not consistent when it comes to quality

I've been here several times. But the prices are crazy $340 for an oz?? And recently they say they lowered prices but really they didn't. Papaya used to be cheaper, but because it was getting popular its now the most expensive. Also the reason for my bad review is I ordered a oz and it came in separate packages (8ths) but when I got home and threw it on the scale, all expect 1 was short by at least half a gram. I told the staff how unhappy i was. And all they did was give me a free pre-roll.( And now pre-rolls aren't even labeled the same, they used to say .8 now they aren't labeled with a weight at all, and if you've been there before the change you can tell the pre-rolls aren't as fat anymore) This place is just a front, I've literally seen them bring out meds to display for patients, and the display was labeled wrong. Let me explain. So im at the counter reviewing the meds and I ask "is this strain indica or sativa ." he says sativa, then 10 secs later a guy comes in with the same stain in a display case, puts it at another station, and the guy helping me ask him, "why is that labeled indica?" the guy responds by simply laughing, shrugs his shoulders and says "hell, I dont know". I was shocked, but not that surprised. My very first visit should have been my last, because when I first saw them in new times I called and asked how this all worked because at the time I had just got my card. The guy on the phone said just come down with your MMJ card, so I did. I traveled all the way from Mesa, only to get there and find out I needed my State ID as well, so I had to go all the way back home, and the guy that misinformed me acted like he didnt even care that I just spent 1hr+ on public transportation. Moral of this story/review is go with your gut. I've been smoking for years due to doctor prescribed meds making me so nauseated that I couldnt eat or hold down any food after I took a pill. And so I know about what it was like to buy MMJ before it was legal, and I must say the prices at Bloom are higher than other sources, yet there is no middle man for Bloom and they are selling Pounds a day. $340 an oz times 16 =$ 5,440.00 A day!!! And you mean to tell me you have sooo much overhead that you have to overcharge your patients? How can this be when Bloom grows their own product. And I've asked them why Colorado has $25 8ths and Bloom is still charging $45-$50? Their response was " Colorado has been doing it longer, we will eventually get there in a few years". But how does that even make sense, in a few years what will have changed? Bloom will still be growing their own product with no middle man. The way I see it, they want to make as much money as they can now, and then when their pockets get fat enough they will lower the prices, but for now Bloom and many other dispenseries are just overcharging while legit patients have to literally pay the price. I recommend that everyone do a little research and find a better place than Bloom. The meds here smoke ok. The pre-rolls are shake so its not that potent. And like I've already said the staff is a joke, and the prices are not reasonable at all. -D.Clark

These packages they give you come from Cali or whatever , their main grow OP and so I went home and weighed my 8th and only had a 3.2g and had 50g weight to check my scale for accuracy, this should never happen from a pharmacy that's like going to get your pain pills and they not FDA require to double count it before giving it to you... it's so easy to get weight right, very disappointed. Shame

I used to be a regular at Bloom, key phrase is "used to be". After emailing in a complaint about the meds being super dry I got an email back from the GM stating that every one else loved it so she wasn't sure why I didn't. To add injury to insult she offered me a 10% discount my next time in. Sorry but I wont be back and your offer to essentially pay for my tax was about as half hearted as it gets.

Best f,ing dispensary in the valley. Awesome meds and cool staff. Great experience...patient for life.

A dispensary should smell skunky. Weed smells skunky. What's the shit the dispensary is selling? It doesn't have any lf the dozens of overlapping Cannabis smells or tastes. In the real world, a grower THROWS HIS CROP IN THE TRASH if he screwed up the smell. Flavor is the most important part of growing produce! No smell, bad taste, why are people buying this useless impostor bud! I don't get it. Really don't. How dispensaries can grow weed with no/fake terps, and why people are buying it.. NOT ME, its not medicine whe the it taste like grow chemicals or nothing at all! Placebo weed. What a scam of an industry. Selling what is rightfully considered TRASH by northwest growers!

Bloom was my main dispensary until their product began going down hill. The smoke would be ridiculously harsh and taste like a cigarette or something definitely not weed. And the smell was like grass or hay or something. I love all the workers there, they're so chill and it's not Their fault but bloom is a waste of your money if you want dank fire. They do have good specials but I kept going everytime there was a special and thought I was saving money, hit then I wouldn't even get high. Go to bloom check it out and see for yourself or not

Whoever is updating the menu needs to get on the ball. I check the menu... UPDATED 1 MINUTE AGO. Drive 20 min only to get "oh we're out of that strain". Seriously? 21 minutes ago that had every size I could want. Whatever. Every time I go here I leave annoyed.

Just recently got my medical card and was very nervous about visiting a dispensary since I am fairly new to this. I chose Bloom randomly and was not disappointed at all! The service was great and the people there are just as amazing and nice. As far as the medication I cant say anything bad. it is top quality and I definitely will be coming here more often!

Bloom is generally a cool place. I only come here because they carry high CBD strains occasionally (above 10%) and have them tested. This is real medicine. Their wait room is clean but the waits are generally longer than most places. (they are quite popular) The tenders are super knowledgeable and great to chat with. The check out process can take a while and leaves more to be desired. They have eatables and other foods and generally a large selection of flowers. However their growers may have talent they lack skill in curing and need to step that up.
