Very limited menu for meds, which were mediocre at best. I have been a patient and grower for some time and you can tell these "meds" are not grown to their full potential. And the pre-rolls taste just like they are just shake and leaves and cant even get medicated. Sorry will not return, much better meds and selection elsewhere in Phx.

I've been to this dispensary three times and have had excellent service from the bud tenders but the meds are hit and miss. My last experience was with the 'White Zombie' strain and it unfortunately had very little therapeutic effect for me. The buds were small and so dry that they literally crushed into powder and created a harsh smoke. Not sure if I'll be going back-the prices they are asking for should guarantee top shelf meds every time.

The medication is fresh & tasty. and the pre-rolls are the Best!

ok let me start by saying this place is the best in arizona i have tried a couple of other places but they sucked.there grower really knows his stuff.i grew for 15 yrs and i know good meds and this place will see my face thru there door again

For my (and my Mom's) 1st time dispensary visit, I chose Bloom because I had heard so many good things about them....I couldn't be happier!!! Everyone's good reviews are spot on. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I'm so glad I chose this location to take my mom to for her first dispensary visit, as well. She left feeling safe and more informed as a patient. Keep up the good work.

Bloom is simply wonderful. Their main focus is the patient, period. Every visit is a constant testament to that. Bloom is always texting, emailing or facebook-ing various promotions to ensure the patient is receiving the best quality and quantity of medicine. The quality of their products is unrivaled! More than just a high…it works….go figure! Each patient consultant I have interacted with is a wealth of information. No matter how many questions I ask, they meet me with smile and explain the science (wonderful magic) behind it all. Even if I ever had a bad experience (which is rarer than rare) they are more than accommodating. The atmosphere at Bloom is always that of a family. Everyone is friendly and makes you feel as comfortable as possible. Never have I visited and not had a staff member smile at me and ask how my day is going. What a waste of time. I drove out from 83rd ave and buckeye because I was told Bloom has high quality medicine. First off, after seeing everybody that was behind me get there medicine then leave I asked when my name was going to be called. The inexperienced girl in front never even gave my name. Finally got to the budtender who must think she is a real doctor with her lab coat??? I was super happy about receiving 50% off my first order. I went in specifically for the bubba kush which looked and smelled ok but that's what works for me. So I get home and there are seeds in almost every bud and it tastes just like dirt mixed with chlorafil. I really feel like going back and asking for my money back. Especially after the whole speech the Bloom rep gave me about them being all about the customer service and medicine quality. I would not recommend this for anyone who is not a novice and knows there medicine. I understand hermies happen but come on man this is ridiculous....

Flower quality is absolutely trash n taste horrible the staff was rude n honestly not helpful at all won't be back unless there is no other option for meds

I believe having a value menu for halfs would be great for business, I see 165 and 180 but no 135 what up with that and why can't you include your tax to make it come out at 165 or 180 not 165 +tax ..your Meds ain't that great trust me I know. .

I honestly came for the free 8th they give you just for buying a quarter. I got more than expected with the fun people I met in the waiting room, the very knowledgeable bud tender, and prices. For just under $100 bucks I got 3 different 8ths of all FIRE strains and a fat preroll of a white widow. This place is wired to keep patients coming back and I love it!

What's going on with the $200 Ounces they used to be bomb? I go in every Thursday but if this is what your selling its crap sticks stems leafs. not going to keep me around.

Honestly reading these reviews I wonder if most people even know what good Marijuana is, because this place just straight up doesn't have it. Spread your wings and try them all and see how many better places are out there. The system is terrible and the buds have no flavor, it's hay!! I have tried all the dispensaries and there are probably only 4 that are good and this place isn't even close. I am a 20+ year veteran and I got better stuff when I was in high school on the east coast!!

I pulled up at 9:31 and they tell me they’re closed they will not help me I have an online order to pick up and No go what is up with that? Do you close at 10 but you’re kicking people away at 9:30 not cool

I'm upset i usually always buy from Bloom and get good quality and service but yesterday that i went i got a .05g cart and (2) 3.5gs and 3 joints. My first problem was the cart it was already a half empty when I opened it and it's a .05g so clearly i thought maybe they just changed the cartridge size n i ended up measuring it since it was bugging me and i found an old empty Full cart i already had from Bloom and nope it's the right one so I was like okay i guess that's fine n i let it go cause i paid only $22 ,for it then i smoked all 3 joints and an hour or so later nothing happened so i was upset yet again theeeeen when i decided to pull out the flower/bud, there was lots of stems and untrimmed bud n i mean 70% of the "bud" was just sticks and leaves n the fact that i weighed it afterwards i was way more disappointed 😞 n idk in total i paid about $120 n sadly it was all horrible quality this time .

Fast service, needs senior discount, will be back again.

Bloom is a smooth running operation. Employees are uber professional, and make the process very simple. meds were terrific. I have, and will continue to recommend to friends.

Amazing quality good service gave me free 8th this place really hooked me up however I got out there with out my free pipe lol I was in hurry to get home and try the free 8th out they hooked me up fat I put there logo sticker on my car bumper this is a must place to go I love bloom !!!!!!

awesome place, great staff especially juju, good meds, consistent quality, one word of advice VACUUM SEAL meds instead of heat sealing, keeps meds fresher longer!!!

So my first visit was nothing short of Amazing, I walked in to be greeted and seated with good menu material and friendly staff, after my short wait I went in to a beautiful room with great medicine and good looking samples, my caregiver gave me the specifics on everything I needed to know about certain strains as well as educate me further in the industry and how cultivating and concentrates work. There was never a dull moment from entrance to exit and I would definitely recommend this dispensary to recent card holders- the staff will teach you everything you need to know A-Z and even though I did have to go very out of my way to get to this dispensary I can say it is easily worth the drive for the quality, atmosphere, and customer service/staff.

Been here plenty of times and have been disappointed more then once I purchased a preroll of chemdawg yesterday with my last $10, I broke it open as I usually do to smoke it in a bowl and I was shocked to see what came out of it. Not flowers in any shape or form. It smelled musty and gross, it looked like dried grass, leafs, and little twigs. I gave it a chance and smoked a little. Unfortunately it burned harsh tasted disgusting and made me feel worse then I started. I ended up having to turn to pharmaceuticals for the night and with my condition side effects are very prominent. I'm sad to say that I probably wont be returning to bloom because of this specific incident. I hope they fix this big issue because I dont seem to be the only patient who has come across this grass. I believe its not right to claim certain things as in giving the best medicine and having a plethora of complaints with nothing done about it.

completely disrespected by one of the people behind the counter because she was having a bad day. Would think twice about going back to this location
