I loved Bloom & picked up 2oz / month from you. REGULAR PRICE! Since you started selling the Echo everywhere, you have FORGOTTEN ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS. You’ve put PROFIT OVER PATIENTS. Every strain I used to get from you is now only in the Echo line (which isn’t in any specials). You went from $25 per 1/8th to $40 per 1/8th. Comes in pretty glass, but it’s not worth it. Would love to remain a customer, but getting treated more poorly each time, on the 1/8th special days, you’d only sell 14 INDIVIDUAL grams & didn’t tell me the price was for 14 g, each remaining $7.50. That’s not fair. And now ALL the rare or good strains are going straight to Echo. You have forgotten about & mistreated very loyal customers who spend $300-$400/mo. Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t feel cared for (except by a few employees) or appreciated anymore. Hoping you read this & think about all of the others who aren’t writing. It feels like you’re giving us the scrap. Future, Kandy, Pineapple Trainwreck, Sherbet, etc... I’m not cheap, but personally didn’t see much difference between the $25 and the $40 per 1/8th. I’m a thrifty connoisseur, as are most in my shoes. Hoping to see some things change back. Thanks for reading!!

Always out of everything

I honestly came for the free 8th they give you just for buying a quarter. I got more than expected with the fun people I met in the waiting room, the very knowledgeable bud tender, and prices. For just under $100 bucks I got 3 different 8ths of all FIRE strains and a fat preroll of a white widow. This place is wired to keep patients coming back and I love it!

A dispensary should smell skunky. Weed smells skunky. What's the shit the dispensary is selling? It doesn't have any lf the dozens of overlapping Cannabis smells or tastes. In the real world, a grower THROWS HIS CROP IN THE TRASH if he screwed up the smell. Flavor is the most important part of growing produce! No smell, bad taste, why are people buying this useless impostor bud! I don't get it. Really don't. How dispensaries can grow weed with no/fake terps, and why people are buying it.. NOT ME, its not medicine whe the it taste like grow chemicals or nothing at all! Placebo weed. What a scam of an industry. Selling what is rightfully considered TRASH by northwest growers!

What's going on with the $200 Ounces they used to be bomb? I go in every Thursday but if this is what your selling its crap sticks stems leafs. not going to keep me around.

Tried out their $10 pre-roll Cones, they wound up being very dry ultra ground up shake. The location and building are not the best, their theme is the ultra-secure look, which ends up just being annoying. Their bud tenders dont know anything really, and give you answers like "I really don't know", do me a favor and take off the lab coats too. This place seems like it was trying to impress the State rather than the patients. Foolish. With the med quality the way it is, and the strain selection, I would be surprised if Bloom stays open. Save yourself the trouble.

Whoever is updating the menu needs to get on the ball. I check the menu... UPDATED 1 MINUTE AGO. Drive 20 min only to get "oh we're out of that strain". Seriously? 21 minutes ago that had every size I could want. Whatever. Every time I go here I leave annoyed.

Honestly reading these reviews I wonder if most people even know what good Marijuana is, because this place just straight up doesn't have it. Spread your wings and try them all and see how many better places are out there. The system is terrible and the buds have no flavor, it's hay!! I have tried all the dispensaries and there are probably only 4 that are good and this place isn't even close. I am a 20+ year veteran and I got better stuff when I was in high school on the east coast!!

used to shop here all the time cause price was great with mediocre flower. but they pretty much just doubled their price and still serve the same crappy flower. not recommended.

I order online well in advance...yet I'm standing in this line OUTSIDE...someone tell me why order ahead if you go through instore process ANYWAY?!...very short and bossy no respect as a person... unapologetic I hate this place

security guard was cool both times, that's about it. staff doesn't explain anything even if it's your very first time. bud quality is badddd. you think the deals are solid but the flower is so tasteless it's not worth it. location isn't the greatest. parking is sketchy with the one lane. and again , staff is needing to be more assisting. I had no idea where I was picking up the weed\paying, what the point system was, what all products they offered. cool logo though

I'm upset i usually always buy from Bloom and get good quality and service but yesterday that i went i got a .05g cart and (2) 3.5gs and 3 joints. My first problem was the cart it was already a half empty when I opened it and it's a .05g so clearly i thought maybe they just changed the cartridge size n i ended up measuring it since it was bugging me and i found an old empty Full cart i already had from Bloom and nope it's the right one so I was like okay i guess that's fine n i let it go cause i paid only $22 ,for it then i smoked all 3 joints and an hour or so later nothing happened so i was upset yet again theeeeen when i decided to pull out the flower/bud, there was lots of stems and untrimmed bud n i mean 70% of the "bud" was just sticks and leaves n the fact that i weighed it afterwards i was way more disappointed 😞 n idk in total i paid about $120 n sadly it was all horrible quality this time .

Curaleaf took over bloom. Prices increased flower quality went down. They never want to honor Student discount because everything is already labeled special/deal but in reality everything is overpriced especially the Top tier that days ago cost $35 now its $40 an 8th plus Taxes, flower that resembles MiD/Low quality. Rarely do they have any flower quality that matches the prices they are asking. No real deals, refuses to honor student discounts. I was a loyal 'BLOOM' customer since they opened but now I am Definitely looking for a new place for affordable quality MMJ.

Good prices, good enough flower, not great service. No hello, no instructions, or communication when I walked up to the desk. Awkward experience...

I pulled up at 9:31 and they tell me they’re closed they will not help me I have an online order to pick up and No go what is up with that? Do you close at 10 but you’re kicking people away at 9:30 not cool

I used to think bloom was decent until i weighed there packages all there 8ths weigh 3.2 or 3.3 me and my friend both weighed our packages on 2 dif scales and it was off ive also heard other people tell me they bought a quad and they skimped them as well also there prerolls suck. And dont smoke at all so dont bother buying them theres tons of places that have way cheaper bud thats just as good in quality my advice is to go once so you an get your free 3.2 and then only return when they send you your free birthday 3.2 because they charge top dollar and are a state lincensed place there stealing from cancer patients in my oppinion anf be sure and weigh your bag when you get home.

Came here to give the place a second chance but ended up with the same quality meds as before. I got the Larry OG and it tastes like dirt. It wasn't properly flushed. The joints I rolled blackened and had to be re-lit over and over, to me that indicates improper curing. My other complaint is picky but tied to the other two. In the rush to get your product to market you hyper-nutriate which leads to big fluffy buds that burn fast and cure poorly. I prefer the hard, dry nugs that don't leave you going thru an eighth in one sitting. Because you burn thru it so fast, it's more expensive. Sorry, won't be back.

This palce rocks!! Not only are they the best priced! They have really good customer service. I feel very welcome.I will definitely be using Bloom as my main provider. :)

I went in tonight to get some flower...told the bud tender I can't smoke indica. Ordered Banana Split and another sativa, got to the winder and they forgot to throw one of them in the bag...told me they were out. I ordered Moby dick because I requested another sativa...get home and my bag has grape ape and California dreaming. Neither of which I order. Poor job of listening to the customer and terrible communication on product that is out of stock. I won't be returning to this club. Figure it out.

Yeah not cool place at all, they give out patient referral cards stating free 1/8th with purchase for all new patients and there was no expiration date on it, they informed me that they would not honor it and was kinda firm and rude about this fact. I stated well this is something that you should have posted on your website to which the employee replied I'm not the webmaster in a kinda rude manor...

Bloom Phoenix is a great place to go when you need medicine. The atmosphere is professional and welcoming and the staff is great, all while being a little more laid back than other dispensaries I've been to. As far as the medicine, my budtender suggested that I try Trinity Blueberry, and he was right! Try it!

If you don’t like your job quit, but don’t be rude on the phone with patients, get new employees and maybe I’ll come back.

If you complain about people being too close to each other when we dealing with the coronavirus they will kick you out and not sell you any medication it’s all good my money good everywhere you’re not the only dispensary in the valley
